This study analyzed and defines the property of visual perception throughout the revision of the observation time of the original space and the rotating space. The conclusions of this study are as fellows: First, based on the existing theory and experiment, the study obtained the basis which decides the sector data originating fixation-gaze after staring the specific sector over 300ms time. It will become the turning point hereafter for our research to fix the time in this way. Second, in analyzing the minute data, the study built a revision method of the observation time by analyzing the meanings and the reasons of the revision of the original data. Third, according to the difference of revision quantity, female testee have more increases in the amount of data than male testee from the original screen. On the other hand, the opposite tendency appears from the previous data. This shows there is a difference in the observation properly by sex. Last, we could grasp Information about the property of the observation time throughout eyeball fixations, and the revision and analysis of the 'controlled observation data'. These data can be used in design element arrangement of interior space, hereafter.
The purpose of this study was to classify the somatotype around a upper body of 30's men. The subjects were 202 working men aged from 30 to 39 and the data of 33 items including computed items were analysed by factor analysis and cluster analysis. Re results were as follows: As a factor of somatotype in evaluating males in 30's, the horizontal area represented the chest circumference at scye and the breadth items, the vortical region indicated hit length posterior, front length, back length, the breadth difference and the length difference. The somatotype by cluster analysis was classified with 3 type. Type I as the Roher's index 1.21 indicating the smallest in the circumference and weight item was classified as the thin and long featuring bending somatotype. Type 2 with the Rohrer's index 1.35 showing the mid-group between type 1 and 3 had the highest distribution rate as the balanced featuring the standard somatotype. Type 3 as the rohrer's index 1.40 was the largest physical condition group in the obesity featuring the turning over somatotype.
In this study, the driving performances of elderly who's age is over 65 were evaluated. The driving simulation was conducted using a compact driving simulation (CDS) and the simulation scenarios were developed from actual roads by replicating geometry of skewed intersection and traffic control devices located in Jungnang-gu, Seoul, Korea. 27 elderly drivers and 10 non-elderly drivers were recruited and participated on the virtual turning right and going straight driving experiment of CDS. Virtual driving data of driving time, speed, distance, acceleration and deceleration speeds, brake power, and steering wheel rotation angle were recorded and analyzed. Generally, elderly driver took more times to pass through the skewed intersection road and showed lower approaching speed as much as 40% and 25% in case of turning right and going straight scenarios respectively. The speed deviation at skewed intersection road between elderly and non-elderly driver is expected to cause frequent lane changes and overtaking.

In this study, the correlation analysis between total system error and environmental factor variables was performed to confirm the effect on the performance of the integrated navigation system by various environmental factors. To collect flight data of hybrid vertical take-off and landing UAVs, scenarios including various turning sections and straight sections such as left turn, right turn, turning rate, and path change angle were selected, and environmental data of wind direction, wind speed, temperature, air pressure, and humidity were collected in real time through weather station. As a result of the correlation analysis between the collected flight data and environmental data, it was concluded that the performance of the integrated navigation system by environmental factors within the collected data was not significant affected and was robust.
The identification of drilling joint dynamics which consists of drilling and structural dynamics and the on-line time series detection of malfunction process is substantial not only for the investigation of the static and dynamic characteristics but also for the analytic realization of diagnostic and control systems in drilling. Therefore, We have discussed on the comparative assessment of two recursive time series modeling algorithms that can represent the drilling operation and detect the abnormal geometric behaviors in precision roundshape machining such as turning, drilling and boring in precision diemaking. For this purpose, simulation and experimental work were performed to show the malfunctional behaviors for drilling operation. For this purpose, a new two recursive approach (Recursive Extended Instrument Variable Method : REIVM, Recursive Least Square Method : RLSM) may be adopted for the on-line system identification and monitoring of a malfunction behavior of drilling process, such as chipping, wear, chatter and hole lobe waviness.
In this paper, current status of experimental and theoretical work on quantum bits based on the semiconductor quantum dots in the University of Seoul will be presented. A new proposal utilizing the multi-valley quantum state transitions in a Si quantum dot as a possible candidate for a quantum bit with a long decoherence time will be also given. Qubits are the multi-valley symmetric and anti-symmetric orbitals. Evolution of these orbitals is controlled by an external electric field, which turns on and off the inter-valley interactions. Initialization is achieved by turning on the inter-valley Hamiltonian to let the system settle down to the symmetric orbital state. Estimates of the decoherence time is made for the longitudinal acoustic phonon process.
The purpose of this study focuses on the prediction time and location of turning-point of typhoon tracks using the water vapor images of Communication, Ocean and Meteorological Satellite (COMS) which has a very short observation interval. It targets a more accurate prediction of turning-point of typhoon tracks through the relationship between dry slot and northern/southern oscillations of jet stream. Jet stream moves by the position of jet streak and the ${\upsilon}$-component velocity of geostrophic wind. If the ${\upsilon}$-component of geostrophic wind gets stronger toward south, jet stream develops into a circular jet. In that condition, dry slot in satellite water vapor imagery extends toward south, and typhoon track turns as the distance of curved moisture band (CMB) gets narrowed down. If the interval of CMB is below $15^{\circ}$ of latitude, the typhoon track is turning toward north or northeast within 24 hours. As a result, typhoon track showed that when dry slot position was located less than $32^{\circ}N$, typhoon turned its track at $20-23^{\circ}N$ ($1^{th}$ Kong-Rey 2007 and $17^{th}$ Jelawt at 2012), and when in $35^{\circ}N$ above, it turned at $27^{\circ}N$ ($4^{th}$ Man-yi 2007).

This paper proposes a new switching algorithm for an active clamp snubber to improve the efficiency of a module integrated converter system. This system uses an active clamp method for the snubber circuit for the efficiency and reliability of the system. However, the active clamp snubber circuit has the disadvantage that system efficiency is decreased by switch operating time because of heat loss in resonance between the snubber capacitor and leakage inductance. To address this, this paper proposes a new switching algorithm. The proposed algorithm is a technique to reduce power consumption by reducing the resonance of the snubber switch operation time. Also, the snubber switch is operated at zero voltage switching by turning on the snubber switch before main switch turn-off. Simulation and experimental results are presented to show the validity of the proposed new active clamp control algorithm.
Based on the selected controlled receipe, drying and frying processes were varied inculding time and temperature. According to the panel test and measurement with a texturometer on the products of different drying and frying conditions, the highly acceptable best product was the one prepared as follows. It was placed in the oven at $45^{\circ}C$ for 5 minutes and then at $23^{\circ}C$for 15 minutes. After turning upside down, this drying step was repeatedly continued for 5 hours. It was also dipped into oil at $14^{\circ}C$ for 1 minute, soaked in oil at $120^{\circ}C$for 2 minutes and then fried in oil at $190^{\circ}C$for 2 minutes. The studies using a texturometer showed the products with high acceptability in the panel test had brittleness of 1.3-2cm and number of peaks 4-6. The optimum drying times is considered as 3 hours since there was no significant difference among the products of 3 to 5 hours drying time.
In this letter, a simple control method of the HB LLC converter with one additional switch and capacitor in the primary side is proposed for wide-input-voltage applications with the hold-up time conditions. At nominal input, since the proposed method enables the HB LLC converter to operate with large transformer magnetizing inductance, it can reduce the conduction and switch turn-off losses in the primary side, which makes a high efficiency. On the other hand, during the hold-up time, since the proposed method increases the resonant capacitance by turning on one additional switch, the HB LLC converter can obtain high voltage gain.
