Wavelet 변환을 이용한 절삭신호 분석과 노이즈 제거 (Analysis and Denoising of Cutting Force Using Wavelet Transform)

  • The wavelet transform is a popular tool fer studying intermittent and localized phenomena in signals. In this study the wavelet transform of cutting force signals was conducted for the detection of a tool failure in turning process. We used the Daubechies wavelet analyzing function to detect a sudden change in cutting signal level. A preliminary stepped workpiece which had intentionally a hard condition was cut by the inserted cermet tool and a tool dynamometer obtained cutting force signals. From the results of the wavelet transform, the obtained signals were divided into approximation terms and detailed terms. At tool failure, the approximation signals were suddenly increased and the detailed signals were extremely oscillated just before tool failure.

  • This paper presents a study of surface roughness prediction model by experimental design in turning operation. Regression analysis technique has been used to study the effects of the cutting parameters such as cutting speed, feed and depth of cut on surface roughness. The experiment has been conducted using coated tungsten carbide inserts without cutting fluid. The reliability of the surface roughness model as a function of the cutting parameters has been estimated. The results show that the experimental design used in cutting process is a method to estimate the effects of cutting parameter on surface roughness.

선삭가공에서 황삭 및 정삭용 절삭공구선정방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on Cutting Tool Selection Techniques for Rough and Finish Turning Operations)

  • This paper presents a development of computer aided cutting tool selection techniques for rough and finish turning operations. The developed system,. which is one of important activities for computer aided operation planning, firstly implements operation sequencing. Then, from relations of the size of machined area, recommended finishing allowance and maximum depth of cut, a main machining method is selected, a number of cut is calculated, cutting tools including toolholders and inserts are selected, and values for cutting parameters are determined. A cutting tool selection procedure is proposed for toolholders and inserts of ISO code in rough cutting, and some important parameters such as holder style, tool approach angle, tool function and its direction are described in detail. In order to demonstrate the validity of the system a case study is performed.

선미형상을 고려한 천수역에서의 조종성능에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Manoeuvrability as Function of Stern Hull Form in Shallow Water)

  • 본 연구에서는 선미형상을 고려한 조종성능을 심수역 뿐만 아니라 천수역에 대해서 수치 시뮬레이션을 통해 검토하였다. 선미형상을 나타내는 파라메터 중 $C_{wa}$를 미소(${\pm}2%$)하게 변화시킴으로써 각 수역에서의 침로안정성, 선회 및 지그재그 성능이 어떤 변화를 보이고 그 경향이 어떻게 변화하는 지를 검토하였다. 선박의 조종성능 관점에서 흘수 대 수심의 비(=d/H)가 0.5 부근에서의 조종성에 큰 변화를 가져오는 중요 지점임을 알 수 있었고, 비대선(VLCC, 탱커 등)과 세장선(컨테이너)의 경우 선미형상의 변화에 따라 조종성능의 변화 정도가 많은 차이를 가질 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한, $C_{wa}$를 감소(U형에 근접)시키면 선회운동에 있어서 advance 및 tactical diameter가 증가하고, 지그재그 운동에서는 track reach는 증가하지만 각 overshoot angle들은 감소한다. 이와 반대로, $C_{wa}$를 증가(V형에 근접)시키면 선회운동에 있어서 advance 및 tactical diameter는 감소, 지그재그 운동에서는 track reach는 감소, 각 overshoot angle 들은 증가함을 알 수 있었다.

  • The aim of this paper is to study a new and unified class 𝓡αCosh of analytic functions associated with cosine hyperbolic function in the open unit disc E = {z ∈ ℂ : |z| < 1}. Some interesting properties of this class such as initial coefficient bounds, Fekete-Szegö inequality, second Hankel determinant, Zalcman inequality and third Hankel determinant have been established. Furthermore, these results have also been studied for two-fold and three-fold symmetric functions.

