본 논문에서는 기존 선행연구에서 설계된 시작품을 보완하여 1차적으로 완성된 시제품에 대하여 고령 여성들이 직접 사용성 평가를 수행함으로써 불편한 사항이나 안전과 직결되는 문제점을 찾아보고 개선이 필요한 사항을 도출하고자 하였다. 본 사용성 평가에서는 일상생활에서의 동작 및 신체적 활동을 수행할 수 있는 65세 이상의 고령자 여성 10명을 피실험자로 선정하였다. 고령 여성이 이승과 주행의 일생상활 시나리오를 기반으로 이승, 승강, 주행, 도착으로 사용성 평가항목들을 정의하고, 사용성 평가 실험환경을 구축하였다. 실험방법은 대상 제품을 사용하는 일상생활 시나리오에서 고령 여성과 기기 간의 주요 사용 접점 분석을 통해 주관적 만족도 설문평가, 동영상 촬영 자료를 활용한 관찰평가 등으로 수행하였으며, 프로토콜은 5단계로 나눠 진행하였다. 측정된 데이터는 최대값과 최소값을 제외하여 평균값과 표준편차를 구하여 그 결과들을 분석하였다. 사용성 평가결과, 승강부문의 개선사항으로는 승강 제어 패널과 주행 제어 패널을 분리해야 하며, 토글 등의 아래/위 방향으로 움직이는 버튼을 통해 직관성 향상이 필요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 주행부문에서는 앞바퀴 메커니즘 또는 주행 제어 알고리즘 개선과 UI 개선, 급정지 시스템 개선이 필요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이승부문에서는 시트 좌면부의 크기 향상을 통해 안전성 확보와 힘을 지지할 수 있는 구조물 추가가 필요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 사용성 평가에서 나타난 불편사항과 개선사항을 토대로 한층 더 보완된 연구개발 제품이 출시된다면 거동이 불편한 고령 여성들이 타인의 도움 없이 스스로 실내에서 간단한 일상생활을 할 수 있으므로 사용자의 삶의 질은 한층 더 높아질 것이다.

본 연구는 전자책 이용률이 높은 디지털 네이티브 세대인 20대를 대상으로 전자책 구독서비스에 대한 인식을 파악하고자 하였다. 설문조사와 사용성 평가(usability testing)를 병행한 혼합연구 방법을 통해 전자책 이용률이 높은 20대 대학생의 전자책 구독 서비스이용 실태 및 서비스에 대한 인식을 조사하였다. 설문조사를 통해 국내 대학생 202명의 의견을 수집하였고, 전자책 비이용자와 이용자를 구분하여 분석하였다. 설문 결과, 비이용자와 이용자 간의 전자책에 인식의 차이가 나타났으며, 휴대성 및 편의성은 두 연구 참여자 그룹에게 공통적으로 나타나는 전자책의 장점으로 조사되었다. 사용성 평가에서 사용된 '밀리의 서재' 애플리케이션은 가장 대중적인 전자책 플랫폼으로 해당 서비스를 활용하여 전자책 이용 경험이 없는 20대 대학생 10명을 대상으로 평가가 진행되었다. 실험 결과, 연구 참여자들은 전자책의 편의성, 디자인, 다양한 부가 기능, 가성비 등에 대해 긍정적인 반응을 보인 반면, 흥미 부족, 기능 실용성, 터치 오류 및 오작동, 장서 부족, 시스템 문제에 대해서는 부정적인 의견을 나타냈다.

