공공기관의 지식관리시스템 수용모형에 관한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Acceptance of Knowledge Management Systems in Public Institutions : Using Technology Acceptance Model)

  • Information systems that are not used cannot be useful. In order to increase user acceptance, it is necessary to understand why people accept or reject information systems. Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) is one of the most influential research models for studying determinants how users accept information systems. Recently, Knowledge Management Systems(KMS) have become important components of corporate systems as the foundation of industrialized economics has shifted from natural resources to knowledge assets. This paper applies TAM to investigate users' acceptance of KMS in public administration institutions. It sampled 182 users who had experience in using KMS. Many empirical researches have suggested that TAM can be integrated with other organizational theories to improve its predictive and explanatory ower. We extended the basic TAM by the integration of appraisal and reward satisfaction theory. There are many external variables that influence the perception and the belief of system users. We introduced two external variables(job characteristics, IT self-efficacy) and one additional perception variable, perceived appraisal and reward(PAR) in the basic TAM model. The LISREL model analysis is used for finding out the causality among variables and testing the model fitness. As result, The IT self-efficacy influences to the perceived ease of use(PEOU) and the PAR, and the PEOU influences directly to the perceived usefulness(PU), the PAR, and the attitude toward KMS. The KMS participation intention(PI) was influenced by the PAR and the attitude directly,andbythePEOUindirectly. Finally, this paper suggests some guidelines for the adoption of KMS in public sectors on the basis of the study results.

사이니지에 대한 이용자 인식 및 태도에 관한 연구 (Analyzing Users' Perception and Attitude Associated with Usage of Signage)

  • 사이니지란 공공장소에서 불특정 다수의 이용자에게 특정 정보를 제공해 주는 미디어 기기이다. 최근에 상황인지 기술이 적용되면서 사이니지는 개인별 맞춤형 정보서비스를 제공할 수 있게 됨에 따라 단순한 광고 플랫폼에서 새로운 차원의 미디어 기기로 진화하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 사이니지에 대한 이용자들의 인식과 태도를 파악하고, 그것들을 유형별로 분류하여 사이니지 인식에 대한 기준을 제시하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 사이니지에 대한 이용자의 인식과 태도를 파악하기 위해 관련 전문가와 실무자 인터뷰를 실시한 후, Q방법론을 활용하여 사이니지에 대한 이용자 인식과 태도를 유형별로 분류하였다. 본 연구 결과, 제1유형을 '스마트미디어 사이니지 인지형', 제2유형을 '수동형미디어 사이니지 인지형', 제3유형을 '양방향미디어 사이니지 인지형'이라고 각각 분류하여 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과는 향후 사이니지 관련 학술연구와 R&D에 유용한 가이드라인이 될 것이다.

4차 산업혁명시대의 장애인복지기관에 대한 종사자와 이용자간 인식 (Difference between Employees and Users of Welfare Institutions for the Disabled in Era of the 4th Industrial Revolution)

  • 본 연구는 장애인복지관과 장애인자립생활센터(IL센터) 종사자 및 이용자가 갖는 4차 산업혁명시대의 기관에 대한 인식차이를 파악하여 기관의 정체성 확립을 위한 정보제공에 목적을 둔다. 부산광역시와 경상남도의 장애인복지기관 8개소 장애인 이용 당사자 178명과 종사자 173명을 대상으로 4차 산업혁명에 대한 관심도, 기관의 미래 준비수준, 장애인복지기관의 변화예측 등 관련된 자체 제작 설문지를 통해 인식 차이를 분석하였다. 그 결과 종사자가 4차 산업혁명에 대한 관심은 더욱 높았으나 장애인복지기관의 준비수준에 대한 인식에서는 이용자에 비해 종사자이 인식하는 기관의 미래 준비수준은 낮다고 평하였다. 4차 산업혁명으로 인한 장애인복지기관의 미래변화 예측에 대해서는 이용자에 비해 종사자가 더 긍정적 변화를 예측했고 종사자가 이용자 보다 더 높은 기대를 갖고 있었으나 통계적으로 유의하지는 않았다. 이런 결과에 대한 논의와 제언을 제시하였으며 이는 장애인복지기관의 미래대응전략을 위한 정보제공을 하여 향후 한국장애인복지계의 발전을 도모하고 한국장애인복지정책 방향설정에 기여할 수 있는 자료가 될 것이라 여긴다.

