IPA를 통한 PC부재 할당 및 적재 계획 시 고려사항 분석 (Importance and Performance Analysis on Factors of PC Component Allocation and Loading Planning)

  • PC 부재 할당, 적재 계획은 차량적재 공간의 활용률을 높임으로써 차량에서 발생하는 이산화탄소 배출과 에너지 사용을 줄일 수 있으며, 또한 전체 프로젝트 비용을 절감할 수 있다. 이 연구는 PC 공사 공장관리자와 현장관리자를 대상으로 PC 부재를 차량에 할당 및 적재 계획을 수립하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있는 고려사항 18개를 도출하였으며, 도출한 18개 고려사항을 활용하여 IPA분석을 수행하였다. 주요결과, PC 부재 할당계획 시 "PC 부재 운반 차량 대수", "건설현장 내의 야적장 유무" 항목에 관한 고려사항 개선이 필요한 것을 파악하였다. 또한, PC 부재 적재계획에서는 "PC 부재 방향" 항목에 관한 고려사항 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 최근 들어 다양한 PC 부재 유형의 생산으로 인해 차량에 PC 부재를 안정적으로 적재하기 어려워 PC 부재 적재계획에서 비효율적인 차량 공간 사용, 불안한 적재 형태 등의 많은 문제가 발생하고 있다. 이 연구결과를 생산관리자가 부재 할당 및 적재 계획에 반영한다면 효율적인 차량 관리로 인해 경제적인 계획을 수립할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

자동차 전력 시스템의 전기적 등가회로 모델 개발에 관한 연구 (A study on a Development of Electric Equivalent Circuit Models of Vehicle Electric Power System)

  • Vehicle electric power system, which consists of two major components; an alternator and a battery, supplies electric power to vehicle electric and electronic systems. In recent years, bigger power supply is required for the rapid demand of the number of vehicle electric and electronic systems. It is important that vehicle power system should be analyzed exactly. For the simulation of vehicle electric power system, appropriate component model of vehicle electric power system should be chosen. In this paper, a simplified and accurate battery model is developed to obtain the battery parameters, and a Variable Alternator Terminal Voltage Model is introduced to described an alternator. The case study shows that simulation results using the suggested models are well agreed with the experiments.

신, 구 차량 번호판 통합 인식에 관한 연구 (A Study on Recognition of Both of New & Old Types of Vehicle Plate)

  • 최근 들어 기존의 녹색 바탕의 차량 번호판에서, 흰색 바탕의 신 차량 번호판으로 교체되고 있다. 하지만, 아직 기존의 차량 번호판이 신 차량 번호판으로 전면 교체 되지 않아 두 번호판 모두 사용되고 있기 때문에 주차 관리 시스템, 속도위반, 신호 위반 등 무인 카메라를 이용한 시스템에서, 기존 차량 번호판과 신 차량 번호판 특징에 맞는 인식 시스템이 요구된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 기존의 녹색 번호판과 흰색 번호판 모두를 추출하고 인식 할 수 있는 알고리즘에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 다양한 환경 에서 획득한 차량 영상으로부터 번호판 영역을 추출하기 위하여 형태학적 특징을 이용하였고, 추출된 번호판 영역의 수평, 수직 히스토그램과 문자의 상대적 위치 정보를 이용하여, 문자를 분리하였다. 최종적으로, 분리된 문자를 인식하기 위해 주성분 분석법(PCA : Principal Component Analysis)과 선형 판별 분석법(LDA : Linear Discriminant Analysis)을 적용하여 인식 시스템을 구성하였다. 실험 결과, 불규칙한 조명 상태에서도 상대적으로 높은 추출률과 문자 인식률을 나타내었다.

  • In this study, a AGV(Auto Guide Vehicle) is presented and the dynamic characteristics of AGV driving device is investigated. The design factors of hydraulic pump and motor is an important component for it's performance characteristics. the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic pump and motor is simulated by using commercial code AMESim. Simulation results show that each behavior can be predicted with changing the various parameters.

  • Suspension noise from under a passenger car is one of the important factors that impact the perceptual quality for drivers. However, it is difficult to validate this by component level testing in the early stage of development, because suspension noise caused by interaction of the related parts has been found at saleable vehicles late during development or at the manufacturing stage, when many customers have already filed for claims. This study proposed a validation testing under research by the DFSS process that enables reproduction of vehicle level noise by component level testing using a shock absorber with the related parts, such as urethane bumper and top mount. This study also developed a compromised test matrix while analyzing the noise factors through experimental design and analysis of variance to determine what factors can affect noise. Based on this study, we expect that the vehicle level and customer claim can be validated during initial development timing by a more reliable component noise validation test.

