VANET기반 교통정보 서비스 방식 성능분석 (Performance Analysis of Traffic Information Service Based on VANET)

  • 본 논문은 운행 중 차량에서 수집된 교통정보를 차량간 방송방식의 ad-hoc 무선 통신망을 통하여 수집하여 최소의 데이터로 가공하고, 이를 상대 차량에 제공하는 교통정보 제공 서비스 방식을 제안한다. 제안 방식은 특정 서버를 사용하지 않고 차량에 있는 네비게이션과 차량간 통신을 위한 무선통신장비만으로 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 또한 별도의 교통정보 검지장치나 프로우브 카를 이용하지 않고도 광범위한 지역의 교통상황에 대한 정보를 분석할 수 있으며 이를 토대로 정확하고 빠른 교통상황 정보를 각 운전자에게 제공할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 VANET 기반 트래픽 정보 서비스를 제공할 경우 방송 전파 특성을 ns-3 시뮬레이션을 통해 분석하였다.

Location Analysis for Emergency Medical Service Vehicle in Sub District Area

  • This research aims to formulate a mathematical model and develop an algorithm for solving a location problem in emergency medical service vehicle parking. To find an optimal parking location which has the least risk score or risk priority number calculated from severity, occurrence, detection, and distance from parking location for emergency patients, data were collected from Pratoom sub-district Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Center from October 2010 to April 2011. The criteria of risk evaluation were modified from Automotive Industry Action Group's criteria. An adaptive simulated annealing algorithm with multiple cooling schedules called multi-agent simulated quenching (MASQ) is proposed for solving the problem in two schemes of algorithms including dual agent and triple agent quenching. The result showed that the solution obtained from both scheme of MASQ was better than the traditional solution. The best locations obtained from MASQ-dual agent quenching scheme was nodes #5 and #133. The risk score was reduced 61% from 6,022 to 2,371 points.

  • GPS 및 위치 관리 기술의 발달과 이동 통신 기술의 진보, 그리고 PDA 등의 개인용 단말기의 확산으로 인하여, 이동하는 차량 및 사용자의 위치 및 상황에 따라 적절한 컨텐츠 서비스를 제공하는 위치기반서비스가 활발히 연구되고 있다. 위치 기반 서비스는 센서 네트워크 응용 기술의 발달로 인하여 차량 추적 및 항법 서비스에서 사용자의 상태 및 교통 정체, 사고, 등의 환경 정보를 고려한 보다 개인화되고 지능적인 서비스로 그 영역을 넓혀가고 있다. 또한 차량의 위치 정보 및 주변 상황 정보의 활용도가 높아짐에 따라 저장된 차량 정보 및 환경정보를 효과적으로 검색하는 질의어도 꾸준히 연구되고 있다. 그러나 기존의 이동 객체 질의어는 대부분 실세계에 적용되어 평가되지 못했으며, 변화하는 환경 정보를 다루지 않기 때문에, 사용자를 위한 추천 서비스를 제공하기엔 부족한 점이 있다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 차량의 위치 정보 뿐만 아니라 주변 환경 정보까지 검색하고 활용하기 위하여, 추천 서비스를 위한 이동 객체 질의어를 설계하고, 이를 지원하는 차량 추적 시스템을 구현한다. 제시된 질의어는 차량의 위치, 방향, 주변 환경 정보, 등을 고려하여 다양한 속성 정보를 고려하여 추천 서비스를 위한 최근접 질의를 처리한다. 향후 환경 정보에 기반한 여러 추천 요소를 활용하는 위치 기반 서비스 응용에 활용될 수 있다.

교통약자 자율주행서비스 요구사항에 대한 우선순위 연구: 휠체어 이용 장애인 및 보행 장애인을 중심으로 (A Study on the Priority of Autonomous Driving Service Requirements for the Transportation Vulnerable: Focusing on Wheelchair disabled and Walking disabled Persons)

  • The development of autonomous driving technology is expected to bring about a major change in the mobility rights of the transportation vulnerable. It is very important to identify user requirements in developing autonomous vehicles and service technologies for the transportation vulnerable. User requirements were derived for the wheelchair disabled and the walking disabled. Through focus interviews, a total of 58 requirements were derived for wheelchair-using disabled people and 53 requirements for walking disabled people. A Kano survey was conducted on 33 wheelchair disabled and 34 walking disabled. After that, the quality types of functional requirements in terms of autonomous vehicles and service environment development were analyzed using the Kano model. Priority analysis was conducted on the functions required by the wheelchair disabled and the walking disabled. The results of this study can be used as basic data to determine the priorities of user function requirements in the early stages of autonomous vehicle and service technology development.

