Ministry of Information and Communication is pushing for IT 839 strategy that has main points : 8 major service which can develop IT industry of Korea on the whole, 3 major infra, and 9 major new growth power. Of these, RFID/USN utilizing service is expected to exert a great influence the whole industry from field that is closely related with our life to national defense, supply, construction, transportation, physical distribution, manufacture, circulation, and service. In domestic case, departure of RFID/USN field is a little bit later than advanced nation's, and a technique difference between domestic field and that of advanced nation is about 2 years. In this situation, in order to develop middleware of various field gearing RFID Tag efficiently, we have to study about user interface and data analysis technique that is used in middleware commonly. This paper searches about WPF that appears in user interface field with up-to-date technique, and embodies 3 dimension visualization information system with WPF.

An Analysis on the Pre-Feasibility Evaluation Factors of Activation for Welfare Facilities for the Residents in Apartment Building. The adapted research method of selected case five apartment building in D new town and carried out questionnaire survey to residents and user for draw items of feasibility evaluation. Drew items of feasibility evaluation classify as Plan section, Design section, and Operation section and evaluate the weight of each section utilizing analytical hierarchy process (AHP). Depending on the purpose and methods. The results of this study are as follows: Such as Plan section, Composition of Program Facility, User Charge Survey, Arrangement of Program Room were analyzed highest. Such as Design section, Arrangement of Program Room, Circulation planning, Educational Equipment were analyzed highest. And such as Operation section, Operation costs, Operation Plan, Review of Program Facility were analyzed highest.

Currently, collections with public libraries are evaluated only on the basis of simple data, such as the use volume of collections with individual libraries, and interlibrary lending (ILL) results. To promote the ILL of regional libraries and raise the use of collections, however, the evaluation of collections should be expanded from individual libraries to regional libraries. This study aims to propose user-oriented methods for evaluating the library collections within a regional library system by using four kinds of data: collection, acquisition, circulation, and ILL application data. The results of this study show that the proposed method can reveal the positions of each library within a regional library system, and also the characteristics of a library's collections and users' needs more precisely.

New-born babies who require special attention medically are admitted often to incubator. Incubators are well equipped to fulfill take care of infants, but they have to hospital and so expensive. This paper proposes a smart incubator that can solve the problem of convenience and cost aspect of these incubators. Developed incubator enables near-field monitoring using Arduino Uno as the main control device and Bluetooth communication. The environment in the incubator measures temperature and humidity using a DHT22 sensor and the sound using a P5510 microphone. If the temperature and humidity data set by the user are lower or higher than the reference value, it is designed to operate the heating pad using the controller or turn on the fan to allow air circulation. The measured values in the incubator are displayed in real time on the user's smartphone monitoring screen and are programmed using app inventor. Developed incubators can help take care of infants at low cost in the home.

This study is including the independent project, "building children's library of the town" that is conducted by a local resident. The study object is the contents of the "design workshop for library planning" and the general process during one year since the opening. This study is delivering "information of children's library" through the work-shop and is conducting the role of a professional space planner by measuring the blueprint. Thus, the study could be conducted with synthetic viewpoint on each library. The followings are the results from the study. First, there were various space operations and a variety of programs in the case library that is independently managed. This is directing to "the constructive and active space usage" by the users and finally results in positive circulation. Secondly, there is a change through the process of execution and operation in the library construction plan. There are needs for the flexible space expansion and adjustment, modifiable furniture layout and design and various keeping areas because there is on-going tendency of corresponding space change. The third, the author could draw more practicable consideration points for space planning by looking at the trend of space change in Transactionist viewpoint. Thus, this study is very meaningful in terms of planning of sustainable public areas.

