VE of the scripture season enterprises and it respected LCC analyzes from the research which it sees and to use AHP techniques and definite LCC techniques and probabilistic LCC techniques selects the optimum route the case study which it executed. It presented the quality rating model in about the resultant most route lascivious at the time of VE evaluation, in order to select the alternative of optimum AHP techniques which are one in decision-making technique and an evaluation item by weight and a grade it applied the mountaintop it did. Also the definite LCC analyzer law departments of existing together it applied the probabilistic LCC techniques which use Monte Carlo Simulation in about analytical prices and reliability height boil. The economical efficiency was excellent with VE/LCC analytical resultant route and facility size abridgment, the rivers most it will be able to minimize an environmental effect with short distance traverse, the selection this hit preparation LCC which separates from the land use side decreased, the value (V) above 22.0% with the fact that it improves. Primary cardiac lipoma is an extremely rare condition. We reports a case of primary lipoma located mainly in the right atrium of the heart in a 58-year-old male patient. The initial presenting symptoms were dyspnea followed by rapidly progress!ve congestive heart failure. Echocardiogram revealed huge mass on right atrium with stalk arising from septum. Under cardiopulmonary bypass the mass was removed and revealed characteristic findings of lipoma on microscope. The patient was recovered without any problem. We would like to describe this case of rare tumor with the review of literatures.

양산 부산대학교병원 건립공사는 종합병원 의료타운 신축 프로젝트이다. 계획단계부터 건설사업관리자(CMr)가 참가하여 설계 시공일괄사업자를 선정한 후, 실시설계 진행과정을 거쳐 시공단계, 시공이후단계에 이르기까지 프로젝트의 모든 단계에 건설사업관리(CM) 업무를 일관적으로 적용한 사례이다. 또한 설계와 시공의 추진에 Fast Track을 도입하여 공기단축에 성공한 것에 그 의미를 찾을 수 있다. 본 사례는 설계 이전단계에 설계시공일관업체를 선정하였으며, Fast Track수법의 적용을 염두에 둔 설계 및 공사일정계획, 설계단계의 설계관리, Fast Track에 입각한 단계별 공사발주 및 계약관리, 기본설계 실시설계단계의 VE 수행, 시공단계에서의 설계변경 관리, 시공 후 유지관리 단계의 운용관리 등 건설사업관리 업무가 모든 단계에서 다각적으로 제공되었다. 본 보고에서는 상기와 같은 건설사업관리 적용상의 과제와 개선방향, 특히 설계 시공일괄사업에서 효율적으로 CM 업무를 수행할 수 있는 방안을 제시하여, 초대형 턴키(Turnkey) 프로젝트의 CM적용에 기여하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 가상 환경(VE; Virtual Environment)에서 이동기술을 사용성평가 하기 위한 평가모델을 제안하고 사례연구를 통해 검증하고자 한다. 이를 위한 순서는 첫째, VR상에서 이동기술에 대한 이론적인 접근을 통해 분석하기 위한 요소를 도출한다. 둘째, VR상에서의 이동기술과 사용성 평가에 대한 정의 및 개념을 통해 이론적으로 정립하여 문헌조사를 통해 VE에 대한 이론적인 접근을 통해 분석하기 위한 요소를 도출한다. 셋째, 이를 바탕으로 VE에서의 이동기술을 평가하기 위한 사용성 평가 모델을 제안한다. 마지막으로, 문헌조사에서 도출한 세 가지 이동기술을 적용한 기존의 VR 게임을 실험 및 분석하여 결과를 도출한다. 본 논문을 통해 VR상에서의 이동기술은 각각의 방법을 별도로 사용하는 것이 아니라 사용성 평가를 통해 접근 및 분석하면 VR 게임 콘텐츠 성격에 부합하는 이동기술을 제안할 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 논문은 VR 콘텐츠의 제작 단계에서 이동기술의 문제점을 도출할 수 있고 기준을 제안할 수 있는 유의미한 자료라 사료된다.

With the paradigm shifting from the principal of manufacturing efficiency to business globalism and rapid adaptation to its environments, more and more enterprises are being virtually organized as manufacturing network of different units in web. The formation of these enterprise called as Virtual Enterprise(VE) is becoming a growing trend as enterprises concentrating on core competence and economic benefit. 13us paper proposes multi-agent based task assignment system for VE, which attempts to address the selection of individually managed partners and the task assignment to them A case example is presented to illustrate how the proposed system can assign the task to partners.

