Recently, various industries have appeared which are applied ubiquitous technology. Particularly, health and medical fields, have been focused as future's industry, have been combined with ubiquitous system. This is what we called' u-Health industry. Korean government has encouraged local governments to develop specialized high value-added industries along each local's circumstance. According to the policy, I had an assumption that u-Health industry is Chungbuk province's specialized high value-added industry and studied marketing strategy for the point of penetration into markets. I presented STP strategy for international markets. This strategy referred to developed countries' aging index and based on Modigliani's life cycle hypothesis. Finally, considering none of u-Health has been released, I presented strategies of marketing mix to be utilized when u-Health items march into the markets.

In this paper, we propose a wide-range radiation measurement system using GM Tube and NaI(TI) detector. The proposed system is designed as a small module optimized to control and count the detector signal of NaI(Tl) Detector and GM Tube. The radiation dose is measured in a wide-range 0.1uSv/h to 10mSv/h in conjunction with two detectors, and two detectors operate simultaneously at 10uSv/h to 100uSv/h, where the measurement interval overlaps. The radiation dose was selected using a wide-range radiation measurement algorithm that controls the on/off function of the detector in the appropriate interval for the overlapped radiation measurable interval. In order to evaluate the performance of the proposed system, it has been confirmed that the measurement uncertainty of each section is measured as ${\pm}7.5%$ and it operates normally under ${\pm}15%$ of the international standard.

In this paper, by using fixed point theorems in cones, the existence of positive solutions is considered for nonlinear m-point boundary value problem for the following second-order dynamic equations on time scales $({\phi}(u^{\Delta}))^{\nabla}+a(t)f(t,\;u(t))=0$, t $\in$ (0, T), $u(0)=\sum\limits^{m-2}_{i=1}a_iu(\xi_i)$, $\phi(u^{\Delta}(T))=\sum\limits^{m-2}_{i=1}b_i{\phi}(u^{\Delta}(\xi_i))$, where $\phi$ : R $\rightarrow$ R is an increasing homeomorphism and positive homomorphism and ${\phi}(0)=0$. In [27], we obtained the existence results of the above problem for an increasing homeomorphism and positive homomorphism with sign changing nonlinearity. The purpose of this paper is to supplement with a result in the case when the nonlinear term f is nonnegative, and the most point we must point out for readers is that there is only the p-Laplacian case for increasing homeomorphism and positive homomorphism due to the sign restriction. As an application, one example to demonstrate our results are given.

Assume $H_i : R_+ \times R_+ \to R_+ (i = 1, 2)$ are monotonically increasing (in both variables), homogeneous mapping for which $H_1(tu, tv) = t^p(H_1(u, v) (p > 0)$ and $H_2(u, v)^{t^q} (q \leq 1)$ hold for $t, u, v \geq 0$. Using an idea from the paper of Baker, Lawrence and Zorzitto [2], the superstability problems of the functional inequalities $\Vert f(x+y) - f(x)f(y) \Vert \leq H_i (\Vert x \Vert, \Vert y \Vert)$ shall be investigated.

To see both $Sh{\grave{u}}nq{\grave{i}}daot{\acute{a}}nt{\bar{a}}ng$(dissipate phlegm and promote vital energy circulation) and $Hu{\grave{a}}y{\bar{u}}t{\bar{a}}ng$(blood circulation and disperse blood stasis) influencing on thrombosis, contusion-hyperemia, and hyperlipidemia, at first we measured the density of FDP, the quantity of fibrinogen, prothrombin time, and the number of platelet of rat taken thrombosis by endotoxin. Secondly we measured the increase-rate of "paw swelling", the number of platelet, the quantity of fibrinogen, and prothrombin time of rat taken contusion-hyperemia. And then we measured the quantity of total cholesterol in serum and of H.D.L-cholesterol and of triglyceride and of phospholipid and of ${\beta}-lipoprotein$, its weight, and the variation of the quantity of electrolyte of rat taken hyperlipidemia by the oral-injection of choleserol. As a result, we can conclude as follows : 1. Out of the test of thrombosis, we can recognize not only the noticeable increae of the number of platelet and the quantity of fibrinogen, but also the noticeable decrease of prothrombin time and the density of FDP in case of $Sh{\grave{u}}nq{\grave{i}}daot{\acute{a}}nt{\bar{a}}ng$-injected rat and $Hu{\grave{a}}y{\bar{u}}t{\bar{a}}ng$-injected rat. 2. Out of the test of contusion-hyperemia, we can recognize not only the noticeable increase of the number of platelet and the quantity of fibrinogen, but also the noticeable decrease of prothrombin time and "increase-rate of paw swelling" in case of $Sh{\grave{u}}nq{\grave{i}}daot{\acute{a}}nt{\bar{a}}ng$-injected rat and $Hu{\grave{a}}y{\bar{u}}t{\bar{a}}ng$-injected rat. 3. Out of the test of hyperlipidemia, at first we can recognize that test rat's weight increased as close as that of normal rat. And we can recognize the noticeable decrease of the triglyceride and phospholipid and ${\beta}-lipoprotein$." Also, in case of the variation of electrolyte we can recognize the decrease of calcium and potassium in $Sh{\grave{u}}nq{\grave{i}}daot{\acute{a}}nt{\bar{a}}ng$-injected rat, and of sodium and magnesium in $Hu{\grave{a}}y{\bar{u}}t{\bar{a}}ng$-injected rat. Thus, as the above-mentioned, in covering thrombosis, contusion-hypermia, and hyperlipidemia, the effect of $Sh{\grave{u}}nq{\grave{i}}daot{\acute{a}}nt{\bar{a}}ng$ and $Hu{\grave{a}}y{\bar{u}}t{\bar{a}}ng$ can be recognized. Granting that $Hu{\grave{a}}y{\bar{u}}t{\bar{a}}ng$ reveals its effectiveness in thrombosis and contusion-hyperemia, and $Sh{\grave{u}}nq{\grave{i}}daot{\acute{a}}nt{\bar{a}}ng$ in hyperlipidemia, it can be inferred that contusion-hyperemia is like "model of blood stasis form" as thrombosis and hyperlipidemia "phlegm-retention diseases form", and both phlegm-retention and blood stasis have correlation each other.

