Let $A(\zeta, \partial)$ be a second order uniformly elliptic operator $$ A(\zeta, \partial )u = -\sum_{j, k = 1}^{n} \frac{\partial\zeta_i}{\partial}(a_{jk}(\zeta)\frac{\partial\zeta_k}{\partial u}) + \sum_{j = 1}^{n}b_j(\zeta)\frac{\partial\zeta_j}{\partial u} + c(\zeta)u $$ with real, smooth coefficients $a_{j, k}, b_j$, c defined on $\zeta \in \Omega, \Omega$ a bounded domain in $R^n$ with a sufficiently smooth boundary $\Gamma$.

We provide quantitative two weight estimates for the commutator of the Hilbert transform under certain conditions on a pair of weights (u, v) and b in $Carl_{u,v}$. In [10] and [11], Bloom's inequality is shown in a modern setting, and the boundedness of the commutators is provided by assuming both weights u, v are $A_2$ and $b{\in}BMO_{\rho}$. In the present paper we show that the condition on b can be replaced by $Carl_{u,v}$ by using the joint $A^d_2$ condition.

In this paper we investigate the existence of positive solutions of a nonlinear biharmonic equation under Dirichlet boundary condition in a bounded open set ${\Omega}$ in $\mathbf{R}^n$, i.e., $${\Delta}^2u+c{\Delta}u=bu^{+}+s\;in\;{\Omega},\\u=0,\;{\Delta}u=0\;on\;{\partial}{\Omega}$$.

Metformin, commonly prescribed for type 2 diabetes, is considered safe with minimal side-effect. Acute pancreatitis is rare but potentially fatal adverse side-effect of metformin. We report a patient on hemodialysis with metformin-related acute pancreatitis and lactic acidosis. A 62-year-old woman with diabetic nephropathy and hypertension presented with nausea and vomiting for a few weeks, followed by epigastric pain. At home, the therapy of 500 mg/day metformin and 50 mg/day sitagliptin was continued, despite symptoms. Laboratory investigations showed metabolic acidosis with high levels of lactate, amylase at 520 U/L (range, 30-110 U/L), and lipase at 1,250 U/L (range, 23-300 U/L). Acute pancreatitis was confirmed by computed tomography. No recognized cause of acute pancreatitis was identified. Metformin was discontinued. Treatment with insulin and intravenous fluids resulted in normalized amylase, lipase, and lactate. When she was re-exposed to sitagliptin, no symptoms were reported.

In this paper, we have designed 800[MHz] broad band antenna that is improves a narrow bandwidth problem of microstrip antenna and it will be able to integrate GSM, TRS band including the CDMA band. It had L-shaped feeding structure and added the U-slot it used a duplex resonance effect. Also for the improvement of profit the stack it did with the perpendicular. It seems to be good quality that design and manufactured antenna frequency bandwidth(VSWR 2:1) is 789~1086[MHz] with 297[MHz](33%). Also the E-plan and H-plan all profit 9.4[dBi] above, 3[dB] beam width was visible the quality which above $61^{\circ}$ is improved.

The spontaneous fission rate of $^{238}U$ has been determined using a solid state track recorder that was a pre-etched mica. Counting the tracks revealed in mica made it possible to calculate the spontaneous fission rate. The mica remained in close contact with a $^{238}UO_2$ foil for about five years. The resulting fission rate was $5.21{\pm}0.33$ fissions/g-sec.