Affecting Factors on the Variation of Atmospheric Concentration of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons in Central London

  • In this study, a statistical investigation was carried out for the evaluation of any relationship between polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHss) associated with ambient aerosols and other air quality parameters under varying meteorological conditions. Daily measurements for PAHs and air quality/meteorological parameters were selected from a data-base constructed by a comprehensive air monitoring in London during 1985-1987. Correlation coefficients were calculated to examine any significant relationship between the PAHs and other individual variables. Statistical analysis was further Performed for the air quality/meteorological data set using a principal component analysis to derive important factors inherent in the interactions among the variables. A total of six components were identified, representing vehicle emission, photochemical activity/volatilization, space heating, atmospheric humidity, atmospheric stability, and wet deposition. It was found from a stepwise multiple regression analysis that the vehicle emission component is overall the most important factor contributing to the variability of PAHs concentrations at the monitoring site. The photochemical activity/volatilzation component appeared to be also an important factor particularly for the lower molecular weight PAHs. In general, the space heating component was found to be next important factor, while the contributions of other three components to the variance of each PAHs did not appear to be as much important as the first three components in most cases. However, a consistency for these components in their negative correlations with PAHs data was found, indicating their roles in the depletion of PAHs concentrations in the urban atmosphere.

승용차 서브프레임용 고무부시의 동강성 예측 (Estimation of Dynamic Characteristics of a Rubber Component for Subframe in Automobile Vehicle)

  • While rubber components are extensively used in automobile vehicle, there are still a lot of difficulties in designing the rubber components applied in complex shapes and preloaded states because of the complicated material properties. In this paper, an efficient experimental method is suggested, which estimates the dynamic stiffness of a rubber component using rubber material test and static stiffness of the bush. And it is verified by comparing with FEM predictions and experimental results. This method is capable of predicting the dynamic stiffness of a rubber bush under various load conditions from minimized test data. Also it estimates dynamic characteristics of a rubber component using rubber material test and FEM calculation.

자동차 엔진냉각계의 해석 프로그램의 개발 (Development of Simulation Program of Automotive Engine Cooling System)

  • A numerical program has been developed for the simulation of automotive engine cooling system. The program determines the mass flow rate of engine coolant circulating the engine cooling system and radiator cooling air when the engine speed is adopted by appropriate empirical correlation. The program used the method of thermal balance at individual element through the model for radiator component in radiator analysis. This study has developed the program that predicts the coolant mass flow rate, inlet and outlet temperatures of each component in the engine cooling system (engine, transmission, radiator and oil cooler) in its state of thermal equilibrium. This study also combined the individual programs and united into the total performance analysis program of the engine cooling system operating at a constant vehicle speed. An air conditioner system is also included in this engine cooling system so that the condenser of the air conditioner faces the radiator. The effect of air conditioner to the cooling performance, e.g., radiator inlet temperature, of the radiator and engine system was examined. This study could make standards of design of radiator capacity using heat rejection with respect to the mass flow rate of cooling air. This study is intended to predict the performance of each component at design step or to simulate the system when specification of the component is modified, and to analyze the performance of the total vehicle engine cooling system.

최적용량매칭 및 실시간 제어전략에 의한 직렬형 하이브리드 버스의 연비향상 (Series-Type Hybrid Electric Bus Fuel Economy Increase with Optimal Component Sizing and Real-Time Control Strategy)

  • 직렬형 하이브리드 자동차는 구조가 간단하고 단품들의 효율이 높기 때문에 연비성능이 우수하며, 병렬형과 비교하여 배터리, 엔진, 모터의 용량이 상대적으로 고용량인 특징을 가진다. 본 연구에서는 직렬형 하이브리드 자동차의 최적용량매칭을 통해 최적의 연비를 도출하고, 실시간 시뮬레이션 환경에서 사용될 알고리즘을 개발한다. 연구에서 진행된 용량매칭은 모터, 엔진/발전기 및 배터리를 대상으로 13개 주행 사이클에 대하여 순차적으로 이루어 졌으며, 이를 위해 Matlab 환경에서 최적화 기법인 DP(Dynamic Programming)을 사용하였다. 실시간 성능검증을 위한 차량모델은 Simulink 및 AMEsim을 기반으로 개발되었고 실시간 제어로직이 구현된 RCP(Rapid Control Proto-typing)와 연동하여 그 성능을 확인할 수 있었다.
