  • The study noted the characteristics of the web novel's 'Book Travel' motif, which reflects the characteristics of popular culture content, which is free to use familiar genre grammar or code. The imagination of the main character entering the work he read in the real world is a reinterpretation of the existing genre grammar of the web novel, and studying the motif is meaningful in reviewing the intertext of the genre. This motif, summarized as 'Book Travel' differs from other genres in the romance fantasy genre, which can also be used to reveal the gender characteristics of the genre. The study noted that the 'Book Travel' motif was born from an interactive interpretation of existing narratives, thus having a affinity with dimensional shift, regression, and alternative historical objects, and referring to the writing norms of Fanfiction. Through this, it was predicted that the re-combination of existing narratives and interference between genres would continue in the future. Next, the original move in the romance fantasy genre was seen as quite conservative and revealing the logic of self-improvement even though people around him became the main characters and overthrew the narrative. The characters should use their knowledge of the future of the real world to fight in a world of survival where destruction has been predicted. The appearance of an ethical and self-help subject is interesting, but on the other hand, I could look at conservatism in that romance is a way of survival and achievement of characters. The research is meaningful in that it reviewed the characteristics of the original transfer motif, which started fairly quickly in the romance fantasy genre, and reviewed its appearance background and characteristics. There was a limit to the collection of physical works and limited platform. The above limits are intended to be supplemented by further reviewing and supplementing later works.

  • The purpose of this study was to research the relationships among ethical climate, trust, organizational identification and turnover intention of employees in travel agency. Ethical climates the prevailing perceptions of typical organizational practices and procedures that have ethical content. Ethical climate involves the perceptions of rightness or wrongness present in the organization's work environment, and establishes the norms for acceptable and unacceptable behavior within the company. To accomplish this study, it was determined that the analysis derived from a hypothesis and literature reviews and data collected from 231 employees in travel agency. The results of empirical analysis showed as follows. First, Perceived ethical climate has a significant effect on trust, organizational identification and turnover intention. Second, Organizational identification has a significant effect on turnover intention while trust has no relationship with it. In addition, the mediating role of organizational identification is examined in the relationship between ethical climate and turnover intention. Based on these findings, the implications and limitations of the study were presented including some directions for future studies.

  • An experimental pick-up type pulse crop harvester was built and its harvesting performance for green kernel black bean was evaluated. Field bean loss and harvested bean quality of the harvester were analyzed according to engine speeds of 2,000; 2,400; 2,800; 3,000; and 3,200 rpm, and travel speeds of 0.6; 1.0; and 1.4 m/s. Operating conditions and field capacity of the harvester for proper harvesting were estimated. The harvester had an optimum performance at a grain moisture content of 13.4%, an engine speed of 3,000 rpm, and a travel speed of 1.2 - 1.3 m/s. Subsequently, the picking-up, discharging, and total bean loss ratios were found to be 1.6, 1.3, and 2.9%, respectively. The whole bean, damaged bean, unthreshed bean, and foreign material ratios were determined to be 96.2, 1.0, 0.1, and 0.3%, respectively. Results showed that the harvester had lower bean loss and higher harvested bean quality than those of imported bean combines. The harvester could harvest 2 rows with a crop spacing of an approximately 1.4 m. Its optimum travel speed was estimated to be approximately 1.2 m/s when harvesting performance was taken into account using such variables as field bean loss and harvested bean quality for green kernel black bean. Effective field capacity of the harvester was estimated at approximately 40 a/h.

  • Transport of Escherichia coli ATCC 11105 through porous media was investigated in this study using two sets of column experiments to quantify the attachment-related parameters (sticking efficiency, attachment rate coefficient and filter factor). The first set of experiments was performed in quartz sand under different ionic strength conditions (1, 20, 100, 200 mM) while the second experiments were carried out in quartz sand mixed with metal oxyhydroxide-coated sand (0, 5, 10, 25%). The breakthrough curves of bacteria were obtained by monitoring effluent, and then bacterial mass recovery and attachment-related parameters were quantified from these curves. The first experiments showed that the mass recoveries were in the range of 13.3 to 64.7%, decreasing with increasing ionic strength. In the second experiments, the mass recoveries were in the range of 15.0 to 43.4%, decreasing with increasing coated sand content. The analysis indicated that the sticking efficiency, attachment rate coefficient and filter factor increased with increasing ionic strength and coated sand content. The value of filter factor in the first experiments ranged from 1.45 e-2 to 6.72 e-2 1/cm while in the second experiments it ranged from 2.78 e-2 to 6.32 e-2 1/cm. Our filter factor values are one order of magnitude lower than those from other studies. This discrepancy can be attributed to the size of sand used in the experiment. The analysis demonstrated that the travel distance of bacteria estimated using the filter factor can be varied greatly depending on the solution chemistry and charge heterogeneity of porous media.
