앙상블 모델과 SHAP Value를 활용한 국내 중고차 가격 예측 모델에 관한 연구: 차종 특성을 중심으로 (A Study on the Prediction Models of Used Car Prices Using Ensemble Model And SHAP Value: Focus on Feature of the Vehicle Type)

  • 중고차 시장에서 온라인 플랫폼 서비스의 시장 점유율은 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 또한 중고차 온라인 플랫폼 서비스는 서비스 이용자에게 차량의 제원, 사고 이력, 점검 내역, 세부 옵션, 그리고 중고차의 가격 등을 공개하고 있다. 2023년 현재 국내 자동차 시장에서 SUV 차종의 신차 점유율은 50% 이상으로 확대되었으며, 하이브리드 차종은 신차 판매량이 지난해에 비해 두 배 이상 증가하였다. 이에 따라 이들 차종은 국내 중고차 시장에서도 인기를 끌고 있다. 기존 연구는 전체 차량 또는 브랜드별 차량을 대상으로 머신러닝 모델을 실행하여 중고차 가격 예측 모델을 제안하였다. 반면 국내 자동차 시장에서 SUV와 하이브리드 차종의 인기는 매년 상승하고 있으나, 이들 차종을 대상으로 중고차 가격 예측 모델을 제안한 연구는 찾기 어려웠다. 본 연구는 국내 시장에서 자국 브랜드가 생산한 세단, SUV, 그리고 하이브리드 차종을 대상으로 차량 제원과 옵션, 총 72개의 특성을 활용하여 이들 차종별 가장 우수한 중고차 가격 예측 모델을 선정하였다. 이를 위해 특성 선택으로 Lasso 회귀 모델을 활용하여 특성을 선별한 후 동일 샘플링으로 앙상블 모델을 실행하였다. 그 결과 모든 차종에서 최우수 모델은 CBR 모델로 선정되었으며, 차종별 최우수 모델을 대상으로 Tree SHAP Value의 시각화를 실행하여 특성의 기여도 및 방향성을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 시사점으로 온라인 플랫폼 서비스를 이용하는 매매관계자에게 차종별 중고차 가격 예측 모델을 제안하고 특성의 기여 수준과 방향성을 확인함으로써 이들 간 정보의 비대칭으로 야기된 문제 해결에 지원이 될 것으로 기대한다.

자동차 대체연료의 상호호환성 연구 (A Study on Compatibility of Vehicle Using Alternative Fuels)

  • The purpose of this study provides the theoretical model for protecting the economic and social loss from the current alternative fuel vehicle which is developed without compatibility and senseless one's own through verifying the statistical significant by method of measuring analysis. The market scale of alternative fuel vehicle depends on customer's and station's expectation about the number of potential vehicle users. It is very difficult for vehicle manufacturer to make a decision on the standard alternative fuel vehicle as it might reduce profit and market share. Accordingly, the development of alternative fuel vehicle should have manufacturer confident on the potential profit in the future. Moreover, if we decide to use the non-standard fuel after we started to use the standard fuel, it would take a huge cost comparing with starting to use the standard fuel only. As a result, once one of companies starts to provide the non-standard fuel service, it is getting more difficult to use the standard fuel going forward. Consequently, we may review the possibility of choice on the standard fuel before the vehicle manufacturer starts service with non-standard fuel.

머리모형 충돌에 의한 자동차 접합유리의 실험적 연구 및 유한요소해석 (Experimental Study and Finite Element Analysis about Vehicle Laminated Glass Subject to Headform Impact)

  • In vehicle to pedestrian accidents, cracks occur in the vehicle laminated glass due to impact of a pedestrian's head. In this study, FMH(Free Motion Headform) was used to experiment on and analyze the crack patterns on a vehicle laminated glass that collides with an adult headform at speeds of 20 km/h, 30 km/h, and 40 km/h, respectively. Applying the acquired experimental data and material property of the vehicle laminated glass to the structural analysis program LS-Dyna, we could develop the FE model of vehicle laminated glass similar to real vehicle laminated glass. We could estimate the head impact velocity and pedestrian's vehicle impact velocity using the Madymo program.

자율주행 자동차 임시운행 허가를 위한 안전 성능 평가 시나리오 (An evaluation scenario of safety performance for extraordinary service permission of autonomous vehicle)

  • This paper presents an evaluation scenario of safety performance for extraordinary service permission of autonomous vehicle driving on a motorway. Based on advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) which is already mass-production, an autonomous vehicle driving on motorway is tested on the public roads and also getting close to mass-production. Before the autonomous vehicle tested, the safety of autonomous driving system should be evaluated based on a proper test scenario. Prior to develop the test scenario, this paper reviews the licensing standards for an autonomous vehicle in California and Nevada, and the international regulations of each ADAS. To develop the scenario, the driving conditions of motorway are categorized into five modes and fundamental evaluation requirements of elements of autonomous driving system are derived. An evaluation scenario, which represents the real driving conditions, has been developed to assess the safety of autonomous vehicle. This scenario has validated by computer simulation using model predictive control (MPC) based autonomous driving algorithm.

