스마트폰에서 이미지 필터링 효과의 직관적 조정을 위한 내장센서의 적용 기법 (A Technique of Applying Embedded Sensors to Intuitive Adjustment of Image Filtering Effect in Smart Phone)

  • In this paper, we propose a user interface technique based on embedded sensors applying to apps in smart phone. Especially, we implement avata generation application using image filtering technique for photo image in smart phone. In the application, The embedded sensors are used as intuitive user interface to adjust the image filtering effect for making user satisfied effect in real time after the system produced the image filtering effect for avatar. This technique provides not a simple typed method of parameter values adjustment but a new intuitively emotional adjustment method in image filtering applications. The proposed technique can use sound values from embedded mike sensor for adjusting key values of sketch filter effect if the smart phone user produces sound. Similiarly the proposed technique can use coordinate values from embedded acceleration sensor for adjusting masking values of oil painting filter effect and use brightness values from embedded light sensor for adjusting masking values of sharp filter effect. Finally, we implement image filtering application and evaluate efficiency and effectiveness for the proposed technique.

비교과통합관리시스템이 사용자 만족에 미치는 영향 분석 (A study on the effect of the extracurricular activity management system on user satisfaction)

  • This study analyzed the effect of the extracurricular activity management system on user satisfaction. For this purpose, the effects of content, navigation, screen frame, design, interaction, and error handling factors on user satisfaction were analyzed. A survey was conducted on 321 students of K University located in Chungcheongbuk-do, and the research results based on the survey contents are as follows. First, content, navigation, screen frame, interactivity, and error handling, which are major elements of the extracurricular activity management system, showed statistically significant results. Second, interactivity and error handling were found to have the greatest influence on the factors affecting user satisfaction of the extracurricular activity management system. In this study, it was found that the interaction of the whole system including contents is important for continuous improvement of the extracurricular activity management system, and that it has a positive effect on user satisfaction when prompt error handling is possible.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide information necessary for establishing a new strategy for customer service improvement by deriving factors affecting user satisfaction and continuous use intention of mobile app service user characteristics, system characteristics, and social characteristics. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, reliability, innovation, familiarity, convenience, and self-efficacy among the characteristics of mobile app are analyzed as factors that have the greatest influence on user's perceived usefulness. Second, convenience, mobility, and visibility are some of the characteristics of mobile app service. Third, identity, security, and expectation agreement among mobile app service characteristics are analyzed as negative factors that do not affect users' perceived usefulness. Fourth, interactivity, familiarity, and self-efficacy among the characteristics of mobile app service were analyzed as positive factors that have the greatest effect on user's perceived ease of use. Fifth, reliability, mobility, visibility, and convenience among mobile app service characteristics are analyzed as factors that have some positive effects on perceived ease of use of app users. Sixth, identity, innovation, and security among the characteristics of mobile app service are negatively influenced by mobile app users' perceived ease of use. Seventh, the perceived usefulness of mobile app users is analyzed as a factor that has a very positive effect on user satisfaction. Eighth, the perceived ease of use of mobile app users is analyzed as a factor affecting perceived usefulness positively. Ninth, the perceived ease and expectation of mobile app users are positively influenced on user satisfaction. The tenth, the perceived usefulness of the mobile app users was analyzed as a factor having a very positive influence on the persistent intention to use. For the eleventh, the perceived ease of use of mobile app users was analyzed as a factor having a positive effect on the persistent intention to use. The twelfth, mobile app user satisfaction was analyzed as a factor having a very positive effect on the persistent intention to use.

과업의 불확실성이 최종사용자컴퓨팅 특성과 최종사용자의 만족도에 미치는 영향

  • The main objective of this paper is analyzing the effects of task uncertainty on EUC characteristics and end user satisfaction. Task uncertainty were identified as an important determinant of EUC characteristics. And the moderating effect of task uncertainty on the relationship between EUC characteristics and end user satisfaction was suggested. A field study was undertaken to test the hypothesized relationships among task uncertainty, EUC characteristics, and end user satisfaction Data were collected from 138 end-user of 19 Korean business organizations. The empirical results indicated that task uncertainty was significantly related to EUC characteristics and that task uncertainty had significant effect on the relationship between EUC characteristics and end user satisfaction. Implications and future research directions are drawn for the management of EUC and for further research on EUC.

스마트폰의 사용자 경험이 만족에 미치는 영향 연구 (The effect of the user experience of smart phone on satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 스마트폰의 사용자경험 요소가 고객의 만족에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 사용자 경험요인은 선행연구를 바탕으로 유용성, 사용성, 감성, 브랜드 이미지로 하였고, 연구대상은 S사의 스마트폰 사용자 97명과 A사의 스마트폰 사용자 94명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구결과 스마트폰의 사용자 경험이 만족에 미치는 영향은 유용성 44.0%, 브랜드 이미지가 26.2%, 감성이 19.6%, 사용성이 17.3%의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 유용성과 감성은 기술디자인의 핵심적인 요소로서 사용자지향의 설계에 중점을 두었을 때 만족을 높일 수 있다는 점에서 스마트폰 관련 설계자들이 가장 고려해야할 사항이라 할 것이다. 이러한 관점에서 S사 제품의 감성적 측면이 만족에 영향을 미치지 않고 있다는 것은 개선이 시급하다고 하겠다.

