SNS의 재발견: 오디오SNS의 제한적 속성이 사용의도에 미치는 영향 (Rethinking Social Media: The Influences of Restrictive Attributes of Audio-based Social Media on User Intention)

  • 오디오SNS는 기존의 SNS가 개방성을 추구하는 것과 달리, 제한적 속성을 주된 특징으로 한다. 본 연구에서는 가치기반수용모델(VAM)을 기반으로 제한적 속성이 사용자의 오디오SNS 수용에 있어서 어떠한 역할을 하는지 분석하고자 한다. 제한적 속성을 접근 제한성, 소통제한성, 콘텐츠제한성 변수로 정의해 각 변수가 VAM의 핵심 변수를 매개로 인지된 가치와 사용의도에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 총 207명의 오디오SNS 사용자 및 잠재 사용자의 설문 응답을 토대로 분석한 결과에 따르면 3가지 제한성 변수가 인지된 편익 요소인 유용성과 유희성에 영향을 미치며 사용자의 수용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 가치기반수용모델에 기반한 모형과 새로운 형태의 SNS 성장을 위한 방향성을 제시한다는 점에서 중요한 의의를 지닌다.

A Study on Factors Affecting the Use Intention of Virtual Reality(VR) Devices: Based on UTAUT and VAM Model

  • The purposes of this study is to derive the influence factors of Virtual Reality(VR) technologies acceptance based on the study of unified theory of acceptance and use of technology and value-based acceptance model to test the use and acceptance of VR devices. The survey methods were used for this study, and the data from a total of 400 consumers were used for the analysis. And the structural equation model was used to analyze the data. The results of the study are as follows: First, benefit components perceived enjoyment(EN) and sacrifice components personal innovative(PI) of VR devices were positively related to perceived values and use intention of VR devices, although the benefit components performance expectancy(PE) was positively related to perceived values(PV) but was not positively related to the use intention of VR devices. Second, sacrifice components perceived cost(PC) and anxiety(ANX) of VR devices were negatively related to perceived value(PV), but were not negatively related to the use intention of VR devices. Third, perceived values was not obvious related to the use intention(UI) of VR devices. The results of this study contribute to the literature as a new attempt to examining the effect on consumer use intention in VR technology areas.

디지털금융 기반 마이데이터 앱 초기 사용자들의 이용의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Intention of Early Users of Digital Finance baesd Mydata Service Application)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to investigate the intention of early application users in consideration of the characteristics of digital finance-based MyData service users. It is expected that user characteristics will affect the intention to use MyData service, which has not yet been advanced, and accordingly, it will examine how the characteristics of the initial users of MyData service and the intention to use it are connected. Design/methodology/approach The model used in this study is a value-based adoption model (VAM), and a lot of research has been conducted on information technology and online user acceptance and continuous use intention of online users. VAM has been proven useful through empirical analysis in many studies. The value-based acceptance model is a method of analyzing the intention to use Benefits and Sacrifices as the main elements of perceived value. It can be said to be a model that can analyze the benefits of use and the sacrifices to be made. Findings According to the analysis results of this study, it was found that usefulness, enjoyment, and reliability, which are the benefits of MyData service apps, had a positive effect on perceived value, which is partially consistent with existing research results. However, it was found that complexity, which is the sacrifice of MyData service apps, negatively affects perceived value and security has no negative impact. The results of security are considered to be complementary to financial institutions because MyData service deals with financial data based on personal information, and the research hypothesis is rejected because users' demands are relatively low. Therefore, MyData service apps should do more to increase benefits (usefulness, enjoyment, and reliability) than to reduce sacrifice (complexity) to users.

가치기반수용모델을 활용한 언택트 공연 관람의도 영향요인 연구 : COVID-19 팬데믹 시기 온라인 스트리밍 공연을 중심으로 (Factors Affecting the Viewing Intention for Untact Performance Using Value-Based Acceptance Model)

  • 2020년 COVID-19의 전세계적 유행 이후, 공연예술계의 돌파구로 온라인 스트리밍을 통한 '언택트' 공연이 시도되었다. 본 연구는 기술수용모델(TAM)을 정보통신 기술에 맞게 변용한 가치기반수용모델(VAM)을 적용하여 관객의 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐구하였다. 이 모델에 따라 인지된 유용성, 즐거움, 기술성, 혁신저항을 독립변인으로 선정하고 지각된 가치와 이에 따른 수용의도를 측정하기 위한 관람객 설문조사를 시행하였다. 분석방법으로는 주로 Smart PLS를 활용하여 타당도, 신뢰도 및 가설검증을 수행했다. 연구 결과, 지각된 가치에 영향을 미치는 요인은 인지된 유용성, 인지된 즐거움, 혁신 저항이었고 기술성은 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 통계적으로 유의한 요인 중 혁신 저항은 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 지각된 가치는 수용의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 언택트로의 이행이라는 공연시장의 변화에 대해 VAM 모델을 활용하여 편익과 희생 측면에서 관객 관람의도에 미치는 영향을 검증함으로써 학술적 및 실무적인 시사점 도출을 도모하였다는 의의가 있다. 그러나, 다양한 연령층에 대한 접근에 한계가 있으므로 향후 이에 대한 후속연구가 필요하다고 하겠다.

