The Effects of Self-Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Turnover Intention in Beauty Salon Employees (뷰티살롱 종사자의 셀프 리더십이 조직시민행동과 이직의사에 미치는 영향)

  • This study attempted to investigate the effects of self-leadership on organizational citizenship behavior and turnover intention among beauty salon employees and analyze the moderating effects of job satisfaction. For this purpose, data were collected for 330 people working in beauty salons and analyzed using SPSS v. 21.0. According to multiple regression analysis, self-leadership revealed a statistically significant positive effect on the OCB and urnover intention Therefore, it was shown that self-leadership is a critical factor. To determine if self-leadership having an influence on the OCB and turnover intention is moderated by job satisfaction, variables were applied to the following models, and hierarchical regression was performed: self-leadershipto model I, job satisfaction to model II, self-leadership and job satisfaction to model III. The results found a statistically significant positive influence in all three models. Therefore, this shows that job satisfaction has a moderating effect on self-leadership, OCB and turnover intention. Self-development education as well as technical training should be strengthened to enhance self-leadership, which leads beauty salon employees' thoughts and behavior in the right direction.

Analysis of Building Object Detection Based on the YOLO Neural Network Using UAV Images (YOLO 신경망 기반의 UAV 영상을 이용한 건물 객체 탐지 분석)

  • In this study, we perform deep learning-based object detection analysis on eight types of buildings defined by the digital map topography standard code, leveraging images taken with UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle). Image labeling was done for 509 images taken by UAVs and the YOLO (You Only Look Once) v5 model was applied to proceed with learning and inference. For experiments and analysis, data were analyzed by applying an open source-based analysis platform and algorithm, and as a result of the analysis, building objects were detected with a prediction probability of 88% to 98%. In addition, the learning method and model construction method necessary for the high accuracy of building object detection in the process of constructing and repetitive learning of training data were analyzed, and a method of applying the learned model to other images was sought. Through this study, a model in which high-efficiency deep neural networks and spatial information data are fused will be proposed, and the fusion of spatial information data and deep learning technology will provide a lot of help in improving the efficiency, analysis and prediction of spatial information data construction in the future.

  • This study proposes a novel model to address the security, usability, and scalability challenges of cryptocurrency wallets. The model is implemented as a web application that combines FIDO2 (Fast Identity Online v2) with Account Abstraction (AA), offering enhanced security by storing private keys within the Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) of users' mobile devices. By utilizing two types of private keys, the model supports three account types, allowing users to flexibly select security levels and functionalities according to their needs. The research findings show that the proposed model provides strong security against various attack scenarios while also improving usability and scalability. By integrating hardware wallet-level security with the convenience of software wallets, this new paradigm for cryptocurrency wallets is expected to contribute to the widespread adoption of blockchain technology

  • Analytical expressions for breakdown voltages of abrupt pn junction in GaP, GaAs and InP of III-V binary semiconductors was induced. Getting analytical breakdown voltage, effective ionization coefficients were extracted using ionization coefficient parameters for each materials. The result of analytical breakdown voltages followed by ionization integral agrees well with numerical and experimental results within 10% in error.

  • An improved BSIM3v3 RF Macro model with RC parallel substrate circuit has been developed to simulate RF characteristics of the output admittance in MOSFET accurately. This improved model shows better agreements with measured $Y_{22}-parameter$ up to 10 GHz than conventional one with a single substrate resistance, verifying the accuracy of the improved one.

  • 디지털 평판 LCD TV의 영상신호 전송에 LVDS가 사용되어 왔으나 케이블간의 타이밍 문제가 대두되고 초고해상도의 컬러 Depth 확장으로 인해 보다 빠른 전송속도가 요구되어진다. V-by-One HS는 초고해상도 영상처리 IC 및 TCON 간의 새로운 인터페이스 기술로서 최대 3840*2160@240Hz의 해상도 영상구현이 가능하다. 동작 주파수 대역의 공진모드 전압 분포와 V-by-One HS IBIS(Input/Output Buffer Information Specification) 모델 시뮬레이션을 통하여 PCB 설계 방법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 V-by-One HS 인터페이스 기술을 사용하여 초고해상도 영상패턴 제어 신호발생기의 시스템 구성을 제안하고 고속영상 신호에 대한 신호 무결성을 검증하고자 한다.

  • 전기자동차의 고압배터리는 차종과 배터리의 종류에 따라 다양한 공칭전압을 가지며, 하나의 모델에 적용된 배터리도 사용에 따라 충전전압의 범위가 넓기 때문에 충전기의 출력전압이 광범위한 특성을 가져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 단상 110/220V 입력전원에 대하여 250V ~ 450V 범위의 직류전압의 특성을 만족시키기 위하여 LLC 공진형 컨버터를 적용하였으며, 제작된 시제품을 통하여 실차 배터리 충전시험을 실시하여 그 성능을 확인한다.

  • Evaluation of elliptic blending turbulence model (EBM) together with the two-layer model, shear stress transport (SST) model and elliptic relaxation model (V2-F) is performed for a better prediction of thermal stratification in an upper plenum of a liquid metal reactor by applying them to the experiment conducted at JNC. The algebraic flux model is used for treating the turbulent heat flux. There exist much differences between turbulence models in predicting the temporal variation of temperature. The V2-F model and the EBM better predict the steep gradient of temperature at the interface of thermal stratification, and the V2-F model and EBM predict properly the oscillation of temperature. The two-layer model and SST model fail to predict the temporal oscillation of temperature.

  • A series of soil bin experiment was carried out on sand to investigate if true model theory is applicable to blade-soil system and finally to find mathematical relationship between the dimensionless terms which contain the blade-soil parameters. The following conclusions were derived from the study. 1. It was proved that the draft of the prototype blade can be predicted without distortion by those of model blades with the length scale of 1.2, 2 and 2.4. 2. For the sand, bulk density was found to be a good measure of soil physical properties which are pertinent to predict the draft of the blade-soil system. 3. The mathematical relationship between $D/{\gamma}W$ and d/W, ${\beta}$, and $V^2/Wg$ are as follows ; $$\frac{D}{{\gamma}W^3}=124.98[\frac{d}{W}]^2+7.16[\frac{d}{W}]+0.43 \\ \frac{D}{{\gamma}W^3}=-0.00099{\beta}^2+0.13{\beta}-2.01 \\ \frac{D}{{\gamma}W^3}=0.041[\frac{V^2}{Wg}]^2+0.08[\frac{V^2}{Wg}]+1.3$$

  • 최근 정부의 '태양광주택 10만호 보급사업'을 통해 국내의 태양광 발전 시스템을 설치한 수용가들은 점차 늘어가고 있는 추세에 있다. 이와 관련하여 본 논문에서는 220V 저압계통에 3kW급 태양광발전시스템을 연계한 경우 수용가에 나타나는 현상에 관하여 살펴보았다. 상정 모델 계통은 일반적인 220V 저압 배전계통과 주택용 수용가를 가정하였고, 실제 3kW급 태양광발전 시스템의 출력 데이터를 바탕으로 PSCAD/EMTDC를 이용하여 시뮬레이션하고, 그 결과 220V 저압 수용가 및 LV계통에 나타나는 전기적 현상을 살펴보았다. 본 논문의 결과는 앞으로 3kW급 태양광주택의 보급 증가에 따른 여러 가지 발생 가능한 문제점 및 그 해결책을 제시하는데 많은 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.
