엑시머 레이저를 이용한 PMMA와 PET의 가공 (Excimer laser induced ablation of PMMA and PET)

  • The ablative decomposition mechanism of PMMA(polymethyl methacrylate) and PET(polyethylene terephthalate) with KrF excimer laser(λ : 248nm, pulse duration: 5㎱) is investigated. The UV/Vis spectrometer analysis showed that PMMA is a weak absorber and PET is a strong absorber at the wavelength of 248nm. The results(surface debris, melt, etch depth, etching shape) from drilling and direct writing experiments imply that ablation mechanism of PMMA is dominated by photothermal process, while that of PET is dominated by photochemical process.

인쇄회로기판용 solder resist의 해상성과 밀착력 (Resolution and Adhesion Properties of Solder Resist for Printed Circuit Board)

  • According to progress rapidly digitalization, networked and mobilization of electronics industry, there are demands for being smaller, thinner, more light, and more efficient complex functions of electronic devices which are wireless devices, semi-conductors, packages and mobile devices. Therefore, the solder resist on a printed circuit board have been required with the high resolution and the eco-friendly materials in the surface treatments such as high heating process and coating process with electrolysis. In this study, the photoinitiator initiator and monomers of the solder resist were prepared with their contents for reducing the occurrence of the under-cut. We investigated the sample surface by UV/VIS spectrometer, FT-IR, OM after HASL and ENIG process. From our results, it is possible to get a high adhesion of resist with optimal contents between the photoinitiator initiator and monomers after surface treatments.

  • Al, Ga and In doped ZnO thin film were prepared by faing targets sputtering as a function of oxygen gas contents at R.T. Base pressure was $2{\times}10^{-6}torr$, and working pressure was 1mTorr. The properties of thin films on the electrical and optical properties of the deposited films were investigated by using a four-point probe (Chang-min), a Hall Effect measurement (Ecopia) and an UV/VIS spectrometer (HP). The minimum resistivities of AZO, GZO and IZO thin film were $6.5{times}10^{-4}[{\Omega}-cm],5.5{\times}10^{-4}[{\Omega}-cm]$ and $4.29{\times}10^{-4}[{\Omega}-cm]$. The average transmittance of over 80% was seen in the visible range.

  • In order to improve efficiency and make a new material thin film, we prepared the Al-In-Sn-ZnO thin film on a glass substrate at room temperature using a Facing Target Sputtering (FTS) system. The FTS system was designed to array two targets that face each other. Two different kinds of targets were installed on the FTS system. We used an ITO ($In_2O_3$ 90wt%, $SnO_2$ 10wt%) target and an AZO (ZnO 98wt%, $Al_2O_3$ 2wt%) target. The AIZTO films were deposited using different applied powers to the targets. The as-deposited AIZTO thin films were investigated using a UV/VIS spectrometer, an X-ray diffratometer (XRD), and Energy Dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX).

  • 본 논문은 다이오드 레이저와 광 다이오드를 사용한 이중 빗살형 다이오드 레이저 비색 분광기를 개발하여 항균 성분의 양이온 계면 활성제로 널리 사용되고 있는 cetylpyridinium chloride(CPC)의 농도를 측정하였다 분광기의 안정도는 광원의 세기, 감도, 재현성을 측정한 예비 실험을 통하여 검증이 되었다 또한 상용화된 UV/VIS분광기와의 비교 결과를 나타내었다. 다이오드 비색 분광기는 3×10/sup -5/M에서 1.1×10/sup -4/M의 CPC 농도 범위에서 0.9635의 상관계수를 나타내었다. 이러한 결과는 CPC의 농도 분석을 위한 간편한 다이오드 레이저 비색 분광기 개발의 가능성을 나타내었다.

  • For amine gas detection, we incorporated two well-known isomers, 2-chloro-3,5-dinitro-benzotrifluoride and 4-chloro-3,5-dinitro-benzotrifluoride, in polyurethanes. Nanoweb and thin film were prepared by electrospinning and lamination, respectively, in order to compare their sensing behaviors. Moreover, we studied photophysical property using UV-Vis spectrometer and observed surface area through scanning electron microscope to compare between the Nanoweb and thin film. We found out that nanowebs exhibited high sensitivity specifically to primary amine gas.

  • In this study, sensitizing dye was prepared by the reaction of 2-methyl-3-sulfopropyl-4,5-naphthothiazolium(inner salt) with triethyl orthobenzoate in the presence of triethylamine. The product was identified by using various analytical tools such as elemental analyzer, IR spectrophotometer, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, $^1H-NMR$ spectrometer, TGA and DSC. Therefore, it was concluded that 9-phenyl-3,3'-bis(3-sulfopropyl)-4,5,4',5'-naphthothiazolo carbocyanine triethyl ammonium salt can be used as red-sensitizing dye for the spectral sensitization of photographic emulsion.

천연색 사진용 Magenta 발색제의 합성과 발색현상에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Synthesis of Magenta Coupler for Color Photograph and Color Development)

  • In this paper, magenta coupler was prepared by the reaction of 1-(2,4,6-Trichlorophenyl)-3-(5-amino-2-chloroanilino)-5-pyrazolone with 2,4-di-tert-pentyl-phenoxy butanoyl chloride in the presence of pyridine. The product was identified by using various analytical tools such as melting point, elemental analyzer, IR spectrophotometer, UV-Vis spectrophotometer and GC-mass spectrometer. The reaction of magenta coupler with CD-3 (color development agent) was shown magenta color.

대향 타겟 스퍼터링 법을 이용한 투명전극용 AZO/Ag/AZO 다층 박막의 제작 (Preparation of AZO/Ag/AZO multilayer for transparent electrode by using facing targets sputtering method)

  • We prepared the multilayer with Al doped ZnO (AZO)/Ag/AZO structure. The multilayer were deposited with various thickness of Ag layer on glass substrates at room temperature by using facing targets sputtering (FTS) method. To investigate the electrical, optical and structural properties, we used Hall Effect measurement system, four-point probes. UV-VIS spectrometer with a wavelength of 300 - 100nm, X-ray Diffractometer(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). We obtained multilayer thin film with the low resistivity $5,9{\times}10^{-5}{\Omega}cm$ and the average transmittance of 86% m the visible range (400 - 800nm).

기판의 종류에 따라 제작한 ITO 박막의 특성 (Characteristics of ITO thin films on different substrates)

  • We prepared ITO thin films using Facing Targets Sputtering(FTS) method with various input currents at room temperature on Polycarbonate(PC) and Polyethersulfon(PES) substrates. As a function of sputtering conditions, electrical and optical properties of prepared ITO thin films were measured. The electrical, optical, structural characteristics of ITO thin films were evaluated by Hall Effect Measurement(EGK), X-Ray Diffractormeter(Rigaku) and UV-VIS spectrometer(HP) respectively. From the results, we obtained ITO thin films that have a resistivity of $4{\times}10^{-4}[{\Omega}-cm]$ on PC and $527{\times}10^{-4}[{\Omega}-cm]$ on PES. Also, the optical transmittances of all samples were over 80%.
