산림 우점식생 변화가 온도에 미치는 영향 (Effect on the Temperature in Forest Dominant Vegetation Change)

  • 본 연구는 산림 우점식생 변화가 지표면 온도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 우리나라 대표적 혹서지역인 대구광역시를 대상으로 연구를 수행하였다. 산림 우점식생 변화 유형별 온도변화는 1990년과 2007년의 Landsat TM 영상 2scene을 분석하여 확인하였다. 토지피복유형은 산림지역, 시가화지역, 경작지 및 기타지역, 수역으로 구분하였고, 산림지역의 경우 침엽수와 활엽수로 구분하였다. 산림 우점식생 변화 유형에 따른 지표면 온도 변화를 확인하기 위해 통계분석을 실시한 결과 산림이 시가화지역으로 변화될 경우 온도는 높아지며, 유형별로 살펴보면 활엽수림이 시가화지역으로 변화된 경우 약 $0.6^{\circ}C$, 침엽수림이 시가화지역으로 변화된 경우 약 $0.2^{\circ}C$ 온도가 상승하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 단순히 17년간 유형변화에 따른 온도 차이로 현재까지 유형이 유지된 경우와 변화된 경우를 동시에 고려할 경우 온도는 더 높은 차이를 보였다. 활엽수림의 경우 활엽수림이 유지될 때 보다 시가화지역으로 변화 될 경우 온도는 $2.3^{\circ}C$ 증가하였으며, 침엽수림의 경우 침엽수림이 유지될 때 보다 시가화지역으로 변화될 경우 $1.9^{\circ}C$ 온도가 증가하였다. 산림의 경우 시가화지역으로 변화될 때 온도가 상승하며 산림식생유형 중 침엽수가 파괴되었을 경우보다 활엽수가 파괴되었을 때 $0.4^{\circ}C$ 온도가 추가적으로 상승하는 것으로 나타났다. 도시기온 완화를 위해서는 도시림 내에서 활엽수림의 보호가 더 효율적인 것으로 확인되었다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 도시공원과 같은 도시 내 녹색공간에 재해예방기능을 추가한 '저류공원'의 개념을 정립하고 그 분류체계를 제안하는 것이다. 저류공원은 도시공원과 저류시설을 도시계획시설로 중복 결정하는 것으로 도시민의 일상적인 이용을 위한 공간제공과 유사시 재해저감 기능을 수행하는 두 가지 역할을 동시에 수행할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 기후변화에 따른 도심 내 침수 등을 예방하기 위해서는 저류시설이 도시계획시설과 함께 제도적으로 검토가 되어야 시설이 공원 등의 형태로도 설치가 가능한데, 저류기능과 도시 주변 환경에 초점을 맞추어 법리적 검토를 하다보니 저류공원이 주제공원으로서 입지가 명확하지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내외 사례조사 및 현장 답사를 통해 도시 내 저류시설 유형을 도시 녹색공간의 입지적 특성을 반영하여 총 5종류의 저류공원으로 재분류하여 제시하였다. 저류공원에 대한 분류는 지하수위, 사람의 이용, 저류랑의 규모를 기준으로 생태형, 식생피복형, 운동시설형, 지하매설형, 복합형 등 총 5가지로 구분하였다. 이 분류체계는 향후 저류시설 입지를 지정 후 조성되는 시설의 유형을 결정하는데 활용할 수 있다.

노인공동생활주택에 대한 태도의 선호- 한국에서의 노인생활지원주택 개발 방향을 중심으로- (Attitudes and Preferences about Elderly Communal Housing-focused on developing Elderly Assisted Living in Korea-)

