For any $K$ > $2/{\pi}$ we determine the optimal constant $L(K)$ for which the following holds. If $u$, $tilde{u}$ are conjugate harmonic functions on the unit disc with $\tilde{u}(0)=0$, then $$ {\int}_{-\pi}^{\pi}{\mid}\tilde{u}(e^{i\phi}){\mid}\frac{d{\phi}}{2{\pi}}{\leq}K{\int}_{-\pi}^{\pi}{\mid}u(e^{i{\phi}}){\mid}{\log}^+{\mid}u(e^{i{\phi}}){\mid}\frac{d{\phi}}{2{\pi}}+L(K).$$ We also establish a related estimate for orthogonal harmonic functions given on Euclidean domains as well as an extension concerning orthogonal martingales under differential subordination.

In this paper, we prove that the topological entropy of a sequence of equi-continuous monotone maps $f_{1,\infty}={f_i}\;\infty\limits_{i=1}$on circles is $h(f_{1,\infty})={\frac{lim\;sup}{n{\rightarrow}\infty}}\;\frac 1 n \;log\;{\prod}\limits_{i=1}^n|deg\;f_i|$. As applications, we give the estimation of the entropies for some skew products on annular and torus. We also show that a diffeomorphism f on a smooth 2-dimensional closed manifold and its extension on the unit tangent bundle have the same entropy.

Confidence measure (CM) is used for the rejection of mis-recognized words in an automatic speech recognition (ASR) system. Rahim, Lee, Juang and Cho's confidence measure (RLJC-CM) is one of the widely-used CMs [1]. The RLJC-CM is calculated by averaging phone-level CMs. An extension of the RLJC-CM was achieved by Kim et al [2]. They devised the normalized CM (NCM), which is a statistically normalized version of the RLJC-CM by using the tri-phone based CM normalization. In this paper we verify the NCM by generalizing tri-phone to n-phone unit. To apply various units for the normalization, mono-phone, tri-phone, quin-phone and $\infty$-phone are tested. By the experiments in the domain of the isolated word recognition we show that tri-phone based normalization is sufficient enough to enhance the rejection performance of the ASR system. Also we explain the NCM in regard to two class pattern classification problems.

Metallic fatigue of Pressurized Water Reactor(PWR) materials is a generic safety issue for commercial nuclear power plants. It is very important to obtain the fatigue usage factor for component integrity and life extension. In this paper, fatigue usage was obtained at the inside surface of Kori unit 2, 3 and 4 RCP casing weld, based on the design transient. And it was intended to establish the procedure and the detailed method of fatigue evaluation in accordance with ASME Section III Code. According to this code rule, two methods to determine the stress cycle and the number of cycles could be applied. One method is the superposition of cycles of various design transients and the other is based on the assumption that a stress cycle correspond to only one design transient. Both method showed almost same fatigue usage in the RCP casing weld.

In the previous research, we proposed a Kinetic typography font engine that can easily add motion to text with function call only. However, since it is aimed at constructing movements for a sentence, there is still inconvenience in the production of various kinetic typography motions in word or letter unit. We propose Kinetic Typical Extended Motion API(Application Programming Interface) that extends Kinetic Motion API. The extended Kinetic Typographic Font Engine aims to simplify the process of making kinetic typography in words and letters, including the kinetic typographic motion library provided as a function. In addition, various applications that can apply Kinetic typography A kinetic typography authoring interface is provided for facilitating the construction of a motion library for the robot.

Interval-valued neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy set (IVNHFS) is an extension of neutrosophic set (NS) and hesitant fuzzy set (HFS), each element of which has truth membership hesitant function, indeterminacy membership hesitant function and falsity membership hesitant function and the values of these functions lie in several possible closed intervals in the real unit interval [0,1]. In contrast with NS and HFS, IVNHFS can be more flexibly used to deal with uncertain, incomplete, indeterminate, inconsistent and hesitant information. In this study, I propose the novel correlation coefficient of IVNHFSs and my paper discusses its properties. Then, based on the novel correlation coefficient, I develop an approach to deal with multi-attribute decision-making problems within the framework of IVNHFS. In the end, a practical example is used to show that the approach is reasonable and effective in dealing with decision-making problems.

The goal of total disc replacement is to restore pain-free mobility to a diseased functional spinal unit, by replacing the degenerated disc with a mobile bearing prosthesis. SB Charite III is named commercial product as the Artificial Intervertebral Disc (AID). SB Charite III consists of sliding core and endplate made by Ultra-high Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) and cobalt chrome alloy, respectively. To evaluate the effect of von-Mises stress in AID, and three-dimensional finite element model of AID analysis was preformed for four different loading types of sliding core. Consequently, endplate was compared with a compressive preload at 400N and flexion moment at $3{\sim}9Nm4. Therefore, this research has obtained result that von-Mises stress of sliding core in AID disc by radius curvature.

We examined the effect of the acidic liquid from carbonized rice hull(ALCRH) treatments to molded fiber packages(MFP) on weight, Haugh unit, pH and microbial activity of egg to extend the shelf life in egg packaging. Higher concentration and surface spray treatment of the acidic liquid extended the shelf life of egg. ALCRH treatment to MFP improved the performance of the packaging for egg in terms of decreased weight loss and retarded microorganism growth of eggs during storage.

The current logistics standardization ratio in Korea has been estimated using the frequency of T11(1,100$\times$1,100) pallet which is based on Unit Load System. However, there are many problems in the methodology. It is difficult to give a definition of the logistics standardization ratio reflecting the current situation, because there is no any reasonable basis in extension methodology. The objective of this study is to discuss how the methodology for realistic logistics standardization ratio can be developed by improving about several problems.

본 논문은 AVX2 (Advanced Vector eXtension 2) 명령어 집합을 이용하여 HEVC (High Efficiency Video Coding) 복호화기의 역-변환 모듈을 고속화하는 방법을 제안한다. AVX2 명령어 집합은 256 비트 레지스터를 사용하여 다수의 데이터를 한번의 명령을 통해 병렬적으로 연산할 수 있으며 반복적인 산술 연산 혹은 논리 연산 구조에서 효율적이다. 제안하는 방법은 AVX2 명령어 집합을 이용하여 $8{\times}8{\sim}32{\times}32$ 크기의 TU (Transform Unit) 단위로 수행되는 역-변환 연산을 행렬의 곱 형태로 연산하여 고속화하였다. 실험 결과 AVX2 명령어 집합을 이용한 역-변환 연산은 Chen 알고리즘에 비해 평균 51% 속도 향상을 보였으며 SSE (Streaming SIMD Extension) 명령어 집합을 이용한 연산에 비해 평균 20%의 속도 향상 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.
