In this paper, we study the existence of positive solutions for singular impulsive differential equations with integral boundary conditions $$\{u^{{\prime}{\prime}}(t)+q(t)f(t,u(t),u^{\prime}(t))=0,\;t{\in}\mathbb{J}^{\prime},\\{\Delta}u(t_k)=I_k(u(t_k),u^{\prime}(t_k)),\;k=1,2,{\cdots},p,\\{\Delta}u^{\prime}(t_k)=-L_k(u(t_k),u^{\prime}(t_k)),\;k=1,2,{\cdots},p,\\u=(0)={\int}_{0}^{1}g(t)u(t)dt,\;u^{\prime}=0,$$) where the nonlinearity f(t, u, v) may be singular at v = 0. The proof is based on the theory of Leray-Schauder degree, together with a truncation technique. Some recent results in the literature are generalized and improved.

In this paper we study the algebraic structure of ℤ_pℤ_p[u]/k>-cyclic codes, where u^k = 0 and p is a prime. A ℤ_pℤ_p[u]/k>-linear code of length (r + s) is an R_k-submodule of ℤ^r_p × R^s_k with respect to a suitable scalar multiplication, where R_k = ℤ_p[u]/k>. Such a code can also be viewed as an R_k-submodule of ℤ_p[x]/r - 1> × R_k[x]/s - 1>. A new Gray map has been defined on ℤ_p[u]/k>. We have considered two cases for studying the algebraic structure of ℤ_pℤ_p[u]/k>-cyclic codes, and determined the generator polynomials and minimal spanning sets of these codes in both the cases. In the first case, we have considered (r, p) = 1 and (s, p) ≠ 1, and in the second case we consider (r, p) = 1 and (s, p) = 1. We have established the MacWilliams identity for complete weight enumerators of ℤ_pℤ_p[u]/k>-linear codes. Examples have been given to construct ℤ_pℤ_p[u]/k>-cyclic codes, through which we get codes over ℤ_p using the Gray map. Some optimal p-ary codes have been obtained in this way. An example has also been given to illustrate the use of MacWilliams identity.

The changes of weight gain, structure, morphology and uranium oxidation states in l0wt% G $d_2$ $O_3$-doped U $O_2$ during the oxidation below 475$^{\circ}C$ and heat treatment at 130$0^{\circ}C$ in air were investigated using TGA, XRD, SEM, EPMA and XPS. The room temperature ( $U_{0.86}$G $d_{0.14}$) $O_2$Cubic Phase Converted to highly distorted ( $U_{0.86}$G $d_{0.14}$)$_3$ $O_{8}$ -type sing1e Phase by oxidation at 475 $^{\circ}C$ in air. This oxidized phase was reduced by annealing at 130$0^{\circ}C$ in air. The room temperature XRD pattern of the 130$0^{\circ}C$ annealed powder revealed that ( $U_{0.86}$G $d_{0.14}$)$_3$ $O_{8}$ -type single phase was separated into Gd-depleted $U_3$ $O_{8}$ and Gd-enriched ( $U_{0.7}$G $d_{0.3}$) $O_2$$_{+x}$ type cubic phase. The reduction and phase separation by the high temperature annealing of kinetically metastable and highly deformed ( $U_{0.86}$G $d_{0.14}$)$_3$ $O_{8}$ -type phase are interpreted in terms of cation size difference between G $d^3$$^{+}$ and U according to the oxidation state of U.U.U.U.U.te of U.U.U.U.U.

In this paper, we describe the MI2U ORB function which is a part of the flight software executed on SCU and controls MI2U/MI which is one of three payloads on COMS. The MI2U ORB function manages MI2U/MI redundancy and reconfiguration, monitors MI2U/MI equipment, performs FDIR, and provides the routing service of commands from Ground/IP (Interpreted Program) through the current used 1553 channel. The MI2U hardware achieves the interface between the SCU and the MI. The MI2U is connected to SCU through MIL-STD-1553B system bus. The MI2U has the internal redundancy but is used in cold redundancy. The MI2U ORB function considers that they are not expected to be simultaneously switched on. The connection combination between MI2U and MI is electrically cross-strapped. However the MI2U ORB function considers only two combinations (MI2U A + MI 1, MI2U B + MI 2). Other combinations can be manually achieved by ground in case of the emergency case.