  • Telematics is expected to be one of the fastest growing businesses in information technology area. It may create a new emerging market in industry related to automotive, telecommunications, and information services. Especially vehicle navigation service is considered as a killer application among telematics service applications. The current vehicle navigation service typically recommends a single path that is based on the traveling time or distance from the origin to the destination. The system provides two options for users to choose either via highway or via any road. Since the traffics and road conditions of big cities are very complicated and dynamic, the demand of multi-path guidance system is increasing in telematics market. The multi-path guidance system should allow drivers to choose a path based on their individual preferences such as traveling time, distance, or route familiarity. Using the Lawler's algorithm, it is possible to find multiple paths; however, due to the lengthy computational time, it is not suitable for the real-time services. This study suggests a computationally feasible and efficient heuristic multiple paths finding algorithm that is reliable for the real-time vehicle navigation services.

운행 휘발유 자동차의 배출가스검사 시스템 비교 (Comparision in Emission Inspection System of a Gasoline Vehicle in Service)

  • In the most of a nation, the safety and emission gas inspection system of a vehicle in service have been conducted with the most compatible inspection system according to its real environmental situation. Especially, the state of vehicle emission gas is measured by advanced emission gas inspection equipment. It has the problem that the decrease effect of an environmental pollution matter is not calculated by weight percent measurement type equipment. Therefore, in this study, the correlations for the results of emission gas measurement are analyzed by comparing a weight percent measurement type (IDLE+ASM2525 mode) and an advanced mass measurement type (IM240 mode). As the result, the selectivity of an emission gas by IM240 mode is higher than that by IDLE+ASM2525 mode. In the future, therefore, the introduction of IM240 mode and a mass measurement type equipment are necessary. Also, we need to prepare a vehicle emission gas inspection system for introducing IM240 mode.

  • Regulation for the testing and operation of autonomous vehicles on public roadways has been recently developed all over the world. For example, the licensing standards and the evaluation technology for autonomous vehicles have been proposed in California, Nevada and EU. But specific safety evaluation scenarios for autonomous vehicles have not been proposed yet. This paper presents safety evaluation scenarios for extraordinary service permission of autonomous vehicles on highways. A total of five scenarios are selected in consideration of safety priority and real traffic situation. These scenarios are developed based on existing ADAS evaluation and simulation of autonomous vehicle algorithm. Also, Safety evaluation factors are developed based on ISO requirements, other papers and the current traffic regulations. These scenarios are investigated via computer simulation.

  • 이동통신 기술의 발전과 자동차 산업의 발전은 현재 텔레매틱스 서비스라는 또 하나의 지능형 통신기반 자동차 서비스 산업을 일으키고 있다. 각국은 텔레매틱스 서비스의 무한한 산업적 시장성을 기대하며 본격적으로 연구 및 표준화 활동을 벌이고 있다. 텔레매틱스 서비스 제공을 위하여 차량안전통신 기술이 향후 가장 중요한 서비스 위치를 차지할 것으로 예상되며, 최근 이에 대한 연구가 기대되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 ad-hoc 네트워크를 이용하여 차량 간 통신을 통한 차량 사고에 대한 위험인지와 회피 방안에 대한 설계를 제안하고자 한다.

For example, the licensing standards and the evaluation technology for automated vehicles have been proposed in California, Nevada and EU. But specific safety evaluation scenarios for automated vehicles have not been proposed yet. This paper presents safety evaluation scenarios for extraordinary service permission of automated vehicles on highways. A total of seven scenarios are selected in consideration of safety priority and real traffic situation. Six scenarios are relevant with lane keeping and one scenario is relevant with lane change. All scenarios are developed based on existing ADAS evaluation scenarios and repeated simulation of automated vehicle algorithm. Safety evaluation factors as well as scenarios are developed. The safety factors are based on existing ADAS ISO requirements, ADAS safety factors and current traffic regulations. For the scenarios, a hunter vehicle is needed in addition to automated vehicle evaluated. The hunter vehicle performs multiple roles like preceding vehicle, cut-in vehicle and so on. The hunter vehicle is also automated vehicle equipped with high performance GPS, radar and Lidar. All the scenarios can be implemented by driving a lap on a KATRI ITS test track. These scenarios and safety evaluation factors are investigated via both a computer simulation and an experimental vehicle test on the test track. The experimental vehicle test was conducted with two automated vehicles, which are the evaluated vehicle and the hunter vehicle.

  • 대다수 차량은 문제가 발생하면 사용자가 직접 정비소에 방문하여 정비가 이뤄지는 형태를 취하고 있다. 정비가 이뤄지는 동안 사용자는 운행을 하지 못하는 불편함과 함께, 대상 차량이 수익을 창출하는 차량이라면 경제적인 손실도 감수해야 한다. 실시간으로 차량 정보를 수집하고, 수집된 빅데이터를 기반으로 차량에서 발생할 수 있는 문제를 파악하여 사후 서비스 보다는 사전 서비스를 제공한다면, 안정된 차량 운행에 도움을 줄 수 있으며, 경제적 손실도 감소할 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 IoT기반 게이트웨이를 설계하고, 실시간 차량 정보를 수집하여 빅데이터를 구성하여 실시간으로 차량 정보를 제공할 수 있는 플랫폼을 설계하였다.
