A Production Method to GRM Coefficients of Multiple Valued Logic Function (다치논리함수의 GRM상수 생성 방법)

  • This paper presents a production method to GRM coefficients which are consist of $P^n$ polarities to n variables over GF(p). In general production method to GRM coefficients is derived from RM coefficients to polarity 0 using RM expansion and extended to GRM coefficients. The procedure of proposed production method to GRM coefficients is consists of 2 steps. First, obtain the optimal polarity which is contains a minimal operation to single variable and then apply the same process to all generation process of GRM coefficients using cyclic property of the polarity. Proposed method simplify the generation procedure and reduces a number of operators because of the cyclic property of polarity.

  • In this paper, alkaline or acidic solution, in particular the principle of electrolysis to oxidize the metal surface to form a device isolation film is developed. In the past, mainly in the form of pulse voltage is applied to the anode only a unipolar method, but in this paper by using the H-bridge to the amount of the positive (+) voltage and the negative supply voltage, alternating voltage polarity devices were fabricated according to the characteristics of metal specimens with different electrical conditions to form an oxide film on the device was developed. Supply current variable was used for the PWM modulation, (+) and (-) polarity change of the H-bridge bipolar pulse voltage to supply the was that. As a result, a more uniform pores with unipolar film was formed.

  • MEMS-based louver and shutter type conventional variable emissivity radiators change their emissivity properties in accordance with a temperature condition to achieve efficient thermal control performance. However, there are some drawbacks such as a structural safety of the mechanical moving parts under sever launch environment and constant power consumption to maintain the intended emissivity. In this study, to overcome above drawbacks, we proposed a MEMS-based variable emissivity radiator, which can change the emissivity property according to the polarity change of electrodes by using electric charge of the bead. The effectiveness of the optimized radiator design has been demonstrated through the comparison of efficiency with the fixed emissivity radiator.

  • This paper presents a production method to GRM coefficients which is consists of 3n polarities to n variables over GF(3). General production method is searching for transformation matrix for a single variable and then kronecker products for n times. This paper presents a production method of GRM coefficients using DD(Decision Diagrma). Change of coefficients to a single variable are apply to DD and extended to n variables.

  • New type of vehicles made from thin aluminum alloy are under rapid development and some product are already on the market, but when welding sheet metal joint of aluminum alloy, the main problem are burn-through by the high heat input. The purpose of this study, it is to prevent the burn-through and to shallow penetration that AC pulse welding has diminish the penetration and to lower the droplet temperature at Al sheet metal welding. In this study, we observed the bead appearance and whether it was appeared burn through or not , as the variation of the root gap in the lap and butt-joint welding process.

  • This paper present a method of GRM constant generation using cell [fi] which is generated over karnaugh map. The proposed method is as following. First od all, we select the arbitrary cell over karnaugh map. Next we arithmetic operate the selected cell with single variable transformation matrix, and mapping into karnaugh map its result. Although we discuss the new GRM generation method applied to polarity circulation.

  • Recently, application of arc welding to galvanized carbon steel sheet is on the increasing Ould in the fields of automobile and construction industries. In arc welding process, zinc is evaporated in weld pool, even under the appropriate welding condition and produce blowhole and/or pit. Zinc gas cause instability of arc and increase spatter and fume. This research is purposed to minimize the heat-input and the formation of porosities in the welded joint of the galvanized carbon steel sheet using variable polarity AC wave pulse MIG welding system. An appropriate welding condition which showed low spatter and good bead appearance was acquired by applying the AC pulse MIG welding machine to DC duplicated MIG welding with the solid wire. When oxygen gas was added to shield gas of MIG welding for galvanized steel sheet, arc length was increased and arc stability was improved. In the AC duplicated welding, the loss of galvanized layer was decreased as the amount of heat-input was decreased when the EN ratio was increased under the condition that average welding current was evenly set.
