구글, 마이크로소프트, 야후 등의 대형업체들이 플랫폼을 기반으로 전 세계 위성사진과 지도 서비스를 선보이고 있는데 반해, 국내의 경우 뛰어난 지도 서비스들을 보유하고 있음에도 플랫폼으로 발전시키지는 못하여 경쟁에서 밀리고 있다. 웹을 통해 국토정보를 효과적으로 활용하기 위해서는 다양한 원천자료와 소프트웨어를 통합해 줄 플랫폼이 필요한 현실에서, 차세대 유비쿼터스 웹 환경에서 공공 및 민간의 공간정보를 통합하여 맞춤형 국토정보의 활용을 극대화할 수 있는 기술로서 맞춤형 국토정보 플랫폼기술이 개발되고 있다. 스트리밍, 매쉬업, 검색의 크게 세 가지로 나뉘어 2D/3D Hybrid 스트리밍엔진, u-GIS 서비스 매쉬업엔진, 차세대 국토정보 검색엔진 등이 그것이다. 이에 맞춤형 국토정보 플랫폼기술의 효과적인 개발을 위해 관련 Geospatial Web 플랫폼기술이 구현되고 있는 기존의 제품 및 시장동향을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 목표시장중심 및 플랫폼의 기술 특성에 따라 맞춤형 국토정보 플랫폼기술개발전략을 모색하였다.

u-Healthcare service is one of attractive applications in ubiquitous environment. In this paper, we propose a method to recognize exercises using a new accelerometer based body-attached platform for supporting u-Healthcare service. The platform consists of a device for measuring accelerometer data and a device for receiving the data. The former measures a user's motion data using a 3-axis accelerometer. The latter transmits the accelerometer data to a computer for recognizing the user's exercise. The algorithm for exercise recognition classifies the type of exercise using principle components analysis(PCA) from the accelerometer data transformed by discrete fourier transform(DFT), and estimates the repetition count of the recognized exercise using a peak detection algorithm. We evaluate the performance of the algorithm from the accuracy of the recognition of exercise type and the error rate of the estimation of repetition count. In our experimental result, the algorithm shows the accuracy about 98%.

u-City에서 도시기능과 관리의 효율화를 위해 기존 정보화 인프라를 혁신시키고 도시 내에 발생하는 모든 업무를 실시간으로 대처하여 주거, 행정, 문화 등 도시의 기능에 맞는 서비스를 제공하고 하기위한 센터가 필요하다. 도시의 통신망, 교통망, 시설물 등으로부터 도시정보를 수신하고 이를 통합적으로 분석하여 도시를 효과적으로 운영, 관리하고 거주민이나 관련 기관에 분석된 도시정보를 실시간으로 제공 해 주는 곳의 시설물 및 형태를 도시통합운영(관제)센터라 한다. 도시통합운영센터에서 서비스는 통합관제 플랫폼을 바탕으로 단위 서비스 간의 통합에서부터 도시를 구성하는 조직 사이의 수직적 통합과 각각의 계층에 놓인 서비스 사이의 수평적 통합으로 구성할 수 있다. 본고에서는 u-City 통합운영센터 플랫폼 및 구축방안에 대하여 알아보고 통합운영센터의 성공 방안에 대해 제언하였다.

최근 u-City, u-EcoCity, Smart City 구축 등을 통해 기존 도시를 혁신하려는 움직임이 있으며, 도시시설물관리체계 또한 단순한 DB대장 관리를 넘어서 최신 IT기술을 이용하여 실시간 모니터링 및 사전대처를 하려는 다양한 개발들이 진행중이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 도시시설물 관리체계의 혁신을 위해 도시공간객체의 표준화된 위치기반 ID체계인 도시공간객체식별자(UOID)를 제시하였으며, 네트워크 기반으로 관리하고 다양한 서비스를 연계시키기 위한 UOID 네트워크 서비스 시스템을 개발하였다. 세종시 테스트베드를 통해 시스템을 시험검증하여 완결성 및 안정성을 확보중이며, 도시공간정보플랫폼의 서비스 모듈로 탑재되어 향후 u-City 등에서 다양한 u-Service에 활용가능하도록 실용화를 추진하고 있다.

만성질환 관리 서비스가 활성화되기 위해서는 유헬스 플랫폼을 중심으로 서비스 콘텐츠 개발자, 서비스 제공자, 디바이스 공급자 등이 긴밀하게 협력하여 가치사슬을 형성하는 생태계가 구축되어야 한다, 그러나 기존 유헬스 플랫폼은 안전하고 효율적인 개인건강기록 (PHR) 관리, 맞춤형 지능형 서비스 지원, N 스크린 서비스 지원 등의 부족으로 효과적인 생태계 구축이 어렵다. 이 논문에서는 이러한 유헬스 플랫폼의 문제점을 개선하기 위해 새로운 '만성질환 관리 플랫폼(CDMP: Chronic Disease Management Platform)'을 제안한다. CDMP는 만성질환 건강관리 증진 서비스를 개발 실행 공유하기 위한 공통 기능을 컴포넌트로 제공하고 다양한 서비스 및 시스템 간의 연결.통합을 위한 허브 기능을 수행하는 소프트웨어 플랫폼이다 CDMP는 SOA 기반으로 설계되어 높은 재사용성 확장성을 제공하며 정보 콘텐츠 서비스를 누구나 쉽게 이용할 수 있도록 Open API를 제공하는 개방형 플랫폼, N스크린 서비스를 위한 멀티플랫폼, SNS와의 연동을 통한 자가관리 기능을 지원한다. 이 논문에서는 CDMP 개발을 위한 요구사항 분석, 구조 설계, 설계 검증을 위한 프로토타입 구현을 수행하고, 특히 PHR 정보 관리를 위한 '하이브리드 데이터 모델'의 구현과 성능 평가를 통해 CDMP의 우수성을 검증하였다.