Though the physical environment of life through technological evolution has rapidly improved, the quality of life due to a variety of undesirable environmental issues has been seriously damaging. This study has tried to suggest the positive & sustainable direction of space design which can contribute to improving the quality of human lives by reviving 'place property' which a site itself has, trying to analyze the recycling space which the sustainability has been applied to in a true sense. For this cause, we've tried to draw four 'methods of realizing place property' such as meeting a site, understanding a site, finding the identity of a site, and adding novelty to a site through advanced research. I've tried to suggest the design direction for reviving space which can relieve the artificial aspect of design with pursuing the co-existence with nature on the foundation of realizing 'place property' through case analysis selected on the basis of this, and can express the 'sustainability' through environment-friendly space structures & high efficiency of its function.

We have put considerable time and work to find a proper solution to restore the damaged natural environment due to Dam construction, and to restore the field around Dam on the basis of Environmentally Sound Sustainable Development(E.S.S.D). We've replaced the site which had been used as a equipment space with the natural-oriented park, have made a wildlife corridor for those animals which have been living in the area in a newly constructed road to in an out, and have introduced a streamside plant to organize green-space. We've received incredible favor from visitors and residents for the environment restoration. The natural-oriented park plays a role of giving the citizens to the pleasure and the comfort.

The function-cost matrix table is not constant, but can be changed by many factors including equipment capacity, level of production technique, fluctuation of production volume, and the continuous development of products. Such changes would give the VE analysists additional work burden. By using computer. in this study, much of the time and effort of the function evaluation could be saved, and the efficiency of the analysis could also be enhanced. The application of the function evaluation data of R Company, as a case analysis, to the function evaluation computer program developed in this study resulted in the faster management of function-cost matrix table and function evaluation.

최근 지방자치단체에서 공공공사 발주시 그동안 진행된 CM의 가시적 ${\cdot}$ 긍정적 효과로 인하여 CM용역의 발주가 점차 늘어나고 있는 추세이며, 기획업무를 제외한 사업 추진 전 단계에 걸친 형태의 CM업무가 수행되고 있어 CM이 정착되어 가고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 또한, CM의 발전을 위해서는 기획단계부터의 CM 적용, 현실적인 CM 대가산정 기준 정비, 사업참여주체들의 인식전환, CM 자격 인증화를 동한 전문화 유도 등에 대한 제도적 방안이 마련되어야 한다. 그러나, 사업 추진 단계별 CM 업무 수행 상 예상치 못한 현실적인 문제점들이 도출되고 있으며 이에 대한 대책이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 수성문화예술회관의 CM적용 사례를 요약하여 설계관리, 설계 VE 수행, 발주자의 요구에 의한 추가 업무 수행 및 공정관리를 통한 공기단축 등에 대한 실무적용상의 문제점과 이에 대한 각각의 개선방안을 제시하여, CM제도의 성공적 정착 및 발전을 위한 방향을 제시하였다.

BTL 사업은 공공시설물에서 민간의 자본과 기술력을 통해 높은 성과를 낼 것으로 기대되고 있지만, VE의 최적 설계안을 선정하고 건물의 유지관리 비용 예측에 사용되는 LCC 분석은 다수의 복잡한 문제점을 가지고 있어 제한적으로 적용되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 국내의 BTL 사업에서 LCC 분석의 문제점을 분석하고 그 해결방안을 제안하는 것이다. 이를 위해 BTL 사업에서 주요 사업대상인 교육시설을 중심으로 LCC 분석을 두 가지 수준(대안선정 LCC와 건축 LCC)으로 구분하고, 이들의 주요 특징을 고찰하였다. 그리고 6가지 측면(비용분류체계, 수선정보, 생애주기, 비용의 시간적 가치, 수선정보 데이터베이스, LCC 분석모델)에서 사례연구를 통해 4가지 주요 문제점과 해결방안을 도출하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 민간과 공공분야 참여주체들의 중장기적인 계획과 실행에 의해 해결될 수 있을 것이다.
