  • This paper proposes the novel V/f control method to improve the stability of a V/f controlled induction motor drive system. The conventional V/f control method used in the proposed V/f control method is a vector-based method that is slightly different from the existing conventional V/f control method. The proposed control method uses a dynamic current compensator to improve the stability of a V/f controlled induction motor drive system. This proposed method is easy to implement and completely eliminates the motor oscillation phenomenon causing the instability of a V/f controlled induction motor drive system, especially when the system is driven near the resonant frequency in steady-state with light load. Additionally, this paper analyzes theoretically the instability of a V/f controlled induction motor drive system and shows the validity of the Proposed V/f control method through simulation and experimental results.

  • This study presents a stable start-up strategy for v/f scalar-controlled permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSMs). The v/f-controlled PMSMs easily lose synchronism under low-speed conditions if an insufficient stator voltage is applied to the machine due to errors in measured motor parameters and inverter nonlinearity, such as inverter dead time and on-state voltage drop. The proposed method adopts the I/f control method to ensure a stable start at low speeds and then switches to the v/f control method at medium speeds. A smooth transition method from I/f control to v/f control is proposed to minimize the oscillation of the stator current and rotor speed during transition. Moreover, the stability of the I/f and v/f control methods is analyzed using a small-signal model. Simulation and experimental results are provided to verify the performance of the proposed control strategy.

  • In this paper, closed loop V/f control of induction motor has been implemented by the estimated speed. Closed loop V/f control improve the performance of induction motor drive system at low speed compared to open loop V/f control. However, closed loop V/f control need speed sensor. By using the estimated speed, closed loop V/f control is possible without speed sensor. Rotor speed is calculated from the difference between synchronous frequency and slip angular frequency. 3-phase voltage reference is obtained from synchronous frequency. And the PWM technique using space vector PWM is applied in this scheme. In the space vector PWM, effective time of 3-phase voltage reference is used to simplify the calculation of effective voltage time. This scheme is simple to implement and one chip microprocessor was used in experimental system.

  • In this paper, a sensorless V/f control based on maximum torque per ampere (MTPA) operation for PMSMs is proposed. Given that the MTPA operation is not considered in the conventional sensorless V/f control, efficient PMSM drives cannot be achieved. Therefore, this paper proposes an improved technique based on the d-axis current control to enable the MTPA operation in the V/f control for PMSMs. A stabilization technique is also proposed to improve the dynamic characteristics and stability against load variation. The effectiveness of the proposed technique is verified by conducting experiments with a 250 W SPMSM for driving a blower.

  • This paper proposes a control mode switching scheme between vector control and constant V/f control for induction machine (IM) drives for maximum torque utilization in a higher speed region. For the constant V/f scheme, a smooth transition method from the linear range of PWM up to the six-step mode is applied, by which the machine flux and torque can be kept constant in a high-speed range. Also, a careful consideration of the initial phase angle of the voltage in the transient state of the control mode change between the vector control and V/f schemes is described. The validity of the proposed strategy is verified by the experiment result for a 3-kW induction motor drives.

항혈관 1호의 항전이에 관한 연구 (Study on Anitmetastatic Effects of Antivascular-first)

  • To evaluate the anti metastatic effect of Antivascular-first(AntiV-F), we investigated cytotoxic effect on B16-F10 and HMCB. gene expression of MMP-9 and nm23-H1, and survival. After treating with AntiV-F, AntlV-F promoted cytotoxic effect on B16-F10 and HMCB as its density, compared with Control. AntiV-F inhibited gene expression of MMP-9 in the L+14 and HMCB cell line compared with Control. On the other hand AntiV-F increases gene expression of nm23-H1 and survival about 30% compared with Control. These results suggest that AntiV-F has effects on anti-metastasis can be used for treatment of cancer patients and preventing recurrence.

  • This paper presents technique to control blower at constant air volume rate using V/F Control. Especially, this control method have not pressure sensors to measure because of using torque-speed relation based on the fan laws. Therefore, this technique is very simple and practical.

  • In this paper, Ive design and test the V/F converter for KSR-III INS using commertial INC, VFC110, AD652. The test result shows that performance of AD652 is better than that of VFC110. Through the calibration of V/F converter, we show that the designed V/F converter has a good performance and is usable for KSR-III.

  • This paper proposes a sensorless V/f control method of the interior mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor without damper winding. Arithmetic computation is simpler than vector control. And the lower cost price, dynamics and stability is guaranteed. When the loss of synchronization occurs with the load disturbances, the stability loop with a reduced order observer is applied quickly and accurately to improve the speed error.

  • 자기 띠 저장 시스템에서 데이터를 저장하고 복원할 수 있는 칩을 구현하였다. 구현된 칩은 아날로그 회로와 디지털 회로가 한 칩안에 같이 내장되어 있으며 F/2F 인코딩과 디코딩을 동시에 지원한다. 아날로그 부분은 초단 앰프, 첨두치 검출기, 비교기, 기준전압 생성회로 등으로 구현 되었으며 디지탈 회로 부분은 기준 윈도우 신호 발생부, F/2F 신호 길이를 측정하는 up/down 계수부, 비트 에러 검출부 및 기타 제어(control) 회로 등을 포함한다. 검출되는 신호특성을 파악하여 아날로그 회로부 설계를 최적화 함으로써 기존의 시스템에서 흔히 쓰이는 AGC(automatic gain control) 회로를 제거하였다. 또 일정한 비트의 길이를 초과한 파손 비트 또는 다분할로 파손된 비트 등을 감지한 경우 신속하게 기준 비트를 재 설정함으로서 데이터의 오인식을 없애주는 회로를 제안하였다. 제안된 회로는 $0.8{\mu}m$ CMOS N-well 일반 공정을 이용하여 구현 되었으며 3.3 V에서 부터 7.5 V의 공급 전압 범위에서 동작하도록 설계 되었다. 5 V의 전원 공급시 약 8 mW의 소모 전력을 보여 주고 있으며 칩 면적은 패드를 포함하여 $3.04mm^2(1.6mm{\times}1.9mm)$이다.
