  • Lately in many cases, Spaces are designed by stimulating user's sensibility, emotion, psychological software over based on the user behavior and purpose of space. Because space is not only practical using and use purpose but also the place for expressing ourselves by experiences. But space is a physical thing. so we need to arrange a structure of abstract and formless source of design by sophisticated grammaticalization. Especially storytelling of that abstract thing have characteristics of relation, process among users and space. because storytelling is focused on the discourse of stories and relationship record of that discourses. So this is used by expression device for user's emotion things and subjects in numerous cases. And storytelling is the basic, important element for user's experience in a space. By the way, Overlapping is also basic element for being possible to make experiences by concrete thing. that is because, Overlapping is layering phenomenon of some objects. Overlapping is made distance, distance make depth, and this relations take us an experience. Finally storytelling, Overlapping and space of experience are relation of cause and effect. So in this thesis, researcher looks for the relation characteristics between storytelling and overlapping by experience. and makes the abstract source into concrete and sophisticated formular.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine a user-centered and interactivity-based user-participatory design that could be completed by users by helping them to better understand a diverse experience and be involved in a design process. The aspects of expression that were marked by direct user participation and subsequent interactivity in the areas of design, the arts and fashion were investigated to determine their characteristics. The kind of fashion that is characterized by interactivity is of significance in that it is variable according to the purpose of the users, it's possible to have sustained communication with them through their direct participation, and that the designer is consequently able to build a new, communicative relationship with the users as co-creators. This study found that the characteristics of interactivity through direct user participation are classified into four characteristics; One is playfulness. which offers a new experience and way to create fun and vale. Another is variability, which is changeability of form; the third is the convergence of technology and function. Lastly, the fourth is virtuality. This is to embody images in virtual space.

  • This study aims to evaluate the user experience of leading handmade product market service applications, Etsy and idus. A survey about the apps was developed based on Peter Morville's user experience factors. The survey was conducted with eleven users from their 20s to 50s. In addition, problems were discovered through an in-depth interview and the resulting user experience problems were analyzed according to the five levels of Jesse James Garrett's user experience element framework. Our primary results for both apps suggest applying a universally accepted visual interface to improve the user experience, providing brief text to improve readability, avoiding repetitive delivery of similar functions in different information structures, and applying design patterns that are considerate of customers' culture and country. This study provides meaningful data to elevate handmade product platforms into global platforms by analyzing and providing improvements to their shopping experiences.

  • The purpose of this study was to improve the experience of visiting obstetrics and gynecology of single women. After analyzing previous studies on Korean single women's perception of visiting obstetrics and gynecology, Contextual Interviews and Cultural Probes were conducted on single women in their 20s who visited obstetrics and gynecology. Based on this, personas were constructed to solidify the direction of problem solving by identifying the behavioral patterns and characteristics of single women. In this study, factors that hinder unmarried women's visits to obstetrics and gynecology and improvement measures were derived based on the information obtained using service design tools such as User Journey Mapping and Stakeholders' Map. Afterwards, a preference survey was conducted to increase the persuasiveness of the proposed method. The follow-up research task is to produce and propose the derived solution as a prototype that can be used in the actual field, and then proceed with user evaluation.
