The purpose of this study was to translate QUEST 2.0 in Korean with valid translation process and to measure psychometric characteristics. Translation process was consist of six steps. Internal consistency was analyzed by Cronbach's ${\alpha}$. Test-Retest reliability was analyzed by Spearman Rank Correlation Coefficient. Internal consistency of 'Assistive device' was .88, 'Services' .92. There was no statistically significant difference according to repetitive measure. The spearman correlation coefficient was .64 for "Assistive Device" and .66 for "Services". This result reflects K-QUEST 2.0's (Korean-Quebec User Evaluation of Satisfaction Assistive Technology 2.0) safety, consistency, and predictability in aspect of measure. In this study, the K-QUEST 2.0 was translated into Korean and the reliability of K-QUEST 2.0 was tested. Decisively, the K-QUEST 2.0 can be applied to evaluate user satisfaction of assistive technology.

As a part of the ITS, the traffic information system is more widely adopted to deliver traffic information to vehicle drivers via various types of media. As the ITS system establishment has been recognized as somewhat accomplished, the focus has shifted to the efficient operation and maintenance of the system. In this paper, we propose a method for evaluating a VMS traffic information service system from a user's perspective. In particular, relational expressions for the level of information provided and the level of user satisfaction are generated for the evaluation to take place from the user psychological satisfaction aspect of all other beneficial features of the system. As continuous flow facility is the one that has limited entry and exit, the traffic information of VMS plays a significant role for vehicle drivers to make their decisions. A method suggested in this paper could be used for evaluating an existing system as well as setting up the target service level of the system of a new system. If individual system properties are considered along with various VMS functions being as supplement of this research, more systematic evaluation method could be arranged.

This study attempts to grasp outpatients' demands for interior space of outpatients departments through evaluating them. Six departments in H general hospital such as surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, plastic surgery, obstetrics, and urology, were evaluated. Evaluating items were consisted of ones related to spatial layout, furniture, interior climate, color and finishes, and dressing room of each waiting area, doctor's room and treatment room in six departments. The subjects were 210 outpatients who were using one of six departments. The results were ; 1) The outpatients evaluated very high interior space of waiting areas in six departments. 2) They evaluated doctor's rooms to be relatively high. However, visual privacy in there was not enough met. 3) The treatment room was also evaluated relatively high. However, furniture and equipment arrangement, consideration for patients and a dressing room were evaluated relatively low. 4) The outpatients' evaluation was significantly different by their gender and age. The male evaluated them higher than the female. Also, the older patients evaluated them higher than the younger. 5) The outpatients responded that ventilation, comfort interior, and space arrangement were very important elements in healthcare facility design.

Enterprise should determine the adoption and utilization of information systems would be a great help to increase management performance. So, it maintains continually the budget and the investment for informatization. However, there is a limit to clarify whether the investment in informatization is contributed to create business opportunities through corporate competitiveness certainty or not. We tend to recognize the information system as a simple means to support common business rather than being used to achieve the company's business performance and to remain competitive. It is not an easy problem for the quantitative evaluation and analysis on the effect of intangible, such as management performance measurement by introducing computerization project. Informatization level evaluation model for the harsh business environment, specifically the Small and Medium Enterprise is lacking. In this paper, we proposed the audit evaluation model of an Small and Medium Enterprise informatization level based on system quality, information quality, user satisfaction, and IT business contribution. The proposed audit evaluation model was evaluated in the information system users, and verified the suitability throughout the survey of the audit professionals.

At present, the number of local governments using the Traffic Information Center are increasing and drivers are utilizing its traffic information from VMS installed on roads in cities. However, the cases of the user's utility of VMS about urban roads with special characteristics different from expressways and urban highways haven't been evaluated so far. Because VMS is a medium installed from a budget to provide traffic information, it is necessary to evaluate and manage the efficiency of users. This study judged that the efficiency of the drivers using VMS of urban roads most influences the duty on alternative route information provision so that it established its evaluation criteria. In addition, it needs to raise its value by many drivers' observation of VMS. Therefore, in case of the same conditions, the installation location of VMS should be a road section with much traffic volume so its the evaluation criteria was established. At present, the study results can be utilized to raise the user's utility of VMS installed in the urban roads.

In this Paper, we Propose an efficient web-based video learning evaluation system that is tailored to individual student's characteristics through the use of user profile-based information filtering. As a means of giving video-based questions, keyframes are extracted based on the location, size, and color information, and question-making intervals are extracted by means of differences in gray-level histograms as well as time windows. In addition, through a combination of the category-based system and the keyword-based system, questions for examination are given in order to ensure efficient evaluation. Therefore, students can enhance school achievement by making up for weak areas while continuing to identify their areas of interest.

BRIS has been established by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs since 2011 under Article 21 of the Act on the Preservation, Management and Utilization of Agricultural Life Resources. It is an information service that provides information related to agricultural life resources in connection with the Rural Development Administration, the Forest Service, and Korea Seed & Variety Service, Agricultural Resources and Agricultural and Livestock Quarantine Headquarters. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how the users assess the information system quality (information quality, system quality) for the current Bio Resource Information Service (BRIS). Ultimately, the structural equation modeling analyzes the causal relationship between each variable and how it responds to the user's continuous use intention. As a result, information quality among information system quality and information quality among system quality used as the main variables for the evaluation of BRIS were statistically positively influenced by users' perceived usefulness, while system quality It has been analyzed to have a positive effect on the sustained use intention. The user's continuous use intention is positively influenced by the information system quality and perceived usefulness at a statistically significant level. Especially, the perceived usefulness plays a role in mediating the user's continuous use intention.

A study for improvement of credibility on test & evaluation result of interoperability in battle management information system which focused in C4I systems is very essential in rapid change of battle field environment. Realization of effective operation process with integration of developed IT also core factor for reducing of operational response time such as information gathering from sensor to shooter, time for commander's decision making. Therefore, by required to meet of high technical T&E, meet of complex software's user requirement, long-term system development period, system integration ability's request by various linkage of systems, it is high a M&S dependency to optimal performance, interpoerability's guarantee. Especially credibility on test & evaluation using M&S is very important. This paper will propse a VV&A applied methods using other VV&A case to improve credibility of M&S on test & evaluation.

It become increasingly important to design user interface to carry low complexity. The cognitive limitations of users severely restrict utility of highly intelligent but complex modern systems. Since humans are known to use schemas to reduce cognitive complexity, imposing good consistency to an interface design that may help that user form useful schemas will provide powerful control over the complexity. This present a research effort to develop a quantitative method for evaluating interface complexity that the user would experience planning his or her course of action. Taking into account the user's potential schemas, a quantitative measure based on information theory was develped to assess the navigational complexity. This approach does not rely on the subjective judgment of the researcher as most schemes dealing with user schemas do. The proposed method may benefit the rapid prototyping approach to design a better user interface by allowing handy assessment of the design.

The User Interface (UI) in the company is more important than ever. But the application of UI for the industry use is restricted by various constraints such as delivery, technical limitation, etc. User Interface designers in the company have thought how to set up the UI organization, how to define identity and goal, how to communicate with other teams, what is the best UI process, and many other issues. In this paper, the author discuss the practical issues arisen when User Interface organization is formed and managed based on the mobile phone manufacture's perspective. The pros and cons of location of UI organization, advanced UI organization, UI member formation, UI role, UI output, UI evaluation, and understanding of UI in the society and company are discussed. This discussion will help UI designers in industry to set up and manage UI organization.
