The effects of Sharing Bicycle Service Quality on Creating Shared Value and Use Intention in China (공유경제에서 서비스품질이 공유가치창출 및 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 중국공유자전거를 중심으로)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to propose useful suggestions by analyzing causal effect relationship between sharing bicycle service quality, customer satisfaction, CSV, and continuos use intention in China. Methods: The collected data through the survey were analyzed using structure equation model analysis. The measurement tools used for this study were divided into four dimensions such as service quality, customer satisfaction, creating shared value, and continuous use intention. Results: The results of this study are as follows; regarding the influence of sharing bicycle service quality dimension on customer satisfaction(reliability and response), it was found that customer satisfaction was not significant on economic value. but it was significant on social value. It was found that social value made statistically significant influence on use intention. Conclusion: Sharing bicycle industry needs to activity of response to customer, and paying attention to view of social value for the sharing economy in the future.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the method on improving the frequency of use and satisfaction rate of the community facilities and to evaluate relation between improving the frequency of use and satisfaction rate of the community facilities and improving the sense of community in apartments. The research subjects of this study is the four public lease apartments which is built around same period with same design guide. The survey method is a questionnaire survey, a experimental study, focus group interview, an analysing drawing. The result of study is as follows. The first, the frequency of use and satisfaction rate have been effected by the operation management system as well as the physical circumstance. The second, The frequency of use and satisfaction rate of the community facilities have had positive correlation with sense of community. The third, multimedia room and conference room with low usability need to change a multipurpose space such as cafe, classroom for learning on artistic topic with high demand from occupant. Finally, a mindset shift is required for architects to inspire community facilities as an important mediated space improving the sense of community by suggesting spaces for leisure and hobby activities.

Effects of Positive Characteristics of SNS on Use Satisfaction and Using Reluctant Intention: A Path Model for the Role of Trust and Value

  • This study was conducted to examine the effects of interactivity, entertainment and ease of use, which are positive characteristics of SNS, on SNS using satisfaction and using reluctant intention and the roles of perceived values and trust among users in the relationships among these variables, in order to find a clue to contribution to positive use and development of SNS. For this study, a survey was performed targeting normal people in Seoul and the metropolitan area and a total of 224 effective questionnaires were acquired. Then frequency analysis, descriptive statistic analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation path analysis were carried out. As a result of analysis, interactivity and ease of use increased SNS using satisfaction and decreased using reluctant intention via trust and users' perceived values respectively. The result of analyzing the modification model showed that interactivity and entertainment directly increased SNS using satisfaction. These findings imply that SNS providers fully need to reflect the needs of consumers for interactivity, entertainment and ease of use for improving consumers' perceived values and trust. It is also concluded that consumers can enjoy positive SNS activities by increasing trust with SNS users through a positive understanding of interactivity and participation.

  • Purpose In this paper, among the four information vulnerable groups(disabled, elderly, low-income, farmers and fishermen), the mediating effect of digital device usage attitudes in the effect of digital information utilization level of farmers and fishermen with a large digital information gap with the general public on life satisfaction was verified. Design/methodology/approach This study summarizes existing research related to the digital information gap between farmers and fishermen, and the empirical analysis is based on hierarchical regression analysis based on the 2022 Digital Information Gap Report (survey data on 2,200 farmers and fishermen) published by the Korea Intelligence Information Society Promotion Agency. Among the four major information vulnerable groups (the disabled, the elderly, low-income groups, and farmers and fishermen), attitudes toward using digital devices were examined in terms of the impact of the level of digital information use on life satisfaction among farmers and fishermen, who have a relatively large digital information gap with the general public. It was verified as a mediating effect. Findings As a result of the empirical analysis, attitudes toward the use of digital devices were found to play a mediating role in the impact of the level of digital information use on life satisfaction.

