학교 건축물 평가지표 개발 연구 (A Study on Evaluation Indicator of School Building)

  • It presented the specialty and efficient evaluation indicator and a method which corresponds in each quality classified with 4 fields - an use and the function, the environment and an equipment, the structure stability, an main finishing material from plan side against an existing school facility in order to suit in development of the standard indicator which has become fixed quantity and demand of evaluation method for an analysis of the object school facilities to rebuild. So it presented the method which is the fixed quantity evaluation from economic viewpoint as possible for evaluating the maintenance cost by the expenses involved and durable years increase in rebuilding of objective school facility.

  • 본 연구는 토지공사가 건설중인 양산, 물금 신도시지역의 도면을 전산화하여 각종 정보를 추출하고, 1:50,000 관내도의 지형도를 디지타이저로 수치화 하였다. 수치화 된 지도를 사용하여 기존의 설계도를 전산화하여 각종 정보를 취득하였다. 또한 축척별로 도엽번호를 부여하여 표준화하였고, 연구지역 내에 시설물 시공을 위한 지반의 침하량을 측정하여 정보로 활용하고자 한다. 현재 각종 기관에서 보유하고 있는 고문서 등의 오래된 자료를 전산화함으로서 영구적으로 사용할 수 있는 D/B그 목적이 있다.

  • This paper analyzes the facility investment appraisal process of a real world shipyard and proposes several improving points. For this purpose the investment appraisal sheets are investigated in terms of the theory of the discounted cash flow (DCF) method. Through this investigation, the differences between the theory and its application are clarified and it is tried to resolve the gab by applying the DCF method appropriately including explicit use of actual cash flows in revenue and expense expressions. It is also proposed that some portion of the capital loss caused by defending facility sales may not be the sunk cost and that the portion can conceptually be calculated by the difference between economic value and sales price.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the school location decision direction for land use planning of public land development. And this research proposed the school location decision direction for urban amenity. So this research present the implication on urban planning and design for architecture, park-school complex. This study perform the relationship with land use planning out side environment of school land. This research proved the fact that the school land relationship with the park, the other school land etc. And this result will be used in decision-making-process of land use planning, public land development construction, urban design and city policy.

A Study of the Evaporation Heat Transfer in Advanced Reactor Containment

  • In advanced nuclear reactors, the passive containment cooling has been suggested to enhance the safety. The passive cooling has two mechanisms, air natural convection and oater cooling with evaporation. To confirm the coolability of PCCS, many works have been performed experimentally and numerically. In this study, the water cooling test was performed to obtain the evaporative heat transfer coefficients in a scaled don segment type PCCS facility which have same configuration with AP600 prototype containment. Air-steam mixture temperature and velocity, relative humidity and well heat flux are measured. The local steam mass flow rates through the vertical plate part of the facility are calculated from the measured data to obtain evaporative heat transfer coefficients. The measured evaporative heat transfer coefficients are compared with an analytical model which use a mass transfer coefficients. From the comparison, the predicted coefficients show good agreement with experimental data however, some discrepancies exist when the effect of wave motion is not considered. Finally, a new correlation on evaporative heat transfer coefficients are developed using the experimental values.

  • The main purpose of this study is to review the current system and to develop a decision support system for evaluating the priorities among those possible alternatives in the army facility enterprise. This paper also provides an information system which can be effectively applied to various criteria and stages in decision making process such as Planning and Programming phases in PPBEES. The model base of decision support systems uses the concepts of the analytic hierarchy process along with the supplementary techniques such as TOPSIS and 0-1 integer programming. Both AHP and TOPSIS are used scoring approaches in the Planning phase and IP is induced at the Programming phase to give GO/NO-GO solution for each project. We use Expert Choice, Excel and LINDO s/w's to implement a prototyped model. The proposed methodology in this paper enables the decision makers to evaluate the priority based on quantitative and qualitative data in a systematic way.

산림복지 인프라 가격결정을 위한 가격민감성 분석 (Price-Sensitivity Measurement of a Forest Welfare Facility)

  • This study provides basic data for the cost operating strategy of forest welfare infra facilities. We use the Price-Sensitivity Measurement technique (PSM) for a forest welfare infra facility (healing forest, wood camping, forest leisure sport, etc.). In addition, we conduct a survey in the four target locations (Kyung-gi, Kyung-sang, Chung-cheong, and Jeolla) and receive answer from 390. The results show that higher the price of present infra facilities, higher the price sensibility. The forest welfare infra facilities we include are healing forest 1,894 won, wood camping 5,625 won, mtb park 9,530 won, mountain horseback riding 14,556 won, paragliding 20,252 won, mountain ski 3,075won. However, we investigate zip-lines at lower than current price levels.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate and to develop a decision support system for supporting the outworn facility replacement analysis in shipbuilding. This paper also provides an information system which can be effectively applied to various criteria in decision making. The modelbase of decision support system uses the concepts of the analytic hierarchy process along with an appropriate scoring methods. The AHP represents an improvement over other well-known scoring approaches since the criteria weights of priorities established by the AHP are not based on arbitrary scales, but use a ratio scale for human judgements. The proposed methodology in this research enables the decision maker to evaluate the investment alternatives based on qualitative data and quantitative data in a systematic way.

  • 1980년대 후반부터 시설물관리기관과 지방도시들이 시설물관리차원의 도형 정보시스템을 구축하면서 전국토에 대한 정밀하고 통일된 도형기초에 대한 수요가 발생하였다. 1990년대가 되면서 부터는 국토관리와 이용 및 효과적인 의사결정을 지원하기 위한 국토정보시스템 구촉의 필요성이 대두되었다. 따라서 현행도면중 최대축척인 지적도를 도형기초로 하고 지적도의 지번정보를 이용하여 행정, 체신, 통계 등과 연계할 수 있는 종합토지정보시스템(Parcel-Based Land Information System) 구축을 위한 연구가 진행중에 있다.

  • The most important issue of modern cities is a crime. Crime prevention through environmental planning is needed in the urban mixed-use commercial facilities which have an important role of modern urban life, and have a positive elements for local society. The purpose of this study is to propose a direction of crime prevention through environmental planning for the urban mixed-use commercial facilities. In order to accomplish this purpose, a questionnaire survey is performed on users of urban mixed-use commercial facilities to evaluate the importance and satisfaction. The conclusions are as follows; 1) Crime prevention through environmental planning is needed in the public space which forms boundary between urban mixed-use commercial facilities and other urban facilities. 2) Safety support planning is necessary for women and children for crime prevention of urban mixed-use commercial facilities. 3) Crime prevention planning is needed in urban mixed-use commercial facilities of the various isolation space. 4) Crime prevention through environmental planning is needed for facilities of after business hours. 5) Various security alarm system considering the characteristics of the space is needed for crime prevention. 6) Community program is necessary in order to increase the utilization of external public space. 7) A sign is necessary to prevent a criminal act in urban mixed-use commercial facilities. 8) The connection of commercial facilities and activity inducing factors is needed.
