  • This paper presents a model and analysis results of 3 phase utility interactive photovoltaic power generation system. The control system is composed of feed forward, feedback and PID system. The voltage source inverter system provides sinusoidal PWM at current for the loads of utility system. A phase to ground fault and 3 phase fault are analyzed, and the results are discussed.

  • 본 논문은 실용화 보급단계에 있는 대표적인 대체에너지 전원으로서, 태양전지, 직·교류(DC/AC) 인버터, 전력계통으로 구성되는 계통연계형 태양광발전시스템의 설계 및 시험결과에 대하여 기술하고자 한다. 계통연계를 위한 시스템 특성을 검증하기 위해 3상 직·교류 인버터를 포함한 50kW 계통연계 태양광발전시스템이 설계 제작되었다. 또한 d-q 변환을 이용한 PI 제어기를 갖는 전류제어방식의 3상 PWM 인버터 제어기법이 제시되었다. 실험결과들은 제안된 시스템이 계통연계 동작에 있어서 단위 역율로 안정하게 동작함을 보여준다.

  • This paper presents a utility interactive photovoltaic generation system with the angle of inclination and direction. This paper summarizes the results of these efforts by offering a snapshot of the configuration of photovoltaic in residential applications. The status of PV system components and inter-connection and safety equipment will be summarized, also. This System is able to alteration the angle of inclination and direction. Hence this paper discusses only points that might be useful for application.

  • A photovoltaic panel is a device that, through the photovoltaic effect, converts luminous energy into electric energy. Photovoltaic generation system used infinity of solar energy, cost of fuel is needless and there in no air pollution or waste occurrence. This paper summarizes the results of these efforts by offering a photovoltaic system structure in 30[kW] large scale applications installed in Mokpo National University dormitory roof. The status of photovoltaic system components, are inter-connection and safety equipment monitoring system will be summarized as this article. This describes configuration of utility interactive photovoltaic system which generated power supply for dormitory. In this paper represent 30[kW] utility photovoltaic system examination result.

  • This paper presents a novel prototype of the utility­interactive voltage source type sinewave pulse modulated power inverter using a high-frequency flyback transformer link. The proposed power conditioner circuit for the solar photovoltaic generation and small scale fuel cell has an isolation function due to the safety of the power processing system, which is more cost effective and acceptable for the small-scale distributed renewal energy conditioning and processing systems. The discontinuous current mode(DCM) of this power processing conversion circuit is applied to implement a simple circuit topology and pulse modulated control scheme. Its operation principle is described on the basis of simulation evaluations and theoretical considerations. The simulation results obtained herein prove that the proposed inverter outputs with sinusoidal waveforms and unity power factor currents are synchronized to the main voltage in utility power source grid. In this paper, the soft switching topology of high­frequency linked sinewave pulse modulation inverter is proposed and discussed.

계통연계 태양광발전시스템과 회전계자형 동기발전기의 병렬운전 특성 (Parallel Operation Characteristics of Utility Interactive Photovoltaic System and Revolving Field Type Synchronous Generator)

  • Through simulations and field experiment on A.C. parallel operation of both Utility Interactive Photovoltaic System and Diesel Engine Revolving Field Type Synchronous Generator, following factors have been found. First, the inverter should be operated in three modes of frequency(mode.1: ${\pm}$0.3Hz, mode.2: ${\pm}$1Hz, mode.3: ${\pm}$2Hz) as default, considering properties of operating Synchronous Generator. Second, as a result of supplying 13.5kW of residual power, it has been found that Synchronous Generator takes the power input only as reactive power, because it was electrically stable with frequency of 60.14Hz and high voltage of 222.3V even when power factor was -0.94. Besides, it was mechanically stable, too, because the quake, noise, and temperature of Synchronous Generator in this case were 7.5mm/s, 97dB, and $6^{\circ}C$ respectively, which were lower than normal load connection of 145.6kW; 11.03mm/s. Thus, load share of Revolving Field Type Synchronous Generator reduces according to the supply of Photovoltaic System to the load power. In this experiment, 200kW of Synchronous Generator and 40kW of Photovoltaic System were operated in parallel. The load share was 20% in maximum. and 11.1lit/hr of fuel was saved.

  • In a recently as renewable energy source photovoltaic(PV) system using solar energy has been very widely researched because of its pollution-free and infinity. Especially many researches are intensively focused on small scale utility interactive PV system which can use dead space and easily make power stabilized from unstable natural energy source. In this system one of the most important matters is islanding protection. Islanding phenomenon appears when power failure occurs. For the safety of utility interactive PV system must has the function of not only system protection but also detection of islanding. This paper describes parallel operating alghorithm using reactive power variation method and twin peak band pass filter. This alghorithm is verified useful by simulation.

  • 계통연계형 태양광 발전시스템은 계절별 전력수요의 변동이 많은 경우에 첨두전력 삭감의 한 방안으로 고려된다. 본 시스템의 발전효율을 증가시킬 수 있는 방법으로는 근본적으로 태양전지 자체의 변환효율을 증가시키는 방법과 제어관점에서 일사량과 태양전지 표면온도에 따라 시시각각 변하는 태양전지의 최대출력 점에 시스템의 동작점을 추종하게 하는 최대 전력점추적 (Maximum Power point Tracking, 이하 MPPT) 기법을 들 수 있고 발전 효율을 높이기 위하여 자주 사용되어 왔다. 초기 투자비용을 줄이기 위해 후에 등장한 직류초퍼를 사용하지 않고 MPPT 기능을 구현하는 태양광 발전시스템의 경우에 MPPT 알고리즘은 기존의 방법들을 사용하였고 직류초퍼를 사용하지 않은 태양광발전시스템에 적합한 MPPT 알고리즘의 연구는 없었다. 따라서 직류초퍼를 사용하지 않은 태양광 발전시스템에 적합한 MPPT 알고리즘의 연구가 요구되며 본 논문에서는 초퍼 없는 계통연계형 태양광발전 시스템을 대상으로 기존 MPPT 알고리즘의 문제점을 밝히고 이를 해결할 수 있는 새로운 MPPT 알고리즘을 연구하였다.