An Integrated Framework for Modeling the Influential Factors Affecting the Use of Voice-Enabled IoT Devices: A Case Study of Amazon Echo

  • Purpose: The application of IoT is finding continuous acceptance in our daily lives, particularly, smart speakers are making life easier and convenient for consumers. This research aims to develop and test an integrated model of factors influencing consumer's adoption of voice-enabled IoT devices. Design/methodology/approach: Based on the VAM, an integrated voice-enabled IoT device adoption model is proposed. Gender differences on five constructs relating with perceived value (perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, perceived security risk, perceived technicality and perceived cost) was also examined through PLS-MGA technique. The usage experience of consumers was also controlled in the integrated VAM. Findings: Result shows that Perceived-Usefulness, Perceived-Enjoyment and Perceived-Cost have a strong effect on Perceived-Value. However, Perceived-Technicality and Perceived-Security-Risk are non-influential and have no significant effect on PV. Additionally, Perceived-Value and Social-Influence plays a significant role in predicting adoption intention. Gender differences also exist in consumers perception of usefulness, enjoyment and cost. In comparison to the basic value-based adoption model, the integrated model provides more insight on consumers adoption of voice-enabled IoT devices. Originality/value: Using an integrated model, this study is one of the first scholarly attempt at modelling the influential factors for adopting smart speakers i.e., voice-enabled IoT devices, with implications for improved adoption.

Non-Fungible Token(NFT) 소비자의 구매행동을 이끄는 요인은 무엇인가?: 심리적 소유감의 조절효과를 중심으로 (What Drives Consumer Purchase Behavior of Non-Fungbile Token(NFT) Collectibles?: the Moderating Role of Psychological Ownership)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to understand the factors that influence the purchasing behavior of NFT collectibles consumers, using the value-based acceptance model (VAM). As the use of NFTs is predicted to become more widespread in the near future, it is important to explore how these consumers make purchasing decisions. Design/methodology/approach This study employed text analysis and in-depth interviews to identify the factors of benefits and sacrifices perceived by consumers. Based on the results of the exploratory study, a research model and hypotheses were established. To test the hypotheses, an online survey was conducted, and the data was analyzed using a structural equation model. Findings The major findings of this study showed that perceived benefit factors had a significant positive impact on consumers' perceived value of NFT collectibles, whereas perceived sacrifice factors did not have a significant effect on perceived value. Also, when consumers' social needs were met, their perceived value was highest. Lastly, the effect of perceived value on purchase intention was not affected by the level of psychological ownership.

  • 세계적인 경제 불황 환경에서 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 IT 분야에서 새로운 패러다임이 되었다. 본 논문은 국내기업의 클라우드 서비스 채택의도의 영향요인 분석을 위한 탐색적 연구이다. 본 연구는 클라우드 서비스 중에서 IaaS(Infrastructure as a Service)에 초점을 맞추고, 클라우드 서비스 채택의도 분석을 위해서 TAM과 VAM을 적용하기로 한다. 제안하는 탐색 모델은 확장성, 민첩성, 보안성, 효율성, 신뢰성 등과 같은 클라우드 서비스의 특성을 포함한 TAM과 VAM을 적용하여 IaaS 채택의도의 중요한 영향요인을 파악하기 위한 가설들을 검증한다. 궁극적으로 본 연구를 통하여 B2B 클라우드 서비스 시장에서 기업 사용자들의 IaaS 채택에 관한 사용의도를 파악하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 클라우드 서비스 제공자들이 보다 효과적인 클라우드 서비스 개발과 마케팅 전략을 향상시키는데 도움을 줄 수 있다.

Mobile Video Telephony Service Adoption : A Value-based Approach

  • Korean telecommunications industry has a large scale market and boasts on high service quality and high technologies enough to provide the mobile video telephony service(the VTS) satisfactorily. For many years, Korean telecommunications companies have been investing enormous amount of money to advertise their VTS widely and to allow their customers to change their cell phones for the 3G(the third generation) devices indispensable for the VTS. However, despite their efforts, the VTS adoption rate in Korea is very low as of January, 2010 and it seems that customers seldom feel the necessity to use. From this viewpoint, it becomes necessary to identify antecedents influencing the intention to use for the VTS empirically. For this purpose, we have proposed several hypotheses from the perspective of the Value-based Adoption Model(VAM). We conducted a survey and found the several factors which influence the value perception of VTS.

  • Wearable Technology is going to be the biggest buzzword and the next generation of digital revolution in the near future. Wearables have changed the focus of the healthcare industry to prevention programs in order to encourage individuals to be more active and to take the responsibility of their own health. Although, the intention of consumers to use wellness wearables has been growing rapidly, the number of individuals who refuses continued use of such devices increases day-by-day. Diffusion and innovation of new technology could be more efficiently gained by consumer's adoption. So, it is extremely important for providers and designers to understand the impact of positive and negative factors on consumers' intention to use wellness wearables. Moreover, a unified framework is required for better understanding of individuals' behavioral intention for using wellness wearables. Thus, the goal of this study is to identify the potential factors that influence consumers' willingness to use wellness wearables as well as proposing a unified framework based on Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) and Value-based Adoption Model (VAM) with two extra factors, perceived trust and perceived health increase. The findings of this article improves the theoretical understanding of the engaged factors in the proposed research model of the study.

스마트폰 공통 필수앱에 대한 이용자 인식과 특성이 이용 행동에 미치는 영향 (The Study on the User Behavioral Effects of Perception and Characteristics on the Common Essential Applications of Smartphones)

  • 본 연구는 통합기술수용이론과 가치기반수용모델을 이용하여 이용자 인식과 특성이 스마트폰 공통 필수앱의 이용 행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자, 15세~65세를 대상으로 고객조사를 하였다. 연구결과, 정보프라이버시 염려를 제외한 성과기대, 즐거움, 촉진조건, 노력 기대, 사회적 영향 순으로 이용 행동에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연령에 의한 조절 효과는 젊은 층일수록 지각된 가치와 이용 의도 사이에서, 중장년층일수록 즐거움과 지각된 가치 사이에서 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 선탑재 앱 설계 및 선탑재 앱 선정, 이용 활성화를 위한 전략수립에 시사점을 제공하는데 의의를 가진다.
