Through the film 'Miss Granny', we analyzed a variety of structures. Social awareness of the cultural content of the film shown in the form of elderly social psychology, combination of approaches, role structural analysis of the people around centered the main character, acceleration structure analysis of the people around, the atmosphere structural analysis according to the environment of the people around. By these analysis, the elderly mentality was noticed by sociological theory related to the elderly. The formation of negative stereotypes and perceptions in what young people have a bias and unconscious, conscious discrimination against the elderly was mentioned in conclusion. Because the positive changes in recognition of the elderly is necessary, collective prejudice should be eliminated. The social atmosphere composition that can empathize with the sentiment of the elderly in the pursuit of youth and the necessity to develop generation integrated social programs with that younger generation and older generation sympathize together were suggested. were heartfelt suggested.

This study examines the effects of personality characteristics and self-leadership on job engagement and turnover intention, focusing on the mediating role of psychological ownership in the fourth industrial revolution and convergence environment. While personality characteristics had a significant positive effect on job engagement, there was indirect effect on turnover intention through mediation of psychological ownership. Self-leadership has a direct and indirect effect on job engagement, and it has a direct positive effect on turnover intention and negatively influences through mediation of psychological ownership. And the effect of psychological ownership was confirmed increasing job engagement and reducing turnover intention. The results of this study have implications for human resource development and organizational management.

In LTE environment, which is 4th generation mobile communication systems, there is concern about private information exposure by transmitting initial identifier in plain text. This paper suggest mutual authentication protocol, which uses one-time password utilizing challenge-response and AES-based Milenage key generation algorithm, as solution for safe initial identification communication, preventing unique identification information leaking. Milenage key generation algorithm has been used in LTE Security protocol for generating Cipher key, Integrity key, Message Authentication Code. Performance analysis evaluates the suitability of LTE Security protocol and LTE network by comparing LTE Security protocol with proposed protocol about algorithm operation count and Latency.Thus, this paper figures out initial identification communication's weak points of currently used LTE security protocol and complements in accordance with traditional protocol. So, it can be applied for traditional LTE communication on account of providing additional confidentiality to initial identifier.

Nuri process is a common process of childcare and education for infants to 5 years old in 2012 has been carried out. In order to operate a paint program, teachers not only easy to take advantage in the field, education robot, taking into account developmental compatibility in accordance with stable, physical stability, age psychological infant, the diversity, education robot that can be worn thinking, creativity, scientific thinking is required. In this paper, I will study the applications and Internet services to infants through your favorite smartphones. To the study of development in the smartphone educational insect robot application with the educational environment that infants are environmentally friendly. Utilizing the game smartphone, Nari proceed to step 15, place the questions and answers for enhancing the education effect on the way, to enhance the creative effect of the robot and education. This paper presents a novel mobile measurement system with multi antennas which enable mobile measurement as well as fixed measurement with telescope mast. Proposed system installed 4 omni directional antennas for the space diversity process and one directional log periodic antenna for the simultaneous conventional fixed measurement. Whole antenna systems are connected to the custom DTV channel analyzers with Ethernet networks respectively and processed by the main controller to calculate real time average receive levels. To prove the performance of proposed system, the typical receive models are categorized as 3 area types - open area, building area and house area, and then intensive field tests were performed through mobile and fixed measurement phases. With these measurement data, the relationships between mobile and fixed measurement are analyzed, and the concept of compensation factor is proposed to assume the average receive level of signal. The field test is fulfilled as a co-work with public broadcasters and the proposed system is applied to the intensive coverage measurement projects for metropolitan areas by the korean government agencies.

The paradigm of SW industry has been rapidly changing into mobile and cloud technology environment. Research model based on PEST-SWOT analysis was employed to derive internal and external factors connected with PEST factors through analyzing the current status and problems of SW HRD system in Korea. Survey was conducted by 20 experts who are involved in SW companies, university, and R&D research institute using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) model. The empirical result showed that SW fusion HRD, creativity-oriented university education in the field of software, global education and exchange, and revitalization of SW venture ecosystem are derived as policy visions of SW HRD for smart industry ecosystem. Another findings are that SW fusion HRD, revitalization of SW venture ecosystem, Job Creation through revitalization of SW start-up, Creation of coexistence between SW large enterprises and SMEs, creativity-oriented university education in the field of software, and global education and exchange are presented in order in terms of the importance of policy priority.

The synchronization feature on the smartphone by default (default) value is set. Smartphone synchronization has been set is stored that smartphone data is automatically backed up is stored When connected to a PC with a smartphone dedicated cable. The backup data is a common technique to analyze the content to be difficult to apply forensic techniques can find out information on criminal suspects. In this paper, the backup data is synchronized to the smartphone through forensic analysis is the study of forensic evidence. In a lab environment to send personal financial information on smartphone, smartphone is assumed that the experiment is compromised. Smartphone's backup data by using the forensic tools in crime associated with personal financial information and analyze data. And, to be adopted by the court will study the evidence leveraging forensic technology. Through this paper as a basis for smartphone forensic analysis will be utilized.

The speed of technology development is increasing, and high-performance digital devices are spreading. Smart walks that can work effectively anytime and anywhere by being restricted from space and time in wired digital devices such as PC, System security design is needed to secure integrity and availability against various security threats such as physical threats such as lost, stolen and damaged terminals, technical threats such as theft, denial of service, and unauthorized access, compared with the wired environment. In this paper, we analyze smart work network system, wired / wireless link system, and digital smart device. We study security design method for smart work wired system and future wireless system which are used in present work. This study will be used as basic data for building a secure smart work.

Due to limited resource, marine communication is severely limited when compared to communications in land. Radio relay facilities, etc. based on a wired network through a long distance communication is possible. In addition, the aircraft is in the air, the ground-based network service based on long-range straight-line distance and elevation (LOS: Line of Sight) communications. On the other hand, the distance in a straight line to the sea, the sea level because communication is limited or through satellite, underwater communications relay equipment installed in the communication scheme has been investigated..