위탁급식 전문업체 전사적자원관리(ERP) 품질이 업무 성과에 미치는 영향과 업무 성과 변수 간 인과관계 분석 (Effect of the ERP Quality on the Performance and Causal-Effect Analysis between Outcome Variables in the Contract Foodservice Management Company)

  • The purposes of this study were 1) to analyze the effect of the ERP quality (system quality, information quality, service quality) on the performance (end user satisfaction, user's performance, system utilization) of business, 2) to conduct the causal-effect analysis between outcome variables (user's satisfaction, user's performance, system utilization) of ERP in the contract foodservice management company. The questionnaires were distributed to 260 end users (dietitians, foodservice management managers) in charge of managing the institutional foodservice such as the office (government agencies, factories), schools (universities, middle and high school) and hospitals which were managed by contract foodservice management company 'C' in Seoul and Kyunggi. The surveys were performed from July 26, 2004 to July 30. 2004. Two hundred and fifty (250) questionnaires were responded (response rate: 96.2%). The statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS Win (11.5). And the descriptive analysis, factor analysis, reliability test, pearson correlation, simple and multiple regression analysis were performed. The results showed that among the 3 factors (system quality, information quality, service quality), the system quality and information quality were proved to have an effect on the user's satisfaction and user's performance significantly (p < .05). The influence of ERP quality (system quality, information quality, service quality) on system utilization were testified to be statistically significant (p < .05). The user's performance were affected significantly by system utilization (p < 0.001) and end user's satisfaction (p < 0.001). As a conclusion, to improve user satisfaction, which is the ultimate performance variable of an ERP system, high quality of an ERP system is the pre-requisite. And the user satisfaction and performance of business would be higher with the better quality ERP system. When constructing ERP system for the contract foodservice management company, we should improve system utilization and user satisfaction altogether so that user's performance could be ultimately enhanced and we should make efforts to enhance the quality level of ERP. A Comparative Study on the Innovation Strategy of User Experience and Life Satisfaction between Korea and China

  • The purpose of this paper is to study renovation plan of value chain from a user's viewpoint by making practical application of digital technology in Korea and China. And it is surely meaningful to investigate the important motivation factors of continuous using smart-phone in two countries, and to analyze the improving effect toward to the quality of life in continuous using smart-phone. By this study we can expect the value improving effect of user experience. The results of hypothesis testing can be summarized as follows: First, the hypothesis that positive affect has a plus effect on pragmatic value is accepted in Korea and China. Secondly, the hypothesis that positive affect has a plus effect on hedonic value is accepted in two countries. Thirdly, the hypothesis that negative affect has a minus effect on pragmatic value is accepted in Korea, but rejected in China. Fourthly, the hypothesis that negative affect has a minus effect on hedonic value is accepted in two countries. Fifthly, the hypothesis that pragmatic value has a plus effect on life satisfaction is rejected in two countries. Sixthly, the hypothesis that hedonic value has a plus effect on life satisfaction is accepted in Korea, but rejected in China. Seventhly, the hypothesis that there is a difference in positive affect, negative affect, pragmatic value, hedonic value and life satisfaction between Korea and China is rejected in positive affect and negative affect, but accepted in pragmatic value, hedonic value and life satisfaction. In the competition among enterprises, user experience instead of goods themselves became influential as a differential factor. And many advanced enterprises began taking a serious view of customer's happiness and user experience improvement.

  • 본 연구는 성인남녀를 대상으로 ChatGPT 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하였다. 가설을 중심으로 결과를 요약, 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인지된 용이성은 인지된 유용성에 정적 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정보 신뢰성은 인지된 유용성에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 셋째, 정보제공 신속성은 인지된 유용성에 정적 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 인지된 용이성은 이용자 만족에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 인지된 유용성은 이용자 만족에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 정보 신뢰성은 이용자 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 일곱째, 정보제공 신속성은 이용자 만족에 정적 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 여덟째, 이용자 만족은 이용의도에 정적 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 논문에서는 웹 접근성을 고려한 유저 인터페이스 효과를 jQuery로 구현하는 방법은 제안하였다. jQuery는 세계에서 가장 많이 사용하고 확장하기 편한 자바스크립트 라이브러리이다. jQuery는 DOM(Document Object Model)과 이벤트, Ajax의 제어에 적합하지만 고급 효과를 나타내기에는 부족한 부분이 있다. 이를 보완하고 UI(User Interface) 효과를 쉽게 적용할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다.
