The Effect of Service Quality on the Reuse Intention of a Chatbot: Focusing on User Satisfaction, Reliability, and Immersion

  • This study examined the impact of chatbot service quality (process quality, outcome quality, and servicescape quality) on user satisfaction and reliability by identifying the relationships between user satisfaction, reliability, immersion, and the paths of three variables influencing reuse intention. The survey was conducted of Korean users in their teens and 70s who had experience using chatbot services. A total of 218 convenience samples were extracted and the data analyzed. By the IS success and SERVQUAL model, the results of structural equation modeling revealed that the chatbot service quality did not affect user satisfaction and reliability. However, user satisfaction and reliability of the chatbot services were shown to lead to reuse intention, and user satisfaction was shown to affect immersion and immersion in reliability. The results showed that satisfaction, reliability, and immersion in the chatbot services were important factors in the chatbot reuse intention. Through the satisfaction and reliability gained through the service, the users wanted to reuse the chatbot services, especially the chatbot services that gained reliability, which will have a greater impact on reuse intention. We can use these results as marketing information to attract loyal customers by identifying the reuse intention of the chatbot service users.

  • Understanding the antecedents of high public usage of national R&D facilities is a critical issue for both academics and facility managers. Previous researchrelated to general service management has identified service quality and user satisfaction as important antecedents of reuse and recommendation intention. The current paper reports findings from a survey which looked into the impact of service quality dimensions and user satisfaction on reuse and recommendation intention in the field of R&D facility public usage. Findings indicate that service quality appears to be linked to user satisfaction, and user satisfaction to be linked to reuse and recommendation intention. Findings also indicate that user satisfaction played as a mediator on the relationship between service quality and reuse/recommendation intentions in R&D facility public usage domain.

Study of User Reuse Intention for Gamified Interactive Movies upon Flow Experience

  • As Christine Daley suggested, "interaction-image" is considered to be typical in the age of "Cinema 3.0", which integrates the interactivity of game art and obscures the boundary between producers and customers. In this case, users are allowed to involve actively in the scene as "players" to manage the tempo of the story to some extent, it, thus, makes users pleased to watch interactive movies repeatedly for trying a diverse option to unlock more branch lines. Accordingly, this paper aims to analyze the contributory factors and effect mechanism of users' reuse intention for gamified interactive movies and offer specific concepts to improve the reuse intention from the interactive film production and operation perspectives. Upon integrating the Flow theory and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and separating the intrinsic and extrinsic motivations of key factors based on Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R), the research builds an empirical analysis model for users' reuse intention with cognition, design, attitude emotional experience and conducts an empirical analysis on 425 pieces of valid sample data applying SPSS22 and Amos23. The results show that user satisfaction and flow experience impact users' reuse intention highly and perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, remote perception, interactivity, and flow experience have significant positive influence on user satisfaction experience.

SNS 관광정보 서비스품질이 사용자 만족과 재이용의도에 미치는 영향: 가치의 매개효과를 중심으로 (An Effect of SNS Tourism Information Service Quality on User Satisfaction and Reuse Intention: Focusing on Mediating Effect of Value)

  • Purpose: Present study was designed to examine the casual relationships among tourism information service quality, value, user satisfaction, and reuse intention in social network service(SNS). Also, we intended to testify the mediating role of value in causal model. We applied path analysis model in order to test the hypotheses and research model. Methods: Survey tool, that is, questionnaire has obtained validity through literature survey, exploratory survey and pretest and sample 272 was selected. For statistical treatment of pretest and main analysis, SPSS18.0 and AMOS18.0 were employed and structural equation model was employed as analysis method. Results: Result of this study shows as follows. Two factors(ease of understanding and structure) have an effect on user satisfaction and reuse intention, and we found that value played a significant and important role in causal relationship. Therefore, value was empirically confirmed as t he import ant fact or preceding user satisfaction and reuse intention. Conclusion: Present study shows that two factors(ease of understanding and structure) in via of value, were important factors that related business companies have to emphasize to raise performance. However, present study has some limitations to additionally research in the future.

  • 본 연구는 지역콘텐츠 제작지원 사업에 대한 지각된 서비스 품질이 정책 수혜자의 이용 만족에 미치는 영향과 사업 종료 후 재이용 의도 및 추천 의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 SERVPERF 모형에 근거한 지역콘텐츠 제작지원 사업에 적합한 품질기준을 구성하였다. 첫째, 지역콘텐츠 제작지원 사업의 서비스 품질평가 기준으로 신뢰성, 대응성, 적정성을 확인하였다. 둘째, 품질평가 기준은 모두 이용 만족에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 재이용 의도에 대응성이, 추천 의도에 대응성과 신뢰성이 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 이용 만족은 재이용 의도와 추천 의도에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 이에 본 연구는 실증 분석으로 지역콘텐츠 제작지원 사업의 품질평가에 대한 이론적 모형을 처음으로 제시하고, 해당 사업의 개선을 위한 정책적 방향성을 제시했다는 의의를 지닌다.

OTT 서비스 정보시스템 품질이 재사용의도에 미치는 영향 (The effects of OTTservice information system quality on reuse intention)

  • Purpose With the continuous growth of the OTT services market, trust issues are becoming increasingly important, but research on this topic is still in its infancy. The purpose of this study is to identify the structural relationship between information system quality and reuse intention of OTT services and to analyze the impact of trust and user satisfaction. Design/methodology/approach This study proposed a research model based on the information system success model. In this study, a survey was conducted among 236 Korean users who have used OTT services within the last six months. Findings The results of the analysis showed that text quality and visual quality had a significant impact on trust in OTT services, with text quality having the largest impact. System quality and text quality also had a significant impact on trust in OTT service providers. However, visual quality did not have a statistically significant effect on trust in the service provider. Trust in the OTT service and the service provider was analyzed to have a significant impact on user satisfaction. However, it did not have a statistically significant impact on reuse intention. These findings have important implications for improving trust in OTT services to increase users' reuse intentions. It is also expected to contribute to further expanding the field of OTT service research.