A Study on the Differences in Perception of Mobile Payment System Characteristics by User Characteristics

  • 모바일 결제시스템의 여러 가지 특성에 힘입어 많은 이용자는 언제 어디서나 시간과 장소의 제한 없이 다양한 제품을 손쉽게 구입할 수 있게 되었다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구는 모바일 결제시스템의 특성(보안성, 호환성, 효율성, 경제성, 신뢰성)에 대한 인식도가 모바일 결제시스템 사용자들의 특성(인구통계적 특성, 모바일 결제시스템 이용특성)에 따라 어떻게 달라지는가를 실증적으로 규명하고자 하였다. 한국과 중국의 모바일 결제시스템 사용자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 이용한 실증분석을 실시한 결과, 모바일 결제시스템 사용자들의 성별, 국적, 연령, 모바일 결제시스템 이용금액에 따라 모바일 결제시스템의 일부 특성에 대한 인식도에 있어서 차이가 존재하고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통한 분석결과는 향후 한국과 중국에서 모바일 결제시스템의 활성화 방안 및 성공적 정착을 모색하는 연구자나 실무자들에게 여러 측면에서의 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

SNS 스트레스와 이용의도저하에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Stress of Social Network Service and Using Reluctant Intention)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the users' stress and using reluctant intention to use social network service(SNS). This study especially focused on stress of SNSs' user. Because SNS has led to negative effects such as invasion of privacy, addiction and social overload recently. In addition, adverse effects of SNS had caused SNSs' user to feel stress and fatigue. Design/methodology/approach This study developed hypotheses to empirically examine the factors that affect SNS users' stress and using reluctant intention. In order to verify research hypotheses, this study collected data from 362 users who currently use the SNS in Korea. Further, we used the smartPLS analysis. Findings The results of this study are as follows; First, reputation perception, unwanted relation burden, privacy concern, information overload and interaction overload had a significant positive effect on SNS users' stress. But international influence had no significant positive effect on SNS users' stress. Second, SNS users' stress had a significant positive effect on using reluctant intention. The results of this study provides theoretical foundations on the research for dark side of SNS and implies that SNS providers are in need of exerting an effort to minimize the negative aspects.

초고층 아파트 옥외공간에서 시각적 지각의 정신생리학적 영향 (Psycho-physiological Effects of Visual Perception in Super-high Rise Apartment Exterior)

  • This study examines psycho-physiological effects of visual perception in super-high rise apartment exterior space. Theoretical research was used to explain the psycho-physiological effect of visual perception and case study was carried out to evaluate the physiological response of the subjects. For the physiological evaluation, six slides were chosen and the EEG was used. According to the results of the case study, the central nerve was activated by the slides with pleasant scenic views. In shows that the scenery composed of natural scenic elements effects psychological condition positively. Scenic views with natural scenery have a direct correlation with positive attitude. In conclusion, the results of this study show that the exterior space should contain natural scenic view to help users decrease their visual stress.

  • This research is an empirical study to analyze the factors that affect users' acceptance & diffusion of online product message. Today many people use the product message/information on the internet, before they make decision to buy something in online/offline environment. This paper proposes the site design look, enjoyment, and usefulness as message perception factors. And we examine the relationship among the perception factors, message credibility, acceptance & diffusion. The purpose of this paper is threefold. First, we examine the relationship between as perception factors and the credibility assessment of the message by customers. Second, we will show the effect of message credibility on the message acceptance & diffusion. Third, we try to present some theoretical and empirical implication through the result of our studies.

서울로7017의 경관시뮬레이션을 통한 식재유형별 경관인식 변화 (Changes of Landscape Perception in Seoullo7017 with Different Planting Design, based on Landscape Simulation)

  • Seoullo7017, an elevated linear park, was created to redevelop obsolete road infrastructure as public space, which provides unique landscapes. This study was aimed to evaluate and suggest proper planting design for improving psychological benefits in Seoullo7017. Field survey and simulation experiment were carried out to investigate the user's perception on the landscapes. Many users had negative feelings of the present landscapes in Seoullo7017, due to concrete pavement and simple planting design using big concrete pots. Landscape simulation experiment showed this perception could change depending on planting design. In especial, herb species played an important role in improving the quality of landscape in a linear park and providing positive feelings such as refreshment, warmth and naturalness. This study suggested that planting design in a linear space needs to be focused rather on the planting style and species than the volume of greens.

認知建枸主義教學說計 在漢語發音教育中的必要性

  • We use prototypes (also known as referent in semiotics) when we understand the outside world. Different language users use different prototypes to decode the same sound. When we learn Chinese language as a foreign language, during it's sound perceptual process, Korean learners' target language prototypes are different from Chinese native speakers'. The purpose of the paper is to examine the theory of speech perception and the theory of constructivism teaching, and to suggest to the Chinese language teachers to have Cunstructivist approach while they design there teaching course. For this, we concerned three things: First is to review speech perception theory and constructivism teaching theory. Second based on the preceding study, we review that learner's prototypes are different from Chinese native speaker and this cause the error of listening and pronunciation. Finally, we introduced two simple speech visualization programs developed to help us learn pronunciation.

Factors Affecting Individuals' Intentions to Discontinue Social Network Services Use

  • This study uses the concepts of mental accounting and coupling in consumption to demonstrate a systematic relationship between behavioral costs, sunk costs, coupling, and user intention to discontinue social network services (SNS) use. An analysis of 213 SNS users found that coupling and sunk costs are two major factors that influence an individual's intention to discontinue SNS use. An interesting finding of this study is that the perception of coupling is created by behavioral costs in the context of an SNS. This finding implies that the source of cost perception when perceiving coupling may differ depending on whether the product or service is traditional or web-based. These results contribute to an expansion of the theoretical discussion of individual-level discontinuance intention after adopting SNS by conceptualizing the perception of coupling.