연령에 따른 손기능의 변화 (The Age-Related Change of Hand Function)

  • This study was carried out to know the change of age-related hand function. 210 adults without neurosurgical and orthopedic disability from 15 to 90 years of age participation this study voluntarily. The results are as followings. 1. The hand function decreased according to age increasing. 2. The dominant and non-dominant hand function was decreased in ever-sixty age groups in the subtests of writing, card turning small common objects, simulated feeding, large light objects and large heavy objects greatly, but decreased between forty and fifty age groups in checkers greatly. 3. The dominant hand function was more excellent than non-dominant hand. 4. The dominant and non-dominant hand function was statistically significant between age groups(p<0.01). 5. The one-way ANOVA of subtests according to age increasing revealed significant statistically(p<0.01). 6. The correlation coefficients between subtests and age increasing revealed significant statistically in the dominant and non-dominant hand(p<0.01).

  • In this paper a adaptive backstepping control scheme is proposed for control of a do motor driving a one-link manipulator. Fuzzy logic systems are used to approximate the unknown nonlinear function including the parametric uncertainty and disturbance throughout the entire electromechanical system. A compensation controller is also proposed to estimate the bound of approximation error. Thus the asymptotic stability of the closed-loop control system can be obtained. Numerical simulations are included to show the effectiveness of the proposed controller.

  • 본 논문에서는 가스터빈 유로의 열유동 환경을 개선하기 위해 끝벽면 경계층 판을 이용한 방법을 적용하였으며, 이 방법에 의한 효과를 최대화하기 위해 경계층 판의 형상에 대한 최적화를 수행하였다. 터빈 유로를 모사하기 위해 $90^{\circ}$ 곡관을 이용하였다. 터빈 유로에서의 전압력 손실과 유로 끝벽면에서의 열전달 계수, 그리고 끝벽면 면적을 최소화하는 �微蛙� 판 형상 도출을 연구의 목적으로 하였으며, 최적화 과정의 효율성을 위해 근사 최적화 기법을 적용하였다. 연구결과를 통해, 최적화된 경계층 판에 의한 상당한 공력환경 개선을 확인할 수 있었으며, 열환경 개선 정도는 공력환경 개선정도에 비해 작게 나타났다.

  • This paper has a control method proposed for the effective self-tuning fuzzy speed control based on neural network of the induction motor indirect vector control. The vector control of an induction motor provides the decoupled control of the rotor flux magnitude and the torque producing current to performance is desirable. But, the drive performance often degrades for the machine parameter variations and its condition give rise to coupling of flux and torque current. The fuzzy speed control of an induction motor has the robustness about machine parameter variations compared with conventional PID speed control in a way. That proved to be some waf from the true. The purpose of this paper is to improve the adaptation by offering self-turning function to fuzzy speed controller. In this paper, the adaptive mechanism of fuzzy speed control in used ANN(Artificial Neural Network) technique is applied in an IFO induction machine drive, such that the machine can follow a reference model (an ideal field oriented machine) to achieve desired speed. In this paper proved the self-turning method of fuzzy controller has the robustness about parameter variation and the wide range of adaptation by simulation.

  • The control of diamond turning is usually achieved through a laser-interferometer feedback of slide position. The limitation of this control scheme is that the feedback signal does not account for additional dynamics of the tool post and the material removal process. If the tool post is rigid and the material removal process is relatively static, then such a non-collocated position feedback control scheme may surfice. However, as the accuracy requirement gets tighter and desired surface contours become more complex, the need for a direct tool-tip sensing becomes inevitable. The physical constraints of the machining processprohibit any reasonable implementation of a tool-tip motion measurement. It is proposed that the measured force normalto the face of the workpice can be filterd through an appropriate admittance transfer function to result in the estimated depth of cut. This can be compared to the desired depth of cut to generate the adjustment cotnrol action in addition to position feedback control. In this work, the design methodology on the admittance model-based control with a conventional controller is presented. Based on the empirical data of the cutting dynamics, simulation results are shown.
