간병인을 위한 기능적 유니폼 개발 -노인의료복지시설 간병인을 대상으로- (Development of Functional Uniform for Caregivers)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a caregiver's uniform that is appropriate for nursing and to improve movement adaptability as well as having a pleasing appearance. Based on the results of preliminary study, I investigated the inconvenience and problems with the existing uniforms and made a sample uniform taking into consideration the design, the material, and the pattern. We carried out a sensory assessment and quantitative assessment in order to compare the sample uniform with existing uniforms. Following are the results of this research. The top is a short-sleeved blouse with a round neckline having no collar and with armpit gussets. The armpit gussets are semicircles and the inverted pleats in the back are an improvement designed for activity. The pants are long reaching to the ankles with elastic in the waist so that the waist measurement may be adjusted. The length of the pants can be adjusted with strings and the pants have a funnel-shaped pocket for adjustment of length. We used a mix of polyurethane and polyester for the outer cloth of the uniform in order to improve activity function and used $Coolever^{TM}$, the sanitary textile that absorbs moisture well and dries in a short time, for gussets in the armpits, which is the heavy sweat area. The appearance assessment and movement adaptability assessment were performed with 5 subjects and 9 experts. For the results of the assessment, the sample uniform was appraised to be better than the existing uniforms in every item of an appearance comparison assessment except for the neckline assessment by the experts. As for the assessment of movement appropriateness and wearing assessment, the same subjects were used for analysis. As the results of the assessment, the sample uniform was rated higher than the existing uniforms in movement adaptability and pleasing appearance.

항공정비복 인간공학적 디자인 개발 (Ergonomic Design of Working Uniform for the Aircraft Mechanics)

  • Taking into consideration both the inconveniences reported with current working uniform for the aircraft mechanics and the subjects' requirements mentioned in preceded survey, the researchers designed an ergonomic sample garments with improved motional flexibility and comfort. To improve motional flexibility, extra folds were added to the back of the garments to allow for ease of motion of limbs, so that the material would not be drawn up by the motion of the arms. Darts were added to the elbow, hip, the knee. Furthermore, by increasing the length of the waist centerline, the hip region would not be drawn up. For improved comfort, $CoolMax^{(R)}$ was used as lining material for the armpit and back region to discharge swear promptly. Subjects and panels were asked to evaluate the sample garment that followed an ergonomic design and pattern. According to the results, the sample garment was evaluated more highly than the existing working uniform in appearance and motional flexibility. The field tests by three aircraft mechanics working in the Office of Forestry were also demonstrated that the sample garment was advanced in terms of motional flexibility and comfort.

압출 블로우 성형에서 성형조건에 따른 성형특성 (Blow Characteristics in Extrusion Blow Molding for Operational Conditions)

  • Blow molding is divided into three categories, injection stretch blow molding, injection blow molding, and extrusion or direct blow molding. Extrusion blow molding has been studied experimentally to characterize the blowing behavior of parison. Blow conditions such as blowing temperature and cooling time were the experimental variables in this blowing experiment. Wall thickness of the lower part of blow molded sample was thicker than that of the upper part because of the sagging of parison during extrusion process. As temperature increases the wall thickness and the weight of blow molded sample decreased. No thickness variations in the blowing sample were observed according to the cooling time. The lower part of the sample showed high degree of crystallinity compare with the upper part of the sample. Thus the lower part of the sample was strong mechanically and structurally. It was recognized that the uniform wall thickness could not be obtained by only controlling the operational conditions. Parison variator should be introduced to get uniform wall thickness of parison and subsequently produce uniform wall thickness of blow molded product.

  • We shall propose several estimators for the scale parameter in a uniform distri-bution with a generalized uniform outlier when the scale parameter is a function of a known exposure level, and obtain expectations and variances for their proposed estima-tors. And we shall compare numerically efficiencies for proposed estimators of changed parameters of the scale in the small sample sizes.

