슬라이딩모드를 이용한 유압서보시스템의 부하압력추종제어에 관한 연구 (A study on the tracking control of load pressure in electrohydraulic servosystem using sliding mode)

  • The purpose of this study is ID form the required force for measurements of the performances of the equipments or testpieces. For the generation of the required force, ft difference of pressures in each chamber of the hydraulic cylinder was controlled and Variable Structure Control theory was adopted to control it. Besides, observers -Luenberger Observer and nonlinear Variable Structure Observer - were designed to estimate the derivative of the load pressure which is necessary ID determine the sliding surface in VSC theory. As a consequence of the computer simulation, it was shown that VSC had better performance than classical control theory(P, PD control) and VSO performed better than the Luenberger Observer at the load pressure control.

  • This paper presents a stabilization technique for unstable systems. An inverted pendulum, which is a typical unstable mechanical system, is considered and stabilized by a nonlinear control. The stabilization problem in this system is related to that in postural control of human being. In this paper, the variable structure control (VSC) is applied to the stabilization problem. Robustness by the VSC and that by a conventional linear feedback controller are compared.

  • This paper deals with "chattering" problem in variable structure control system. For digital computer control, chattering reduction algorithm in Analog-VSC is extended to Discrete-VSC. The proposed algorithm is applied to position control of D.C Servo Motor by using 6502 .mu.-processor. The improved transient response, as well as a considerable reduction of chattering, is illustrated experimentally.imentally.

  • The stewart platform manipulator is a manipulator that has the closed-loop structure with an upper plate end-effector and a base frame. The stewart platform manipulator has the merit of high working accuracy and high stiffness compared with a serial manipulator. However, this is a complex structure, so controllability of the system is not so good. In this paper, we introduce a new robust motion control algorithm using partial state feedback for a class of nonlinear systems in the presence of modelling uncertainties and external disturbances. The major contribution of this work introduces the development and design of robust observer for the state and the perturbation, which is integrated into a variable structure controller(VSC) structure. The combination of controller/observer improves the control performance, because of the robust routine called sliding mode control with sliding perturbation observer(SMCSPO). Simulation and experiment are performed to apply to the manipulator. And their results show a high accuracy and a good performance.

  • In this paper, a variable structure control scheme with a terminal sliding mode is proposed for robot manipulators. The proposed control scheme guarantees that the output tracking error converges to zero in finite time, and the overall system shows robust property against parametric uncertainties and external disturbances all the time.

  • In this paper, we propose a design method and control law for plannar type two-link flexible manipulator. In designing flexible links, we use Rayleigh's principle. To control flexible manipulator, input distribution controller is used, which is primarily on the basis of nonlinear variable structure control(VSC). The simulation results are also shown.

  • A new scheme of OFVSC(Output Feedvack Variable Structure Controller) is proposed for the servo control system. The main structure of proposed control scheme is composed of servo compensator and dynamic switiching function. By the use of dynamic switiching function the assumption of full state availability can be removed and the disturbances which does not satisfy the matching condition cna be rejected. And the servo compensator which is designed for each output variable the robustness for the all type of disturbances. And the performances of proposed control system are evaluated through simulation studies for a numerical example.

  • An Optimal Feedforward Integral Variable Structure or FIVSC approach for an electrohydraulic position servo control system is presented in this paper. The FIVSC algorithm combines feedforward strategy and integral in the conventional Variable Structure Control (VSC) and calculating the control function to guarantee the existence of a sliding mode. Furthermore, the chattering in the control signal is suppressed by replacing the sign function in the control function with a smoothing function. The simulation results illustrate that the purposed approach gives a significant improvement on the tracking performances when compared with some existing control methods, like the IVSC and MIVSC strategies. Simulation results illustrate that the purposed approach can achieve a zero steady state error for ramp input and has an optimal motion with respect to a quadratic performance index. Moreover, Its can achieve accurate servo tracking in the presence of plant parameter variation and external load disturbances.

  • Brushless DC(BLDC) motor have been increasingly used in machine tools and robotics applications due to the reliability and the efficiency. In control of BLDC motor, it is important to construct the controller which is robust to parameter variations and external disturbances. Variable structure controller(VSC) has been known as a powerful tool in robust control of time varying systems. In practical systems, however, VSC has a high frequency chattering which deteriorates system performances. In this paper, a binary controller(BC) which takes the form of VSC and MRAC combined is presented to solve this problem. BC consists of the primary loop controller and the external loop controller to change the gain of primary loop controller smoothly. So it can generate the continuous control input and is insensitive to parameter variations in the given domain. To confirm the validity, various investigations of control characteristics for various design parameters in a position control system of BLDC motor are carried out.   • In this paper is Proposed a VSC(variable structure controller) for a high-speed and high-precision position control of a XY Table, which is based on the PI type reaching mode. Also the comparative study between the proposed method and the conventional PID controller is presented as well. Designed and tuned under repeated experiments, the proposed method showed a better reasonable performance than PID controller in the aspect of tracking error.
