UHPLC를 이용한 식품 중의 PAHs 신속분석법 (The rapid determination of PAHs in foods using ultra high performance liquid chromatography)

  • Hitachi LaChromUltra 2000U를 사용하여 역상의 초고속액체크로마토그래피 방법으로 식품 중의 PAHs 14종을 신속하게 분석하는 방법을 개발하였다. PAHs분석을 위한 방법은 solid phase extraction (SPE)법에 의한 정제 후 u-HPLC를 사용하여 형광검출기로 분석하였다. 이 분석법은 감도가 매우 좋았으며, 식품 중의 PAHs를 ${\mu}g$/kg수준에서 분석이 가능하였다. 6개의 시료를 분석한 결과 모든 시료에서 PHE가 검출되었고, 그 함량은 2.5~19.9 ${\mu}g$/kg이었다. Benzo[c]fluorine (BCL), pyrene (PYR), benzo[a]anthracene (BaA), chrysene (CHR), benzo[b]fluoranthene (BbF), benzo[k]fluoranthene (BkF) 이 ${\mu}g$/kg이하의 농도에서 검출되었으나 그 농도는 모두 정량한계 이하이었다.

  • Gemcitabine은 다양한 고형암 치료에 사용되는 항암제이다. 혈장내에서 cytidine deaminase에 의해 빠르게 대사되며, 친수성 성질로 인해 역상 액체크로마토그라피(reversed-phase liquid chromatography)를 이용한 농도 분석이 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 역상칼럼(reversed-phase column)을 이용한 초고속 액체크로마토그라피(ultra-performance liquid chromatography, UPLC) 방법에 의해 빠르고 정확한 속력(velocity)과 최고효능(peak efficiency)를 갖춘 분석법을 개발하고자 하였다. Gemcitabine과 2'-deoxycytidine의 머무름 시간(retension time)은 293 nm에서 각각 3.2분과 2.1분이었다. 검량선의 직선성 검정은 $0.1{\sim}20{\mu}g/ml$의 농도범위에서 높은 직선성을 나타내었다($r^2$>0.999). 일내(intra-day) 변이게수(coefficients of variation)와 일간(inter-day) 변이게수는 모두 10% 이하였다. 정확성(accuracy) 검정을 위한 일내 및 일간 평균농도 측정치가 97.3~113.5% 범위로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로, gemcitabine 농도를 측정하기 위한 새로운 분석법으로 빠르고 정확한 역상 UPLC 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

Studying the Ephemeris Effect on Position Accuracy Based on Criteria Applied to Baseline Lengths by New MATLAB Program (NMP)

  • Although the Relative Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) positioning technique provides high accuracy, it has several drawbacks. The scarcity of control points, the long baselines, and using of ultra-rabid and rabid products increased position errors. This study has designed a New MATLAB Program that helps users automatically select suitable IGS stations related to the baseline lengths and the azimuth between GNSS points and IGS stations. This study presented criteria for the length of the baselines used in Egypt and an advanced estimated accuracy before starting the project. The experimental test studies the performance of the position accuracy related to the relation between three factors: observation session, final, rabid, and ultrarabid products, and the baseline lengths. Ground control point mediates Egypt was selected as a test point. Nine surrounding IGS stations were selected as reference stations, and the coordinates of the tested point were calculated based on them. Baselines between the tested point and the IGS stations were classified regarding proposal criteria. The coordinates of the tested point were obtained in different observation sessions (0.5, 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 7.5 h). The results indicated that the lengths of the baseline in Egypt were classified short (less than 600 km), medium (600-1,200 km), and long (greater than 1,200 km) and required a minimum observation time of 4, 5, and 7 h to obtain accuracy 10, 19, 48 mm sequentially. The position accuracy was superior for the rapid and the final than the ultra-rapid products by 16%. A short baseline was at the best case; there was a performance in position accuracy with a 57% deduction in observation time compared with the long baseline.