본 연구에서는 도시관리계획 중 도시계획시설의 설치를 위한 평가체계 II를 중심으로 토지적성평가 제도를 보다효과적으로 수행할 수 있는 개선방안을 강구하기 위하여 사례연구를 수행하고 평가수행과정에서 나타나는 문제점의 합리적인 기술적 제도적 개선방안을 강구하였는데, 적성평가 결과인 종합적성 값은 개발적성등급으로 평가되어 도시관리계획을 입안할 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 현재의 토지적성평가 수행방식은 지역여건을 반영할 수 있다는 원칙은 있지만, 이에 대한 구체적인 평가방법이나 명확한 기준의 부재와 원자료의 전산화 및 전문인력이 부족한 상황으로, 지역적 특수상황을 반영할 수 있는 평가요인이 적성등급의 판정에 상당한 영향을 줄 수 있는 요인임을 감안하여 지역간 개발격차나 지역여건의 차이를 평가지표에 반영할 수 있는 실행적 방안의 마련이 필요하다.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to describe the development of health educational program for maternity using principle of user centered design. Method: Research process includes five distinct phases: needs assessment, analysis, design, development/testing/revision, and application release. Results: This program includes an introduction, pregnancy test and fetal assessment, maternal and fetal change during pregnancy, self-care methods during pregnancy, complication of postpartum period, process of labor, complication of pregnancy, self care during the postpartum period, information for parenting skill, father page, FAQ, helping resources and institutions. Conclusion: The program will be distributed to health centers for maternal health education. The second phase of this project was evaluation this program for further development of the program. The end result of this program will be pregnant women with a high degree of usability. Author believe this program have true potential in helping maternal health promotion and successful parenting.

This study focuses on the design of a GPT-based system for relatively rapid technology credit assessment of SMEs. This system addresses the limitations of traditional time-consuming evaluation methods and proposes a GPT-based model to comprehensively evaluate the technological capabilities of SMEs. This model fine-tunes the GPT model to perform fast technical credit assessment on SME-specific text data. Also, It presents a system that automates technical credit evaluation of SMEs using GPT and LLM-based chatbot technology. This system relatively shortens the time required for technology credit evaluation of small and medium-sized enterprises compared to existing methods. This model quickly assesses the reliability of the technology in terms of usability of the base model.

This article proposes a method to assess construction safety risk during the construction phase based on accident loss costs. Risk assessments for hazardous construction work are required by law, but they lack quantitative criteria. To address this, a survey estimated loss costs due to fatalities in the construction industry, finding labor loss cost and delay reimbursement cost to be the largest factors. The proposed method uses algorithm to calculate expected accidents and risk levels based on project characteristics, work methods, personnel, and environment data. This method is expected to enhance the reliability and usability of risk assessments during the construction phase of construction projects.

본 연구의 배경 및 목적은 한국형 경기용 핸드사이클 국산화를 통해 국내 장애인의 스포츠 활성화에 기여하는 것이다. 현재 국내에서 생산하는 핸드사이클은 전무하며 모든 선수들이 외국에서 제작한 제품을 사용하고 있다. 외산제품의 경우 외국인 선수들의 체형에 맞게 제작이 되었기 때문에 국내 선수들이 사용할 경우 자신의 체형에 맞추기 위해 부품을 추가적으로 구성하여 사용하는 경우가 많다. 이는 비용적인 측면에서 부담을 가중할 뿐만 아니라 선수들의 경기력을 저하시키는 원인 중 하나이다. 이러한 문제점을 보완하기 위해 이전 연구에서 한국인 체형을 고려한 경기용 핸드사이클 개발을 진행하였고 개발된 시제품의 성능평가를 위해 외산제품과 비교 사용성평가를 실시하였다. 이렇게 제작된 경기용 핸드사이클 시제품의 정량적, 정성적 평가 결과를 분석하고 개선 사항을 도출하여 국내선수들의 체형을 고려하면서 경기력을 향상시킬 수 있는 한국형 경기용 핸드사이클 개발을 진행하였다. 본 연구는 1차 시제품에서 도출한 문제점을 토대로 크랭크와 공기흡입부 및 배출부, 뒷 축 흔들림 방지장치 등을 추가적으로 구성하였고 개발된 제품의 사용성을 평가하기 위해 현재 핸드사이클 국가대표 상비군 선수들이 사용하는 외산제품과 비교 사용성평가를 실시하였다. 사용성을 평가하기 위해 효과성, 효율성, 만족도 영역에서 결과를 측정하였고 효과성을 제외한 효율성, 만족도에서 연구를 통해 개발된 시제품이 외산제품보다 높은 것으로 평가되었다. 본 연구를 통해 외국산 핸드사이클의 수입을 재치할 수 있는 저가의 핸드사이클을 상용화하고 외국상품의 수입대체 효과와 수출로 인한 국제 경쟁력 증진에 기여할 것으로 여겨진다.