3차원 환경 기반 무인 항공기 생존성 극대화를 위한 이동 경로 계획 (A Path Planning to Maximize Survivability for Unmanned Aerial Vehicle based on 3-dimensional Environment)

  • An Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV) is a powered pilotless aircraft, which is controlled remotely or autonomously. UAVs are currently employed in many military missions(surveillance, reconnaissance, communication relay, targeting, strike etc.) and a number of civilian applications(communication service, broadcast service, traffic control support, monitoring, measurement etc.). For accomplishing the UAV's missions, guarantee of survivability should be preceded. The main objective of this study is the path planning to maximize survivability for UAV based on 3-dimensional environment. A mathematical programming model is suggested by using MRPP(Most Reliable Path Problem) and solved by transforming MRPP into SPP(Shortest Path Problem). This study also suggests a $A^*PS$ algorithm based on 3-dimensional environment to UAV's path planning. According to comparison result of the suggested algorithm and SPP algorithms (Dijkstra, $A^*$ algorithm), the suggested algorithm gives better solution than SPP algorithms.

신뢰성 측면에서 고속차량 유지보수 발전 방향 (Orientation of the development within reliability for maintenance of KTX)

  • The present paper to relate with the maintenance of the high-speed vehicle, KTX and is to treat a reliability evaluation. The reliability of the high-speed vehicle while operating between-failure average mileage (MKBSF) and parts between-failure average mileage (MKBF), 1,000,000 per km service failure number of items and availability and per km evaluated a maintenance expense. The reliability evaluation results and 2007 year reliability management indexes compared in 2006 years and they improved, per km the maintenance expense compared at 2006 and 36.6% was decreased. Reliability management activity leads and availability of the high-speed vehicle, safety improves and with the fact that will be able to decrease the maintenance expense which is an economic scale of railroad service is expected.

  • 스마트그리드는 정보통신기술을 이용하여 전력공급자와 소비자의 양방향통신을 가능하게 한다. 또한 동적인 전력 공급이 가능하기 때문에 전기 자동차 기술과 접목시킬 경우 전기 자동차 충전 인프라를 활성화시키고 전기 자동차의 배터리를 가정용 축전지로 활용하여 재판매할 수도 있다. 이러한 전기 자동차 충전 인프라는 가정, 아파트, 건물, 기타 충전소 등에 고정적으로 위치하여 있고 사용자만 유동적으로 서비스를 이용한다. 만약 유동적으로 서비스를 이용하는 사용자에 대해 인증이 이루어지지 않을 경우 전력 서비스의 불법적인 사용, 전력 정보 유출, 불법적인 전력 요금 변경 등의 피해가 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트그리드 환경에서 안전하게 전기 자동차 관련 서비스를 이용하기 위해 스마트카드 및 동적 ID 기반 사용자 인증 스킴을 제안한다.

  • ISO/IEC 15118 is a standard for communications and services for electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Although this standard deals only with data communication between an electric vehicle and a charge station, communication with the outside is essential for establishing an authentication system for vehicle certification and V2G service for electric power transmission. In this study, it was designed to verify the information of electric car charging infrastructure in electric power system through communication link between ISO/IEC 15118 electric vehicle model and IEC 61850 standard MMS protocol. This is demonstrated in the field so that the electric vehicle communication data is linked with the micro grid management system. This could be used as an element technology in other distributed power sources as well as electric cars in the future.

Multimodal Interface Based on Novel HMI UI/UX for In-Vehicle Infotainment System

  • We propose a novel HMI UI/UX for an in-vehicle infotainment system. Our proposed HMI UI comprises multimodal interfaces that allow a driver to safely and intuitively manipulate an infotainment system while driving. Our analysis of a touchscreen interface-based HMI UI/UX reveals that a driver's use of such an interface while driving can cause the driver to be seriously distracted. Our proposed HMI UI/UX is a novel manipulation mechanism for a vehicle infotainment service. It consists of several interfaces that incorporate a variety of modalities, such as speech recognition, a manipulating device, and hand gesture recognition. In addition, we provide an HMI UI framework designed to be manipulated using a simple method based on four directions and one selection motion. Extensive quantitative and qualitative in-vehicle experiments demonstrate that the proposed HMI UI/UX is an efficient mechanism through which to manipulate an infotainment system while driving.

  • Having information is most important at the present age. Internet is main source of obtaining information and mobile telecommunication let people communicate each other without any time and space limitation. Recently, advanced technology in telecommunication makes two-way service possible. So, the mobile internet service combined internet with mobile telecommunication is widely and rapidly promoted. Therefore user can transmit and receive a lot of information without time and space restriction using various application technologies. This paper deals with machinery that makes human do office work conveniently in vehicle using mobile internet service. Namely, it tries to design mobile internet machinery combining of wireless payment, GPS module, mobile internet, and mobile office etc. And that can transmit and receive e-mail or documents etc. This machinery has various objects, and design process has complexity. To reduce trial error and processing complexity, Axiomatic Design Method is used to design the machinery.