In recent years, e-Commerce is very active on the Internet, especially the World Wide Web alone: with the popularization of Internet using high-speed networks. Especially, Circulation of Multimedia Contents like MP3 data if widely being focused as one of the popular researches. However, the existing models of AOD (Audio On Demand) System lack substantial illegal copy protection or copyright protection. In this paper, we propose an AOD System that guarantees substantial illegal copy protection and copyright protection based on the PKI (Public Key Infrastructure). As transmitting MP3 data using the user's public key, the proposed .method prevents the attack of dropper during transmitting data. Also, it guarantees the right of users and distributors by prohibiting illegal users from using MP3 data.

This paper presents a design of urban waterfront park using agricultural reservoir in urban fringe area to meet increasing leisure demand for urban resident and to improve resident's quality of life through preventing the reservoir from urban use after reclamation. The site, Unam-Ji, is located on northern part of Taegu metropolitan area, having 17,791 square meters. We had designed this park from 1997 to 1998. After analyzed such factor as accessibility, current land uses, topography, hydrology, vegetation and landscape, climate, and soil, we constructed basic design scheme and principes such as conservation of natural resources, meeting user's recreation demands, providing opportunities for experiencing natural process, integrating naturalness and amenity of the site, and comfortable place with natural dynamism. Based on these principles, we have designed Unam-Ji waterfront park having intrinsic characteristics of the site, maintaining water quality and ecological restoration and improving water-based recreation opportunities. After evaluation of such criteria of design alternative as land use and circulation, spatial organization, convenience for use of and maintenance, conservation of natural environment, and degree of achieving planning and design goals, and maintaining landscape, we have visualized and formalized waterfront park in design process, which is consisted of four squares-- green square for multiple uses, water-based recreation square, pedestrian roads and decks near waterfront, performance square and fords near waterfront. In conclusion, this waterfront park design contributes to improve quality of urban development through preserving agricultural as an important component of urban water system and provide important planning and design implications in urban open space planning.

Ocean pollution like as oil spill and red tide have occurred considerable and executing clean-up them. Rapid prediction of polluting area is necessary that efficiency clean-up. In this study, develop the program that clean-up worker could easy predict polluted area. This paper is introduced configuration and contents of ODM(oil diffusion modelling) which constructed with GUI(Graphic User Interface) system. ODM is consisted with pre, post and main process, and constructed on window process. So, clean-up worker easy operating program and confirm the result. Studying this program, the distribution of ocean pollutant and phase of ocean movement is shown without difficulty on a computer.

As the core of community, schools should play not only for the educational facilities but also for the public facilities. With the mixture of those facilities, the people in the community are able to use these facilities conveniently. The students could also make the best use of the school with the well-established facilities for sport and cultural functions. With those consideration in mind, this study aims to identify the planning feature of mixed-use school. Firstly, the concept of mixed-use and the typology of the development are reviewed. The pre-condition for the design of the mixed-use school are also studied with consideration of the planning tendencies of mixed-use schools in four countries(UK, USA, Japan and Korea). Secondly, eight case schools are selected in Japan and Korea. We analyzed them in terms of following three aspects; 1) The major functions to combine with school design, 2) The spatial arrangement how different functions could be connected in horizontal and vertical order, 3) The circulation system with which students and different user are able to access separately to those function.

The most good library's service will be accomplished for the system of user centralized and we can't expect the development of school library without student's use. This research has been designed for an attempt to know why students don't use the school library. The methods employed to achieve the purpose of this study are (1) To establish some tentative factors affecting the school library's use or nonuse (2) to get necessary data, a questionnaire was made according to the tentative factors. A questionnaire was sent to teacher and students in the 4 sample high schools in Seoul. The followings are the am lysed results. (1) School library's collection are poor. (2) The school library's equipment and position are bad. (3) The guide or use instruction of school library are not carried out. (4) Teacher librarian can not reach the demand of the society and the atmosphere of library are not good. (5) The books are not lent to students and the circulation procedure are complicated. (6) Our country's educational programme does not organize to promote using the school library. (7) Teachers' knowledge for using the library are poor. (8) Entrance examination of the university disturbed to use the school library. (9) The school administration are not enough to understand about the school library.