We introduce the concepts of ($\mathcal{T}^{{\mu}{\gamma}}$, $\mathcal{U}^{{\mu}{\gamma}}$)-double (r, s) (u, v)-semiclosures and ($\mathcal{T}^{{\mu}{\gamma}}$, $\mathcal{U}^{{\mu}{\gamma}}$)-double (r, s)(u, v)-semiinteriors. Using the notions, we investigate some of characteristic properties of double pairwise (r, s)(u, v)-semicontinuous, double pairwise (r, s)(u, v)-semiopen and double pairwise (r, s)(u, v)-semiclosed mappings.

The SpoU family of proteins catalyzes the methylation of transfer RNAs (tRNAs) and ribosomal RNAs (rRNAs). We characterized a putative tRNA/rRNA methyltransferase, VaSpoU1 of the SpoU family, from Viscum album (mistletoe). VaSpoU1 and other plant SpoU1s exhibit motifs of the SpoU methylase domain that are conserved with bacterial and yeast SpoU methyltransferases. VaSpoU1 transcripts were detected in the leaves and stems of V. album. VaSpoU1-GFP fusion proteins localized to both chloroplasts and mitochondria in Arabidopsis protoplasts. Sequence analysis similarly predicted that the plant SpoU1 proteins would localize to chloroplasts and mitochondria. Interestingly, mitochondrial localization of VaSpoU1 was inhibited by the deletion of a putative N-terminal presequence in Arabidopsis protoplasts. Therefore, VaSpoU1 may be involved in tRNA and/or rRNA methylation in both chloroplasts and mitochondria.

There are relatively inactive discussions about applying ubiquitous technology (uT) to traditional marketplace. If u-Market which affords to promote customer shopping convenience and on/offline shopping experience is implemented, then traffic of visiting customers as well as the revenue of the market will increase. Ultimately, it will lead to revitalizing traditional market. For this purpose, we developed a realistic u-Market service scenario with restricted uT considering spatial limitation and poor infrastructure of the physical marketplace. Based on u-Market service scenario, we have empirically investigated the determinants of u-Market service acceptance of the actual customers of traditional marketplace. We hope the results of this study will help in improvement of u-Market system development and service feasibility.

U-Services, which are offered from local governments based on their Ubiquitous City Plans, are only focused on facility and urban management services. Also Citizen oriented U-service is only planned. This study's purpose is to propose the implication for provide of the Citizen oriented U-service comparing with U-Service plan of 'Ubiquitous City Comprehensive Plan' and 'Ubiquitous City Plan' through a network text analysis and word frequency analysis. It was calculated a important keyword that was extracted the service plan contents of the 'Ubiquitous City Comprehensive Plan' and 'Ubiquitous City Plan' of the four local governments. The network text analysis and keyword frequency analysis was performed through derived keyword. Based on the analysis results, awareness of the citizens can be expected to increase about U-City by activating a excavation of Citizen oriented U-service in a variety of sector through additional services and policy of financial support in the next Ubiquitous City Comprehensive Plan.

Based on an expanded mixed finite element method, we consider the semidiscrete approximations of the solution u of the quasilinear pseudo-parabolic equation defined on ${\Omega}{\subset}R^d$, $1{\leq}d{\leq}3$. We construct the semidiscrete approximations of ${\nabla}u$ and $a(u){\nabla}u+b(u){\nabla}u_t$ as well as u and prove the existence of the semidiscrete approximations. And also we prove the optimal convergence of ${\nabla}u$ and $a(u){\nabla}u+b(u){\nabla}u_t$ as well as u in $L^2$ normed space.