접착식 콘크리트 덧씌우기를 위한 초속경화 첨가재 현장 혼합 폴리머 개질 콘크리트의 적용성 연구 (Application of In-Situ Mixing Hydration Accelerator on Polymer Modified Concrete for Bonded Concrete Overlay)

  • PURPOSES : Recently, bonded concrete overlay has been used as an alternative solution in concrete pavement rehabilitation since its material properties are similar to those of the existing concrete pavements. Deteriorated concrete pavements need rapid rehabilitation in order to prevent traffic jams on Korean expressways. Moreover, speedy and effective repair methods are required. Therefore, the use of bonded concrete overlay with ultra-rapid hardening cement has increased in an effort to reopen promptly the expressways in Korea. However, mobile mixer is required for ultra-rapid hardening cement concrete mixing in the construction site. The use of mobile mixer causes various disadvantages aforementioned such as limitation of the construction supply, open-air storage of mixing materials, increase in construction cost, and etc. In this study, therefore, hydration accelerator in-situ mixing on polymer modified concrete produced in concrete plant is attempted in order to avoid the disadvantages of existing bonded concrete overlay method using ultra-rapid hardening cement. METHODS : Bonded concrete overlay materials using ultra-rapid hardening cement should be meet all the requirements including structural characteristics, compatibility, durability for field application. Therefore, This study aimed to evaluate the application of hydration accelerator in-situ mixing on polymer modified concrete by evaluating structural characteristics, compatibility, durability and economic efficiency for bonded concrete overlay. RESULTS : Test results of structural characteristics showed that the compressive, flexural strength and bond strength were exceed 21MPa, 3.15MPa and 1.4MPa, respectively, which are the target strengths of four hours age for the purpose of prompt traffic reopening. In addition, tests of compatibility, such as drying shrinkage, coefficient of thermal expansion and modulus of elasticity, and durability (chloride ions penetration resistance, freezing-thawing resistance, scaling resistance, abrasion resistance and crack resistance), showed that the hydration accelerator in-situ mixing on polymer modified concrete were satisfied the required criteria. CONCLUSIONS : It was known that the hydration accelerator in-situ mixing on polymer modified concrete overlay method was applicable for bonded concrete overlay and was a good alternative method to substitute the existing bonded concrete overlay method since structural characteristics, compatibility, durability were satisfied the criteria and its economic efficiency was excellent compare to the existing bonded concrete overlay methods.

  • In this study, prediction of later-age compressive strength of ultra-high strength concrete, based on the accelerated strength of concrete cured in 80℃ warm water was investigated. As a result, the nature of ultra-high strength concrete showed a rapid early strength enhancement, compressive strength using warm water method of 80℃ at 2days is same compressive at 28days using standard curing.

  • 열플라즈마 공정은 고온, 고활성, 초급냉 등의 탁월한 특징을 갖고 있으며, 다양한 분야에 적용되고 있다. 본 총설에서는 열플라즈마 공정의 특징과 초미립 분말의 제조를 위한 시스템의 구성을 기술한다. 여기에는 금속, 세라믹, 복합 초미립 분말이 포함되며, 공정의 개발을 위하여 요구되는 핵심기술에 대하여 논의한다. 저자 등은 열플라즈마를 이용하여 다양한 형태의 고품질 초미립 분말을 제조하는 공정의 가능성을 제시하고자 하였다.

  • Ultra-high-strength concrete exposed to high temperature is likely to cause spalling. Spalling is caused by the vapor pressure of the concrete, and the vapor pressure may be different depending on the heating conditions of the concrete. Therefore, in this study, a ring-type restrained specimen was fabricated using ultra-high-strength concrete and the vapor pressure generated in the concrete by heating condition(rapid and slow heating) was evaluated.

  • 본 연구는 조기강도 발현 롤러다짐 콘크리트의 물리 역학적 성능을 평가하기 위하여 실시하였다. 적정 배합비로 도출된 라텍스를 첨가한 조기강도 발현 롤러다짐 콘크리트 배합과 동일한 작업성을 가진 라텍스를 혼입하지 않은 배합의 물리 역학적 성능을 비교 평가하고자 하였다. 실험 결과 라텍스를 첨가한 배합이 라텍스의 공극 충진으로 인한 일체화 거동 효과로 인해 우수한 성능을 나타내었다.

Rapid Sintering Process of Ultra Fine WC-Co Hard Materials by High-Frequency Induction Heating

  • 1) Using a developed high-frequency induction heated sintering method, the rapid densification of WC-Co hard materials was accomplished using ultra fine powders with 260 nm size within 1 minute. 2) The relative density of the composite was 99.5% for the applide pressure of 60MPa and the induced current for 90% output of total capacity. 3) The grain size of WC-Co hard materials is about 260nm and the average thickness of the binder phase determined is about 11nm. The fracture toughness and the hardness of this work 12 $MPa{\cdot}nm^2$, respectively. 4) Using pressureless sintering, we produced dense WC-Co hard materials with a relative density of 97% without applying pressure.

  • Existing polyurethane membrane waterproofing has been raised defects such as heaving. Therefore, We will be utilizing as the basic experimental data by the water vapor permeability test to the air cell structure of ultra rapid harding membrane waterproofing using the static mixing system in this study.
