The Purpose of this study is the applicaion of social network analysis for expanding the use of spatial data in local government. Spatial data generated from UIS projects play very important roles as a means of supporting decision making and solving complicated urban problems, but the utilization of the spatial data has not reach the expected level, considering to the huge amount of investment. Accordingly, there should be efforts in efficient management of spatial data, establishment of a sharing system, and expanded utilization of spatial data. Social network analysis applied to this research is a theory that explains the behaviors and patterns of units forming the system and measures distances between nodes, strength, etc. based on relations among nodes forming the network and the structural characteristics of the network. According to the results of surveying civil servants who were using spatial data on Busan Metropolitan City, obstacles to the sharing of spatial data were mostly non technical factors related to data users' attitude and their relations with circumstances. In order to expand the use of spatial data, this study performed social network analysis that applied the theory of planned behavior and examined the flow of spatial data, and by doing so, we analyzed related personnel's perception, identified obstacles to data sharing, and suggested a framework for promoting the expanded utilization of spatial data.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of flash panorama-based virtual field trips (VFT) as a supporting tool for geological field activity on middle school students' spatial visualization ability, conceptual understanding, and perceptions. A total of 17 middle school students participated in a three day long actual geological field trip around Jeju Island where a three-phase instructional model is applied for utilization of flash panorama-based VFT, which was proposed by Kim and Lee (2011). With one-group pretest-posttest pre-experimental design, data were collected using questionnaire and were analyzed to find out a change in students' spatial visualization ability and volcanic concept understanding, and their perceptions about the utilization of flash panorama-based VFT. Findings are as follows: First, the effect of utilizing flash panorama-based VFT in actual field trip revealed that there was meaningful increase in 'spatial relation' category of spatial visualization ability and 'knowledge' and 'comprehension' domains of volcanic concept understanding. Second, majority of students showed positive gain index in both spatial visualization ability and volcanic concept understanding. Lastly, participating students showed much interest and high satisfaction, and positive perception on the use of VFT. They also perceived that the utilization of flash panorama-based VFT could help in carrying out an actual field trip in terms of cognitive and geographical factors.
With the revision of the 「State Property Act」, the conditions for using state-owned land have improved. The new government is also suggesting the necessity of using state-owned land to revitalize private investment and secure financial investment capacity. In line with these policy changes, this study examines Japan's policy on the utilization of state-owned land and effective use cases, and seeks to find policy implications from the perspective of managing and promoting the use of state-owned land. The direction of Japan's public land utilization policy is to induce optimal use of state-owned land through efficient management, and to increase the value of state property by promoting active use of state-owned land through linkage of state-owned and public land and private participation, etc. It appears that the policy is being pursued in the direction of suppressing the sale of state-owned land in the country. To promote the effective use of state-owned land, it is necessary to establish a clear policy direction first. In addition, the establishment of a transparent information disclosure system and the establishment of a strong control tower capable of coordinating interests between ministries are required. The starting point of policy establishment for efficient use of state-owned land is to change the perception that the actual owner of state-owned land is the people.

The purpose of this study is to investigate earth science pre-service teachers' perceptions and educational utilization of geoparks. It is intended to provide implications of geopark education in the current curriculum and effective geopark education. Education using geoparks has the effect of helping students cultivate inquiry and learning skills, enhancing students' participation in classes. To provide education with these results, it is necessary to deliver meanings of the geopark education to of earth science pre-service teachers who will educate future generations. However, despite the advantages and needs of geopark education, earth science pre-service teachers lack an understanding of geoparks. In this study, 56 pre-service teachers enrolled in earth science education at a university in Gyeongsangbuk-do were investigated for: their perception levels of geoparks, experience, necessity, and learning method of geopark education. As a result, earth science pre-service teachers were well aware of the geoparks, but they lacked knowledge of domestic and global geoparks, confirming the need for geopark education. Currently, the degree of geopark education in the secondary curriculum is insufficient, and earth science pre-service teachers feel the need for it. However, since the understanding of geopark is lacking, support for geopark education is needed. Earth science pre-service teachers being positive about the need for geopark education, it is expected that geopark education will be active in the field of earth science, social, and comparison education when they become teachers in the future.
With the progress of the 4th industrial revolution, interest in smart factories is increasing. The government is implementing a smart factory support project for small and medium-sized manufacturing companies. Therefore, in this study, factors influencing small and medium-sized enterprises(SME's) intention of smart factory acceptance were analyzed. In particular, it focused on how the perception of government support affects intention of smart factory acceptance. For the empirical analysis, a research model was established by reflecting the characteristics of SMEs and the technical factors of the smart factory centering on the technology acceptance theory. Based on the model set in this way, a questionnaire survey was conducted for employees of SMEs. In this study, a total of 231 samples of valid data were used for analysis. The empirical analysis results are as follows. It was analyzed that performance expectancy, social influence, technology utilization capability, CEO will, and employee resistance to innovation, all introduced as research variables, had a significant effect on the use intention of smart factory acceptance. In particular, it was found that employees' resistance to innovation had a negative (-) effect on their use intention. Meanwhile, to analyze the moderating effect of government support, it was divided into a group with high expectations for government support and a group with low expectations. As a result, it was found that there was a difference in the effect of CEO's will, employees' resistance to innovation, and social influence on the use intention. On the other hand, no significant difference was found in the relationship between performance expectancy, technology utilization capability on the use intention. Based on the empirical analysis results, the academic and practical implications of this study were presented.

As the scope of social expectations and roles in the design field has expanded, the demand for education to cope with changes in the technology environment is increasing in design education. In response to this trend, microcontroller board-type design-prototyping tools have also been introduced into design education, and much educational content is being developed. However, there is the perception that students who are majoring in design without engineering knowledge are still barred from entry. A variety of educational content and tools have been developed to solve these difficulties, although there are several limitations to their practical application. Especially, in the design education courses in universities, the functional expectation level for prototyping is high, but most of the content developed for solving the difficulties has been developed for the lower education levels, and it could be said that a great deal of learning is necessary to solve the problem. In this study, students were asked about microcontroller board utilization and their satisfaction with their design through questionnaires and with the developed microcontroller board development direction via Focus Group Interviews. Based on this, we tested microcontroller boards that eliminate the coding process and which students can use to create and prototype their work as a suggestion to fulfil demand. After using the board, both the usability and improvement of the product were checked. Confirmation of the usefulness of the free- coding-type microcontroller was obtained through this study along with the possibility of responding to various educational demands by applying the application design related to this product.
