평가는 생산된 기록의 보유기간을 결정하는 과정을 일컬으며, 특히 업무 목적 이외의 2차적 가치를 가진 기록을 영구보존기록으로 선별하는 것을 의미하는 것으로 이해된다. 그러나 광의의 개념에서 보자면 평가 행위는 영구보존 선별뿐 만 아니라 기록이 지닌 가치가 무엇인지를 분석하는 것이라 할 수 있다. 이는 기록관리 전 과정에 걸쳐 기록의 가치에 대한 분석이 수행됨을 의미한다고 볼 수 있다. 한편 기록관리의 특징은 하나의 프로세스로 끝을 맺는 것이 아니라 동일 기능에 대한 기록이 반복적으로 생산되고 관리되므로서 기록관리 프로세스가 반복된다는 점이다. 이러한 기록관리 구조에서 다시 기록관리 프로세스가 시작될 때에는 기록의 가치와 더불어 이전의 생산보다 높은 기록의 가치를 가진 기록을 생산하도록 해야 할 것이다. 이용자들에게 제공되는 기록의 품질이 개선되고 이용서비스의 질을 높일 수 있는 기록관리구조가 되어야 할 것이다. 궁극적으로 기록관리구조는 기록관리 전 프로세스를 마칠 때마다 매번 나은 모습을 갖추는 선순환구조의 모습을 추구해야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라 기록관리제도에서 기록의 가치 분석이 어떻게 반영되어 있는지를 살펴보았으며, 이를 위해 <공공기관의기록물관리에관한법률>을 분석하였다 그 결과를 기록의 가치에 대한 분석구조를 심화한 기록관리체계를 운용함으로써 궁극적으로 기록관리 자체가 선순환적인 구조를 갖출 것을 제언하였다.

To improve the competitive power of a business under over- saturated state that the supply exceeds the demand, a business will seek after value management than quality management(QM). This paper define newly the concepts of value and quality and presents the value-management system based on it.

This study is to investigate the error of prediction value with related variables from the recommended system and to examine the error of prediction value with related variables. To decrease the error on the collaborative recommended system on user based, this research explored the effects on the prediction related response pair between raters' demographic variables and Pearson's coefficient and sparsity. The result shows comparative analysis between existing error of prediction value and conditioned one.

Nonlinear system of initial value problems involving R-L fractional derivative is studied. Monotone iterative technique coupled with lower and upper solutions is developed for the problem. It is successfully applied to study qualitative properties of solutions of nonlinear system of initial value problem when the function on the right hand side is nondecreasing.

We propose the intelligent tutoring system for the mobile english learning. The proposed system is based on the item response theory to analyze the level of learner. We define the types of item, teaching method and item disposition according to contents modeling. The system estimates the learner level and it gives the learning contents, the evaluation results, and feedback. The system gives those by inference engine which consists of learner's level estimation value, method diagnostic value and disposition diagnostic value.

The purpose of this study is to construct a value-oriented sizing and cost estimation model for system integration projects. In particular, this study is to build a system architecture design and integration cost model, and a network design and implementation cost model. Unlike software development projects, system integration projects include knowledge-intensive professional services on system architecture and network design areas. Because of these work's high invisibility, the cost of these services is hard to estimate and measure. Therefore, we need to develop value-oriented cost models. This study presents 6 value-oriented cost models, and tests statistical significance of these models with real system integration project data. The results show that cost factors on these models are valid, and models are statistically significant. Future work is needed to integrate various cost models and apply the whole model to field projects to increase model's prediction accuracy.

This research studies the aesthetic value of typography in fashion, within the framework of system for objective and multilateral research. For this purpose, a literature review and analysis of system and typography were performed. The scope of this research is from 2000 to 2015. The results of the research can be summarized as follows. First, by analyzing system and typography in modern fashion in order to set up a new theoretical standard, we found that the main values of typography in modern fashion concern functionality, hierarchy, stability, independency, and flexibility. Second, by analyzing of aesthetic value of typography in fashion within system, we found that main values the functionality of typography as a marketing tool, the hierarchy of typography as a slogan of subculture, the stability of typography for the increasing of collective belonging, the independency of typography as a linguistic playfulness, and the flexibility of typography as an image. Lastly, each aesthetic value of typography expressed in fashion has similarities and differences. It could be considered in the same vein as the system that always has a double-side character of dependency and independency, universality and individuality. This study has pursued to conduct more research on fashion within a framework of system.

본 연구는 산지생태축산이 가진 다원적 기능을 제시하고 그에 따른 가치를 평가하였다. 산지생태축산의 다원적 기능은 크게 직접이용가치, 간접이용가치, 유산가치의 세 가지로 분류할 수 있으며, 직접이용가치의 경우 조사료 및 축산물 생산과 같은 채집 기능과 레크리에이션 및 관광과 같은 비채집 기능이 존재한다. 간접이용가치의 경우 수자원 관리, 토양 침식 조절, 대기 조절, 경관, 축산분뇨처리, 산불확산억제 기능이 존재하며, 유산가치의 경우 종다양성 기능이 존재한다. 분석결과 산지생태축산 운영지 1ha의 연간가치는 직접이용가치 21,090,874원, 간접이용가치는 경관이 초지일 때 15,562,203원, 경관이 임간초지 일 때 16,018,224원으로 추정되었고, 유산가치의 경우 종다양성 가치로 멸종위기종의 개체수에 따라 최소 767,273원에서 최대 1,578,845원으로 추정되어, 다원적 가치의 총합은 최소 37,420,350원에서 최대 38,687,942원으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통하여 국내 산지생태축산 정책수립에 유용한 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

We are designed the delivery constitution technique that is to be measure the safe RFID statusof thewireless delivery system level (WDSL) on the delivery system tracking system. The delivery system level condition by the delivery system tracking system is organized with the RFID system. As to inspection a wireless network of the wireless network, we are found of the delivery value with wireless network by the upper take form. The concept of delivery system level is organized the reference of wireless level for delivery signal by the delivery RFID tracking system. Further, symbolizing a safe deliveryof the WDSL of the medium-minimum interval of the RFID tracking system, and the delivery wireless network RFID that was the delivery value of the far delivery of the DSTS-FA-_φMED-MIN with 5.80±1.20 units, that was the delivery value of the convenient delivery of the DSTS-CO-_φMED-MIN with 4.06±(-0.04) units, that was the delivery value of the flank delivery of the DSTS-_φMED-MIN with 0.91±0.07 units, that was the delivery value of the vicinage delivery of the DSTS-VI-_φMED-MIN with 0.18±(-0.03) units. The RFID will be to look into at the safe of the RFID tracking systemwith wireless network bythe delivery system level on the WDSL that is supply the wireless tracking system by the delivery system level system. We will be possible make to curb of a tracking system that to put the wireless signal and to use of the delivery data of RFID level by the delivery system.

이동통신시스템에서 사용자의 신호는 다른 방향에서 도래하는 신호로부터 간섭이 발생한다. 간섭을 제거하기위해서 다이버시티, 등화기 등 다양한 연구가 진행되었다. 본 논문에서는 배열안테나의 가중치을 구하여 신호대잡음비를 향상시키고자 한다. 가중치는 신호의 상관계수에 의해서 고유값과 고유벡터로부터 구한다. 구한 가중치를 CDMA시스템에 적용하여 시스템성능과 용량을 증가시켰다. 변조방식은 QPSK와 OQPSK를 시스템에 적용시켜 성능을 분석하였다.