터치 인터페이스 입력방식에서 메뉴를 마우스를 이용하여 입력하는 것 보다 터치입력 방식이 의도하지 않는 터치와 입력의 어려움이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 버튼메뉴의 최소 형상버튼을 기준으로 형태와 크기변화에 따라서 사용성 평가를 분석하고자 한다. 적용방법으로는 터치 입력방식의 인터페이스 디자인에서 활용 할 수 있도록 회귀 모형식과 인터페이스 인간 수행 평가방법의 대표적인 모형인 피츠의 법칙(Fitts' Law)의 비교분석을 통해서 더욱 효과적인 정량적 수행예측 평가 모형식 적용을 통해서 가능성을 확인하고자 했다. 따라서 터치 환경에서 적용할 수 있는 버튼의 형상과 크기변화에 따른 사용자의 사용시간을 고려한 수행예측시간을 디자인에 반영할 수 있다.

With the rapid change of rural communities and increasing desire for social welfare, the demand for the quality of public spaces and facilities is increasing. However, inefficient location of rural public space and facility has caused problems such as economic inefficiency, inconvenient accessibility, environmental pollution, unsustainable energy use, and disturbance of visual landscape. This study aims to evaluate suitability of public spaces and facilities in three types of rural village: rural downtown village, rural clustered village, and individual village. As a way to measure the suitability of public spaces and facilities, we assessed indicators of suitability in terms of accessibility, usability, biophysical environment, and sustainable management. To evaluate the accessibility, we applied indicators such as distance from residential areas, public transit, market and public facilities. For the evaluation of biophysical environment, we applied indicators such as slope, elevation, aspect, and occurrence of natural disasters. We analyzed digital maps representing the indicators listed above using GIS. We also conducted a survey and face-to-face interviews to evaluate usability and sustainability of management which are not possible to understand through maps. As a result, we identified that suitability of public spaces and facilities in downtown villages is higher than clustered and individual villages. In particular, suitability of infrastructure facilities, social welfare facilities, and income generation facilities in downtown village are higher than those in clustered and individual villages. The suitability of tourism facilities is generally lower than other types of public facility across the three types of villages. Tourism facilities in clustered village have been identified especially unsuitable compared to other types of villages. We expect the outcome of the research is helpful to improve allocation of public spaces and facilities in rural villages.

최근 실업률 증가와 프리터족의 등장으로 아르바이트 구인 구직 애플리케이션의 이용률이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구는 국내 아르바이트 구인 구직 애플리케이션 '알바몬'과 '알바천국'을 중심으로 구인 구직 애플리케이션의 현황과 문제점을 파악하고, 피터 모빌(Peter Morville)의 허니콤 모델을 기초로 설문조사와 심층 면접을 진행하였다. 사용성 평가 결과를 분석하여 도출된 개선 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 불건전 업소 및 중복된 구인 글 차단 필터가 더욱 강화되어야 한다. 둘째, 애플리케이션의 주 사용자인 20대에게 맞춘 디자인이 필요하다. 셋째, 메인 화면에 사용자에게 맞는 섬세한 맞춤형 아르바이트 목록 구성이 필요하다. 넷째, 애플리케이션 자체에서 근로 계약서 작성 확인 절차와 업주자 신고 기능이 필요하다. 본 연구를 통해 국내 구인 구직 애플리케이션 서비스 개선에 기여하기를 기대한다.