  • The Purpose of this study was 1) to analyse the attitudes about Elderly Assisted Living (EAL) among urban Korean 2) to consider the policy implications for elderly communal housing. The research methods used were 1) social survey research with questionnaire to find attitudes and preferences about EAL among potential elderly client in Seoul, Korea 2) interpretative suggestion for appropriate policy implications to facilitate developing EAL in urban Korea. A questionnaire was used to find attitudes/preferences about EAL was adapted from the results of the review about communal housing in the UK. The survey was undertaken from September to October, 2000 in Seoul, Korea. Data was collected from 413 subjects and analysed using various statistical techniques. From the results, location should be differentiated into urban type and suburban type. The urban type would prefer around 5 stories multi-family house style with elevator and suburban type would prefer single detached house style with shared garde. The most preferred characteristics found by factor analysis were factor I named as communal facilities and environment(the items belong to factor I was neighbour environment, communal spaces and facilities, heating system, and elevator). The most important advantages of EAL were social activities and convenience. The most salient disadvantages of EAL were difficulty of family contact. The higher the occupational status and income, the lower the preference for the characteristics of EAL with a preference for finding appropriate living arrangements in present housing market. But the higher the educational level, the higher the degree of preference for the characteristics of EAL.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the spatial characteristics of business-type-changed parcel in the Hongik-University commercial area, from the view point of commercial gentrification. A commercial gentrification occurs through a business-type-change in a spatial basic unit (microscopic spatial unit such as parcel) of an area which has not been considered in relavent policies and research. So, this study analyzed the spatial characteristics of business-type-changed parcels using the Cox's proportional hazard regression model. The main results of this study are as follows. First, as new developments in the adjacent area occur, the business-type-change probability increases. Second, by the commercial area division, the business-type-change probability is different. Finally, the accessibility is better, the probability is higher. These results could suggest that a consideration of the spatial characteristics form microscopic viewpoint is necessary to understand the commercial gentrification. And these could be used as basic data for a gentrification diagnostic and management system, which can predict gentrification from the view point of business-type-change on the basis of a parcel.

도시형 소형주택의 실내코디네이션 요소 선호 분석 - 골드세대(골드미스, 골드미스터) 수요자를 중심으로 - (An Analysis on Preference of Interior Coordination Elements for Urban Small Housing - Focused on Gold-Generation(Gold Miss, Gold Mr.) -)

  • As changed population structure variously, population decrease is one of the important problem in present urbanization. It resulted decline of the medium-large size housings that increasing of 1-2 person household need the variety of small housing with housing type. This study was researched the Gold-Generation on theme by Gold Miss, Gold Mr. who preferring urban small housings that it analyzed survey of Gold generation who be wanted urban small housing by interior coordination elements. Data to be analyzed that first, Gold Mr. and Miss are preferred two bedroom applied by spatial structure coordination. Especially it is based on the separation between livingroom and bedroom with duplex type which is bathroom formed single unit type(shower/toilet/basin). In interior coordination of spatial elements, Gold Mr. considered the form of kitchen with huge ㄷ type instead of Gold Miss are preferred alpha room or alpha space to use powder room or dress room. Second, In Preference of interior coordination elements, Gold Mr. and Miss are preferred bed-clothes and curtains by fabrics, lighting are hanging and spot lighting, accessories are carpet with rug and porcelains. Color are preferred bright scheme both white and ivory, however preference of furniture is different from Gold Mr. and Gold Miss that Gold Mr. are ordered desk, sofa and shelves but Gold Miss are preferred sofa, bed, and dressing table. It showed between Gold Mr. and Gold Miss are equal needs or differences. It expects the basic research for understanding the interior coordination elements for preference in urban small housing as focused on Gold generation(Gold Miss, Gold Mr.) that they will be applied the interior space on urban small housing.

  • The purpose of this study was to propose the urban regeneration project model that reinforce public functions and contribute effectively to urban development. The results of this study were as follows. First, this study developed objective 22 different types of evaluation indexes. The indexes allows to figure out the necessities, business value and conditions of certain urban regeneration project. Second, the urban is divided to 6 types by characteristics of functionality and location. So, each regeneration project model can be applied to meet the condition of the urban.. Third, this study proposed 5 types of urban regeneration project model to fulfil roles of public and encourage the urban development. The urban regeneration project model is supposed to perform the evaluation of urban condition using the index, typological analysis under the law and scheme and analysis of function and urban location.

  • The objective of this research is to study the method to produce biotope map by using GIS. Surveying and analyzing the situation of biotope map in the country, it was found that biotope map should be produced to be utilized in establishing urban plan and environment preservation plan. Considering the history of materials, preparation method and type of use, the types of original materials can be classified into 3 types, namely, data based on configuration map, the existing thematic map and materials of surveying natural ecology. Biotope map is composed of configuration thematic map that shows the shape and position of surface, urban thematic map that is the standard of unit biotope shape and urban ecology map that shows the urban ecologic situation. Extracted and processed from the original material, each thematic map is produced as biotope map that shows the type of biotope. It is expected that biotope map can be utilized in the area of urban plan including establishment of basic urban plan and urban management plan as well as environment planning area including evaluation of environment influence, establishment of environment preservation plan, consolidated environment management for natural environment and life environment.