  • The domestic and foreign standards of school libraries suggest that school library should be run to give useful and pleasant experiences to students. This study applies Csikszentmihalyi's 'flow theory' to analyze the relationships between students' flow experience and their satisfaction about school libraries use. The variables selected in this study are students' satisfaction, flow experience, library skill, challenge of library use, types of library use and students' learning styles. The research model is designed by using these 6 variables in this study. The data are collected from 293 students and analyzed by structural equation modeling. The results of this study are as follows: The entire casual relationships show that library skills influence in types of library use, types of library use affect students' learning styles and students' learning styles influence in satisfaction through flow. To improve students' satisfaction about school library use, this study proposes effective ways related to teacher librarians' role performances to expand students' flow experience and increase their library skills.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of viewing satisfaction on the reuse intention according to organizational competence. The results of the empirical analysis were as follows. First, satisfaction of visitors to culture and arts cooperative was found to affect re - use intention. Second, the organizational capacity of culture and arts co - operative association was found to affect re - use intention. Third, it was found that the satisfaction of audience of culture - arts co - operative association influenced re - use intention according to organizational capacity. Therefore, this study confirms the influence on the audience satisfaction and re - use intention of the culture - art cooperative association, and it is meaningful to provide the theoretical implication by confirming that the organizational capacity also has an influence on the re - use intention.

Continuance Use Intention of Kiosk Services: The Mediating Role of Satisfaction (외식업체 키오스크의 지속 이용 의도에 대한 연구: 만족도의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • In the food market, kiosks are rapidly expanding. The kiosk improves the in-store consumer experience and economic prosperity of businesses. This research explores the continuance use intention of kiosks via a post-acceptance model with four antecedent variables: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, confirmation, and satisfaction. An online survey was conducted with 420 senior consumers, aged 50-70, who have experienced kiosk services. This study used SPSS 25.0 for descriptive analysis and Amos 23.0 for confirmatory factor anlysis, structural equation analysis, and mediate the effect of the bootstrapping method. The following results were obtained. First, perceived usefulness and confirmation significantly influenced satisfaction with kiosks. Second, perceived usefulness and satisfaction significantly influenced continuance use intention. Third, satisfaction mediated the relationship between perceived usefulness and continuance use intention. Fourth, satisfaction mediated the relationship between confirmation and continuance use intention. These findings enhanced the understanding of seniors' attitude and response to kiosk services.

  • As communicating with friends by recording their daily lives in video clips has become a trend for the Z-generation or the Millennial generation, interest in the vlog is increasing. This study analyzed the effects of motivation and user characteristics on use satisfaction and intention to use vlog in 168 participants in their 20s and 30s who have experience using YouTube vlog. The results of the study showed all hypotheses established in this study were adopted. Specifically, habits and killing time, information-seeking, entertainment and relaxation, voyeurism, openness and emotional identification were found to have a positive effect on the use satisfaction. Also, satisfaction with the use of vlog has a significant impact on continuous use intention. Therefore, it can be seen that exploring the vlog will provide theoretical and practical implications.

The Relationship among Web Design, e-Satisfaction, e-Loyalty, and Customer Defection (웹디자인, e-만족, e-충성도, 고객이탈 간의 관계에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this paper is to identify the relationship among five factors of web design, e-satisfaction, e-loyalty, and customer defection and provide the implications of marketing strategies in online shopping. The research findings are as follows: first, ease of use of web design affects positively e-satisfaction more than the other factors except financial security. Second, e-satisfaction affects positively e-loyalty. Third, e-satisfaction does not affect customer defection. Fourth, informativeness, styling, ease of use, and trust of web design affect indirectly e-loyalty by mediating e-satisfaction. Therefore, because there is a good circular relationship among web design, e-satisfaction, and e-loyalty, it is very important to enhance web design for customers. When customers satisfy highly with the factors of web design, e-loyalty is higher and customer defection is lower. Further, in a curriculum of web design it is needed to reflect the findings of this paper.

A Study on the Effects of the Online Community Flow : Mediating Satisfaction and Community Trust (온라인 커뮤니티 몰입에 미치는 영향 연구 : 만족과 커뮤니티 신뢰를 매개로)

  • Today, most companies are building up and using online communities on their websites. But there are few studies on forming and operating online communities. This study shows the influence of social presence on these factors like usefulness, ease of use, playfulness, satisfaction community trust, and its ultimate contribution to community flow. An Empirical results suggest as follows. (1) social presence has stronger effect on usefulness, ease of use, playfulness, (2) usefulness and playfulness has a positive influence on satisfaction, (3) ease of use doesn't have a significant impact on flow, (4) satisfaction is positively influences on community trust and flow, (5) community trust influences on flow. It is necessary to succeed with next studies following this one about online community in spite of its limitation. Finally, we present contribution and propose future research directions.