피트니스센터 이용자들의 운동처방환경서비스와 참가정도가 이용만족도 및 재이용의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Exercise Prescription Service and Participation Level on Satisfaction and Reuse Intention of Fitness Center Users)

  • 본 연구는 강원도 C지역 피트니스 센터 이용고객들을 대상으로 운동처방환경서비스가 이용만족도와 재이용의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 설계되었다. 연구대상은 만20세 이상의 피트니스 센터 이용자 250명이었으며, 설문조사 실시 후 최종 분석 자료는 227부이었다. 이를 토대로 나타난 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조사대상자 특성에 따라 성별은 이용만족도의 시설(t=2.308, p=.022)에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 결혼은 이용만족도의 가격(t=2.490, p=.014)과 재이용의도(t=-1.968, p=.05)에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 연령은 참가정도의 기간(F=7.117, p=.000), 빈도(F=6.171, p=.000), 강도(F=2.791, p=.027)에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 이용만족도는 가격(F=6.171, p=.000), 지도자(F=3.083, p=.017)와 재이용의도(F=2.699, p=.032)에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 학력은 참가정도의 기간 (F=3.656, p=.007), 빈도(F=3.164, p=.015)와 이용만족도는 지도자(F=5.170, p-.001), 가격(F=2.899, p=.023)에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 직업은 참가정도의 기간(F=4.685, p=.000), 강도(F=2.373, p=.023)와 재이용의도(F==4.840, p=.000)에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 월 소득은 이용만족도의 가격(F=4.651, p=.001), 시설(F=2.606, p=.037)에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째. 운동 처방 서비스 유무에 따른 참가정도에서는 기간(t=-4.410, p=.000)에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 이용만족도에서는 가격(t=-7.951, p=.000), 지도자(t=5.304, p=.000), 시설(t=2.033, p=.043)에서 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 재이용의도에서도 유의한 차이가 나타났다(t=4.640, p=.000). 셋째. 운동처방환경서비스에 따른 참가정도는 강도에서 이용만족도의 지도자(β=.221, p=.001), 가격(β=.135, p=.045)의 변인에서 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 재이용의도(β=.182, p=.007) 또한 강도에서 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 운동처방환경서비스에 따른 이용만족도 중 시설(β=.178, p=.005), 지도자(β=.497, p=.000)는 재이용 의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

게임 이용자의 사회자본과 자기해석이 행동적 적응을 통해 SNG재이용의도 및 유료아이템 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Game User's Social Capital and Self-Construal on SNG Reuse Intention and Charge Item Purchasing Intention Through Behavioral Adaptation)

  • Purpose Recently, with the enhancement of mobile technologies, people have formed various relationships and spreaded networks on social network service(SNS). In addition, although people make a decision based on the thoughts and emotions about self, there is little empirical research on social relations and self-construal of users in social network game (SNG). Design/methodology/approach This study was designed to examine the structural relationships among SNG users' social capital, self-construal, behavioral adaptation, SNG reuse intention and charged item purchasing intention. Findings The results from this study are as follow. First of all, the bonding social capital did not have a significant impact on behavioral adaptation to SNG, but bridging social capital had a positive impact on behavioral adaptation. Second, independent self-construal did not have a significant impact on behavioral adaptation to SNG, but interdependent self-construal had a positive impact on behavioral adaptation. Lastly, the behavioral adaptation to SNG had a positive impact reuse intention and charged item purchasing intention. Also, SNG reuse intention had a positive impact on charged item purchasing intention.

무선인터넷서비스 이용 결정 요인에 관한 연구 - 재구매 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 중심으로 (An Empirical Study on the Determinants of Repurchase Intention in Mobile Internet Services)

  • To launch effective mobile Internet marketing strategies, firms need to understand mobile Internet user behavior. Thus in this study we investigated factors that affect on the repurchase intention of mobile Internet users. A random sample of 501 users was surveyed. Overall satisfaction (mediating factor), flow and interactivity factors (initial factor) were found to have the most significant impact on the reuse intention and discrepancy factor is not significant to the reuse intention.

  • Purpose: The present study was designed to examine the casual relationships among performance and arts information service quality, initial trust, user satisfaction, reuse intention and prosumer activity in social network service(SNS). Also, we intended to explore significant factors on use performance of SNS through causal model analysis in the viewpoint of total effect. Methods: As a survey tool, questionnaire has obtained validity and reliability through literature survey, exploratory survey and pretest and sample 403 was selected. For statistical treatment of pretest and main analysis, SPSS18.0 and AMOS18.0 were employed and structural equation model was employed as analysis method. Results: Result of this study shows as follows. Two factors (precision and reciprocal action) have an effect on user satisfaction, initial trust, reuse intention and prosumer activity. We found that with an importance of initial trust, prosumer activity can be a useful and significant factor in causal relationship of SNS. Conclusion: The present study shows that two factors(precision and reciprocal action) in via of initial trust, were important factors that related companies have to emphasize to raise performance, And also we confirmed new factor 'prosumer activity' through this study. However, the present study has some limitations to be studied in the future.
