Zymomonas mobilis 유래 levansucrase 유전자(levU)를 GAL1 promoter 하류에 연결시킨 pYES-levU와 GAL10 promoter 하류에 Kluyveromyces marxianus exoinulinase의 분비 신호서열(INU1 ss) 하류에 연결시킨 pYInu-levU를 각각 구축하였다. 이들 plasmid를 invertase 결손 변이주(suc2-$\Delta$9)인 S. cerevisiae SEY2102에 형질전환시켜 고활성 형질전환주를 선발하였다. 효모 형질전환주를 galactose 함유 배지로 배양한 결과, pYES-levU 함유 형질전환주인 경우 levansucrase의 총활성은 7.17U/ml이고, pYInu-levU 함유 형질전환주인 경우 6.61U/ml에 도달하였다. 발현된 levansucrase 약 50% 정도가 배지와 periplasmic space에 존재하였고, INU1 ss에 의한 분비효율 증가는 관찰할 수 없었다. 또한, 효모에서 발현된 재조합 levansucrase는 과당쇄화된 형으로 생산되는 것으로 보여진다.

We deal with the existence of positive radial solutions concentrating on spheres for the following class of elliptic system $$\large(S) \hfill{400} \{\array{-{\varepsilon}^2{\Delta}u+V_1(x)u=K(x)Q_u(u,v)\;in\;\mathbb{R}^N,\\-{\varepsilon}^2{\Delta}v+V_2(x)v=K(x)Q_v(u,v)\;in\;\mathbb{R}^N,\\u,v{\in}W^{1,2}(\mathbb{R}^N),\;u,v&gt;0\;in\;\mathbb{R}^N,}$$ where ${\varepsilon}$ is a small positive parameter; $V_1$, $V_2{\in}C^0(\mathbb{R}^N,[0,{\infty}))$ and $K{\in}C^0(\mathbb{R}^N,[0,{\infty}))$ are radially symmetric potentials; Q is a $(p+1)$-homogeneous function and p is subcritical, that is, 1 < $p$ < $2^*-1$, where $2^*=2N/(N-2)$ is the critical Sobolev exponent for $N{\geq}3$.

인공재배 가능한 버섯 13종을 선정하여 균사체 배양 후 배양액 및 혈전분해활성을 검토한 결과 배양액에서는 0.00-0.16U 매우 낮았던 반면에 균사체의 혈전분해 활성은 0.00-0.48U로 배양액에 비하여 상대적으로 높은 활성을 보였다. 또한, 뽕나무 버섯의 건조 균체량은 6.50g/100mL로 다른 균체에 비하여 1.9-5.0배의 높은 생산력을 보여주었다. 인공 재배된 버섯 자실체(7종)의 혈전분해활성은 0.17-0.94U로 나타났으며 아위버섯 자실체의 혈전분해 활성이 가장 높게 나타났다.

새로운 종류의 히드라존 유도체는 4-(2-chloroethyl) semicarbazides로 부터 합성되었고, 인간 두 뇌(U251)와 간(Hepg2)의 암세포 에 대해 항증식성을 보였다. 히드라존 화합물은 벤즈알데히드, 아세토 페논, 3-formylindole 유도체이다. 아세토페논 유도체중에 3e (p-methoxy substituted)와 and 3f (p-nitro substituted)는 Hepg2 세포 (각각I$C_{50}$ = 6 ,8 $\mu$g/mL) 에 대해 가장 높은 세포독성활성을 보인다. 3-Formylindole 유도체중에 4a (hydrazone of 3-formylindole)은 U251 (I$C_{50}$ = 21 $\mu$g/mL)와 Hepg2 (I$C_{50}$ = 7 $\mu$g/mL)에 강한 세포독성활성을 보인다.

This study investigated whether Korean vowels, /ɨ/ and /u/, are distinctively perceived after a labial consonant given the fact that native and Sino-Korean nouns showed only vowel /u/ after a labial consonant while this pattern was massively broken by the recent introduction of loanwords. For this purpose, a perception experiment was conducted with $V_1C_1V_2$ sequences in which different vowels /a, i, u/ and consonants /p, t, k/ occurred in $V_1$ and $C_1$ before the target $V_2$, /ɨ/ and /u/. The data was produced by six speakers each from two different age groups, Age20 and Age40/50 in the read speech style. The results showed that consonant /p/ attracted significantly more responses of /u/ from /VCɨ/ sequences and significantly less responses of /u/ from /VCu/ sequence than the other consonants did in both age groups. Furthermore, Age20 group showed significantly less percentage of /u/ responses than Age40 group when the preceding consonant was /p/ regardless of the target vowel. We suggest therefore that unlike the traditional belief of labial assimilation, there is neutralization after a labial consonant in which vowels /ɨ/ and /u/ are often realized as any sound between two vowels, /ɨ/ and /u/. That is, this vowel change is not categorial but it rather produces an ambiguous stimulus which attracts different responses from different listeners. Ambiguous stimulus was produced due to coarticulatory efforts in speech production and perceptual compensation. We also argue that there is generational difference such that Age40/50 group speakers showed stronger tendency to produce /u/ after a labial consonant regardless of whether the target vowel was /ɨ/ or /u/.

This paper addresses the measurement of structural loads on the Unison U50 wind turbine. The load measurement are carried out to determine the actual loads acting on a wind turbine. This is needed not only the certification process but also improving the technical development for prototype wind turbine. The measurement system is consists of measuring load, operating quantities and meteorological signal. All data that occur during the operating of a WT are stored the data acquisition system automatically. With using the measured data, load spectrum and equivalent load are evaluated according to IEC61400-13 "Measurement of mechanical loads".

해양레저 활동의 범위가 점차 원거리 항해로 확대되면서 거주가 가능한 크루즈보트가 각광받고 있다. 해양레저산업 선진국인 유럽, 북미의 경우 미려한 디자인, 인간공학적 구조 그리고 경량선체 소재 채택을 통한 연료효율 향상 등 크루즈보트의 설계와 제작에 있어 이미 경쟁력을 확보하고 있다. 반면, 국내의 경우 소형 레저보트 중심의 개발, 건조가 이뤄지고 있으며, 선체소재 또한 유리섬유강화복합소재가 대부분을 차지하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 원양항해가 가능한 50피트급 탄소섬유강화복합재료(CFRP) 선체 크루즈보트의 선형에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. CFRP 선체 레저보트의 선형특성을 분석하여 설계선의 선형을 제안하였으며, 조선공학적 검토를 통해 그 특성을 분석하였다.

현재까지의 컴퓨터그래픽스 기술은 물체의 시각적 표현에만 집중되어 왔다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 컴퓨터그래픽스 기술의 발전으로 앞으로는 3차원 데이터가 단지 표현에만 그치지 않고 모든 분야에서의 물체 해석과 예측 시뮬레이션 정보처리에서 활용되어 갈 것이다. 본 논문에서는 3차원 얼굴 데이터를 이용하여 사람의 나이에 따른 얼굴의 변화를 시뮬레이션한 결과를 소개한다. 20대, 30대, 40대, 50대의 3차원 얼굴 데이터로부터 60대의 얼굴을 예측하는 방법을 소개한다. 동일한 인물의 20대부터 50대까지의 실제 얼굴 데이터를 얻는 것은 어려운 일이므로 본 연구에서는 20대의 얼굴데이터만을 가지고 50대까지의 얼굴을 추측하여 생성한 후에 60대의 얼굴을 예측하는 방법을 제공한다.