도시민의 농촌지역 여가선택속성 분석 (Analysis of the Leisure Choice Attributes at Rural Area of Urban People)

  • This study intends to analyze urban peoples' leisure choice attributes of rural areas from a rural demand perspective. For this purpose, this study investigates regional attributes considered in decision making processes for rural tourism destinations of urban residents using a conjoint model as a stated preference model. Based on literature reviews, two questionnaire surveys were conducted. The first questionnaire survey was performed in 4 cities including Seoul, Daejeon, Suwon and Chuncheon with 408 urban residents. The Second questionnaire survey was performed in 5 cities including Seoul, Chuncheon, Daejeon, Jeonju and Busan with about 1,060 urban residents. The study results suggest that the most important attribute in selecting rural ares for tourism are activity programs and convenience of facility, according to part-worth and vector model. The fitness level of model is 0.986, which is very significant. Among the 5 attribute's levels, the rural residents' kindness, the traditional and the ecological programs and the facilities about sign and lodging are more critical factors than other levels. Utilities of each levels decreases as cost and arrival time increases. Regarding the result of market segmentations, respondents having intention to visit can be divided into 4 group; (1) facility or program oriented type, (2) resident's kindness oriented type, (3) arrival time oriented type, and (4) negatively participant type. The results of leisure choice attributes can provide insightful information for regional planning strategies, such as selection of the type of market segments and the key factor of facility and space planning.

  • Maintaining dissolved oxygen (DO) at sufficiently low concentration in the aeration tank at a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) is essential for reduction of the costs of operation and maintenance. On the other hand, the low DO level may result in adverse effect on the integrity of the activated sludge, A typical and disastrous outcome frequently experienced is the outgrowth of filamentous microorganisms, which is called as filamentous bulking, In addition to the traditional methods such as sludge settleability and microscopic observation of the culture, molecular techniques including polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification followed by 16S rRNA sequencing were applied to identify filamentous bacteria present in bulking sludge under a condition of low DO concentration, Two morphologically distinct groups, presumably consisting of Sphaerofilus nafans, and Eikelboom Type 1701 or Type 1851, were identified through microscopic observation. They were further confirmed by subsequent 16S rRNA sequencing. Dominant filamentous bacteria identified by the molecular techniques were consisted of three major groups. Sequences of partial 16S rRNA cloned showed that the filamentous bulking organisms were closely related to Eikelboom Type 021N and Eikelboom Type 1701, and Sphaerotilus natans, respectively. Molecular methods were found to possess a strong potential of direct examination of the microbial community of an activated sludge system.

국내 최초 TBM선굴진 2-Arch터널 설계사례 연구 (The First Case Study of TBM Pre-Excavation Type 2-Arch Tunnel in Korea)

  • 근래 들어 도심지 지하공간 개발에 대한 수요가 증가함에 따라 도심지 터널계획이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 도심지 구간에는 주민 생활환경을 고려하여 지하정거장이 계획되며, 기존 구조물의 안정성 및 환경훼손 저감 등을 위해 2-Arch터널 정거장을 적용하고 있다. 그러나 도심지 구간은 심한 풍화작용에 따라 불량지반의 심도가 깊게 발달되어 터널 안정성 확보를 고려한 신중한 계획이 요구된다. 이뿐만 아니라 도심지의 복합적인 지반상태를 고려하여 본선터널에 TBM 기계굴착 공법을 적용하는 경우, 기존 NATM형 2-Arch터널과는 시공연계성을 확보할 수 없게 된다. 본 연구에서는 쉴드TBM과 2-Arch터널을 조합한 형태인 TBM선굴진 2-Arch터널을 국내 최초로 적용한 설계사례를 중점으로 기술하고자 하였다. 중앙터널 굴착후 좌우터널 시공을 고려하여 쉴드TBM 세그먼트 설치 및 해체를 위해 고려한 설계사항을 설명하고, 수치해석을 활용한 안정성 검토를 통해 TBM선굴진 2-Arch터널의 설치효과를 검증하였다.