  • In the problem of some sequential estimation, the stopping times may be written in the form $N(c) = inf{n \geq n_0; n \geq c^2 S^2_n/\delta^2 (\bar{X}_n)}$ where ${s^2_n}$ and ${\bar{X}_n}$ are the sequences of sample variance and sample mean of the independently and identically distributed (i.i.d.) random variables with distribution $F_{\theta}(x), \theta \in \Theta$, respectively, and $\delta$ is either constant or any given positive real valued function. We obtain some asymptotic normality and asymptotic expectation of the N(c) in various limiting situations. Specially, uniform asymptotic normality and uniform asymptotic expectation of the N(c) are given.

분쇄방식에 따른 LaAIO3 세라믹의 합성과 유전특성 (Synthesis and Dielectric Properties of LaAIO3 Ceramics with Grinding Methods)

  • The dielectric properties and synthesis of $LaAIO_3$ ceramics from mixtures of $La_2O_3$ and $AI(OH)_3$ via ground(planetary ball mill) and unground(wet ball mill) were investigated. The single phase $LaAIO_3$ of ground powder was formed at $1000^{\circ}C$, while that of unground powder was formed at $1300^{\circ}C$. Density and grains of ground sample showed 98% of theory density and a uniform size of 0.75\mu\textrm{m}$, respectively, However those of unground sample showed 93% and non-uniform sizes of 4-5 $\mu\textrm{m}$. Dielectric constant and temperature coefficient of capacitance ($\tau$c) of both ground and unground samples were 21~22 and +70~74 ppm$/^{\circ}C$, respectively. Dielectric loss of ground sample(0.0004) was 10 times as low as that of unground sample(0.003) due to a uniform and small gram size.

  • The objective of the study was to design a Battle Dress Uniform(BDU with improved motional flexibility, body fit, and protectiveness to cope with the special operational environment of the subjects. For this purpose, the researcher conducted a questionnaire survey on 92 male members of Special Weapon Attack Team(SWAT units in a former study, and based on the results of the survey, made the two-piece and one- piece BDU samples to overcome the identified problems and inconveniences. The sample uniforms were designed ergonomically from five aspects. Subsequentlv, the new BDU was compared with the current operational uniform in terms of outward appearance(design and fit), motional flexibility, and suitability for field activities. The samples were evaluated by 5 SWAT members as subjects and 8 graduate school students majoring in clothing and textiles as experts. According to the results, the two-piece and one-piece samples gained higher scores than the existing operational uniform in terms of outward appearance(design and fitness) and motional flexibility, and the one-piece sample was preferred with regard to fit when worn by the subjects with their full kit for field operations. That is, the one-piece sample appeared to be more suited to the special work environment of SWAT and to be more functional in terms of ease of putting on and taking off, motional flexibility, body fit and protectiveness than the current operational uniform(two-piece type).

ELF 전자파 피폭 세포실험을 위한 배양기의 전류밀도 분포 해석 및 In Vitro 노출장치 설계 (Analysis of Current Density Distribution and In Vitro Exposur System fot ELF Exposed Cell Experiments)

  • ELF 전자파의 생물학적인 영향 평가를 위한 in vitro 세포실험에서 노출장치의 설게는 코일내의 유도기전력(E)과 전류밀도 (J) 해석과 함께 이루어져야 한다. 균일 자기장 속에서 세포응 배양할 경우에도 배양기내의 전도성 매질오 인해 균일한 E와 J가 분포하지않는다. 따라서 균일한 ELF 자기장 노출장치로부터 발생되는 샘플 매질 내에서 E와 j를 정확히 예측하는 것은 in vitro 세포실험의 성공여부를 가늠할 정도로 매우 중요한 정보가 된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 in vitro 실험에 접합한 ELF in vitro 노출장치를 설계하고 노출장치에 대한 전자기학적 평가를 수행하였다. 코일 내에서 샘플 매질의 유무와 샘플 내에서도 세포가 놓여질 임의의 위치에 따라 E와 J를 예측하고 검증을 위한 측정과 시뮬레이션을 시도하였다. 노출장치는 헬름 홀쯔 코일로 제작되었고 자기장의 세기는 1-20G 범위 내에서 가변이 가능하다. 또한 코일내의 자기장의 분포가 균일(uniform), 비균일(non-uniform)한 두 가지 모드를 각각 제작하여 보였다.