This thesis examines the problems faced in the electronic trade platform for which improvements are necessary, and suggests various ways of overcoming those problems. Practical implications regarding the advancement of Korea's u-TradeHub system are as follows. First, from the technical and legal aspects, to make up for a lack of support systems for spread of users, it is required to promote customized advertising strategies through Ministry of Knowledge Economy and establish a global certification system. Second, document standardization and digitalization should be achieved in advance to make the documents distributed through the e-Trade platform in a seamless manner. Furthermore, an ongoing global network development project should be promoted through the e-Trade platform to achieve standardization. Third, from the operational aspect, it is important to maintain an integrated and systematic relationship with related organizations. Because vertical integration among logistics service providers and GSCM are enabled through the e-Trade platform, it is necessary to standardize global network-based linkage and operating systems.

유비쿼터스 환경에서는 사용자가 위치한 상황에 따라 능동적으로 서비스가 제공이 되어야 한다. 특정 서비스를 요청할 때 이에 해당하는 서비스 기능을 가진 장치가 현재 사용자가 위치한 네트워크에 존재하는지, 서비스를 제공하는 장치들 중 사용자에게 가장 적합한 장치가 무엇인지를 발견 해 서비스를 제공해 주는 기술이 필요하다. 또 여러 사용자가 같이 존재할 때 어떤 우선순위에 의해 동작되어지는지도 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 Mobile Platform과 Zigbee Network 기반에서 교수와 학생들이라는 계층이 다른 여러명의 User가 동시에 사용할 수 있는 능동적 서비스를 제공하는 Smart Class를 구현하여 보았다.

본 논문은 U-City 도시통합관제플랫폼과 U-서비스 시스템 간 상황 이벤트 ID 체계 수립 및 상황 이벤트 별 ID 설정, 상황 이벤트 우선순위 기준 수립 및 상황 이벤트 별 우선순위 설정 등을 통해 표준화된 연동 방법을 제시하였다. 또한 제시된 상황 이벤트 ID 체계 및 우선순위 설정 기준을 적용하여, 도시통합관제플랫폼에 수신된 상황 이벤트 리스트를 우선순위 순으로 디스플레이하여 먼저 처리될 수 있도록 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 제안된 상황 이벤트 ID 체계 및 우선순위 기준을 적용하면, 사고 및 재해 발생시 신속한 응급조치 및 대응을 통해 업무 중단시간을 단축시킬 수 있게 되며, U-City 사업에서 비용절감 및 구축 기간 단축 등의 효율성을 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

U-Services(Ubiquitous Services)는 최근 성공적인 U-City의 구축에 있어서 핵심적인 요소로 주 목 받고 있다. U-City라는 개념은 현재 한 도시의 통신과 인프라의 통합 관리라는 차원에서 주로 접근되고 있는 실정이나, 궁극적으로는 한 도시의 사용자들인 시민들에게 어떠한 가치를 돌려주고, 이를 어떻게 지속 할 수 있을지에 대한 의문이 지속적으로 제기되고 있다. 도시의 사용자인 시민과 입주기관들에게 어떠한 '가치'를 제공할 수 있는지에 대하여 고민하는 과정으로써, 본 연구 에서는 소요 기술, 활용 인터페이스, 구현되는 공간, 그리고 제공하는 컨텐츠에 따라 정의할 수 있는 방법론을 제시한다. 또한, 제조업에서 주로 활용되던 QFD(Quality Function Deployment - 하나의 제품을 개발하는 과정에서 요구되는 기능이나 속성을 규정하기 위한 Analytic Hierarchy Process framework)를 도시 설계로 적용하여 SVD (Service-Value Deployment method)라는 방법론으로 제시하고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to understand a architectural characteristics of local church in Virginia, U. S. This study focuses on not only analyzing the worship and service program inherent in the site planning of local church but also introducing worship service space and chancel elements of it in the village of garden area. We surveyed five protestant churches where are located in suburban and rural area outside of Midlothian city in the early August, 2010. I surveyed church building site and worship service space of churches focused on platform design, interviewed the historical background and program of churches with ministers, and corrected annual calender and newsletter. The results of this study are as follows. First, the characteristics of site plan have a comfortable parking lots and site of churchyard(cemetery) with playground that can take an activities out of chapel. The axis of church building follows to front street. Second, worship services keep two types of traditional and comtemporary worship in order to consider of both adult and youth members. The worship hall has a balance of bilateral symmetry. Third, the form of platform is built that is able to perform a music drama and movement of sermon without only one church, GraceLand Church that church building has over fifty years, and they stick to simple traditional type of Chancel that is established by pulpit, table(altar), baptistery(only baptist church), music instruments, and so on.
