본 연구는 최첨단 기술정보를 기반으로 경쟁하는 기업들이 첨단기술정보, 창조정보, 지식정보를 통합한 통합정보를 최적으로 경영하여 이를 연구원에게 제공함으로써 창조성을 극대화할 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 각 기술정보, 창조정보, 지식정보의 기본적인 가치를 측정하는 정적평가와 정보의 공유도산출이라는 동적평가를 동시에 수행하는 평가시스템으로 설계하여 이들 정보의 활용도를 극대화시키는 것이 본 논문의 목적이다.

As increasing the Internet traffic, many researches on access network are reported for end-to-end high-speed broadband network, where E-PON(Ethernet-Passive Active Network) is one of reasonable candidate fur the network with respect to cost and bandwidth utilization. For the high-speed access network, E-PON need an efficient bandwidth allocation method. This paper suggests a WFA(Water-Filling Allocation) algorithm for the efficient bandwidth allocation with various simulation test.

This paper presents a valuation methodology for optional calling plan contracts on free-phone calls in the telephone industry. Utilization of the model is not limited to valuation and consequent decision making for the subscribers; it provides a useful guideline for telephone companies in designing calling plans and assessing subscribers' behavior.

New electronic commercial paradign is now diffusing based on the rapid growth of computer network infrastructure and, therefore, online shopping malls are aggressively expanding all over the world. In this paper, we identify facilitating factors that affect active utilization of online shopping mall considering customers' needs and convenience such as service availability, information relevance to customers' needs. and system convinience. Empirical data analysis was performed for nine Korean online shopping malls. Results suggest that current shopping malls should concentrate on delivering relevant information to the customers needs and developing convenient shopping mall systems.

With the advances in concurrent engineering, schedulability has become an important design issue in machine loading and routing procedure. In this paper, four rules to improve schedulability of loading and routing are formulated as a mixed-integer programming model based on machine, routing and tool flexibilities. In this model, these rules are represented as an objective function or constraints. The impact of rules on the quality of schedules for the result of loading and routing is measured with makespan, throughput and average machine utilization.

A display panel image data manipulator for SOP or SOG is presented. It is capable of all the shift operations for MPEG decoders, graphic processors and controllers as well as data pack, merging, bit split and reformation operations to improve speed and memory utilization. To alleviate poly-Si low yield, redundancy based fault recovery scheme is introduced utilizing regular structure.

For labor-intensive sewing industry, productivity could be enhanced with the proper utilization of standard time system. This paper develops a standard data for sewing operations through three stages. The first is to identify the manual motions from sewing operations. The second is to simplify the MTM-1 data considering the frequency and the nature of basic motions occuring in the operations. Finally we synthesize the standard data using the simplified MTM-1 by the film analysis of the actual operations pictured in the field. The standard data developed is shown to be easier and faster with reasonable accuracy in determining the standard time compared to the MTM-1.

This paper considers a special case of the two-dimensional bin-packing problem for identical items. The objective of this work is to maximize the space utilization. The main contribution of the paper is to suggest a new heuristic algorithm keeping in view the existing complexity of racking system for the footwear boxes in the compartments of different sizes for a warehouse. The results show that a significant improvement can be obtained. An economic choice of compartments is also estimated using the criteria for maximizing space utilization. A non-linear mathematical model was presented based on the constraints of racking dynamics.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between smart factory utilization and continued use intention between UTAUT, dynamic capabilities of smart factory construction companies and present the company's strategic direction. Research design, data, and methodology: In this study, a structured research model was derived to confirm the relationship between UTAUT, dynamic capabilities, smart factory utilization and continued use intention and the difference according to Technology perception. For analysis a total of 223 valid questionnaires from e-commerce users were used. Confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equations were conducted to verify. Results: Both UTAUT, dynamic capabilities had a significant effect on smart factory utilization as well as continued use intention. It was found that the relationship between UTAUT, dynamic capabilities, smart factory utilization, and continued use intention. differed depending on the technology perception. Conclusions: Organizational members utilize the smart factory in anticipation of effects such as work performance and various improvements. Smart factory data will be used continuously when it is useful for business processes and operations. It is necessary to establish strategies and provide training to improve the technical level and capabilities of organizational members. Through this, a strategy is needed that can be continuously used by utilizing the information obtained through smart factory to improve work efficiency, productivity and efficiency increase is needed

Queueing system with scheduled arrivals is useful in many fields where both customers' waiting time and servers' operation time (utilization) are important, and arrival time of customers is possible to be controlled. In this paper, we analyzed the operation of ship maintenance with the queueing system with scheduled arrival. Based on the model presented by Pegden and Rosenshine [8], who dealt with exponential service time, we extended the service time distributions to phase-type distribution which is able to include a wide range of real stochastic phenomena. Since most activities in the military are carried out under tight control and schedule, scheduled arrival queue has quite good applicability in this area. In this context, we applied queue with scheduled arrival to the optimal booking time decision for the ship maintenance in the navy.