We show that there exists one or two positive solutions by using fixed-point theorem for operator on a cone. The conclusions in this paper essentially extend and improve the known results.

In this paper I propose the semantics of two modality markers in Korean, keyss and (u)1 kes. I compare the two modality markers with respect to some properties. First, keyss is used to express logical necessity while (u)1 kes can be used to express a simple prediction as well. Second, keyss expresses some logical conclusion from the speaker's own information state without claiming it is true. On the other hand, (u)1 kes expresses the claim that the speaker's prediction will be true. Third, the prediction of keyss is non-monotonic: it can be reversed without being inconsistent. However, that of (u)1 kes cannot. Fourth, (u)1 kes can be used freely in epistemic conditionals, but keyss cannot. Finally, when keyss is used, the prediction cannot be repeated. The prediction from the use of (u)1 kes can be repeated. To account for these differences, I propose that keyss is used when the speaker makes a purely logical presumption based on his/her own information state, and that (u)1 kes is used to make a prediction which is asserted to be true. This proposal accounts for all the differences of the two modality markers.

The present experiment was carried out to investigate super-ovulating response, ovulation time and fertilizability in the angora rabbit that gonadotropin was treated. The results obtained were summarized as follows ; 1. Number of ovulating point and ovarian weight in PMSG 100I.U.(25${\pm}$2.45;1104.2${\pm}$110.6mg) and PMSG 200I.U.(30.6${\pm}$1.76, 1330.0${\pm}$153.9mg) treated group were significantly higher than natural mating(6.6${\pm}$1.49, 560.2${\pm}$60.6mg) and HCG treated group(9.8${\pm}$0.8;651.6${\pm}$55.1mg)(P<0.01). 2. Survival rate and recovery rate in natural mating, HCG and PMSG 100I.U. treated group were significantly higher than PMSG 200I.U. treated group.(P<0.01)(P<0.05). 3. Ovulation started at 10hrs and mostly finished at 16hrs after HCG injection. 4. The fertilizable life of egg ovulated was during 8hrs after ovulation.

The sows which had not returned estrus since 15 to 152 days after weaning were treated with PMSG or PGF2$\alpha$ to induce estrus and inseminated to conceive on that estrus. 1. Eight (83%) among 12 sows treated with PMSG came into estrus on average 5.3 days after treatment. 2. The one sow which didn't show any estrus by treatment of PMSG showed an estrus by intramuscular use of 10mg PGF2$\alpha$ and the other one showed an estrus by another intramuscular use of 1000 I.U. of PMSG at 15 days after first injection of PMSG. 3. The one sow injected with Vit. A.D.E. complex(Injacom) (Vit. A 500,000 I.U., Vit. D. 75,000 I.U., and Vit. E. 50 I.U. per ml) on 6 days before PMSG injection showed an estrus on 6 days after PMSG injection and farrowed 8 piglets. 4. Five among 10 sows showed an estrus by treatment of PMSG or PGF2$\alpha$ were pregnant and litter size of the four farrowed sows averaged 9.5.

The area of gear dynamics has recently been the focus of many studies. A new tooth profile modification was proposed by author for reducing vibration and noise of involute gears. A comparative dynamic analysis of the gear drive with the involute tooth and the modified tooth profile(using cubic splines) is performed to the unuformal transmission error reduces the gear vibration and noise due to less dynamic tooth load variation during the meshing cycle. This work also include a gear design process by the meaning of a practical approach, such as Win95 based simulation program with all using basic geardesign variables. Especially this program enables gear designers to dynamic analysis based on G.U.I.
