철도 차량 배선의 전압강하에 대한 고찰 (A study of Voltage Dmp in Electrical Wiring System for Railway Vehicles)

  • To meet the demand increasing passengers in railway vehicles, railway transportation service companies are increasing the numbers of cars per train-set. Two solutions, Variable train-set formations and Multiple train-set operation, are common way to increase the transportation capability. These kind of long distance train-set can effect train-set command and control system, and sometimes the digital signals using train line from master cabin can not reach to the systems located the other extremity slave car. This is so called Voltage Drop. This phenomenon is originated from the electrical power consumption and electrical cable resistance, and cause to the equipments or cars located end of the electrical cable way, malfunction or abnormal operations. This voltage drop happens not only in train lines but also Battery Power Lines. The purpose of this investigation is to design high reliability railway vehicles by clarifying the possibility of happening these events case by case, by analyzing the reasons, and finally by finding the best solutions.

  • Facing in very repidly changing environments via information technologies, we need to study and develop new information technologies in postal delivery service in Korea. We study to find the near optimal route for the better postal service between the collection centers. Optimal routing decision for the postal delivery is NP-Hard. The main purpose of this paper is to develop the near optimal simulation technique for the postal routing decision. We consider the distance between collection centers, and the quantity of post articles in the collection center to obtain the near optimal route. We use the heuristic algorithm to obtain the near optimal solution for the transportation route of postal articles. Also, we try to show the transportation route by using the map after deciding the near optimal route.

  • 포유류 동물 난자의 제외배양법이 발달되어 온 이래 趙 (1974)에 의한 미세관내 배양방법이 여러가지 장점을 가지고 있어 널리 이용되고 있다. 본 연구는 이 방법을 보다 간편하게 이용하는 방법과 이 방법을 이용하여 수송가능성을 제시하고저 행하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 사용한, simple culture device는 체외배양법으로서 매우 경제적인 한편 배양의 결과는 매우 양호하였다. 본 방법으로 배양중에 있는 난자의 수송이 가능함을 제시하였고, 난자의 성숙및 초기배아의 분화과정에 대한 연구를 손쉽게 여러 연구실에서 행할수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

인적특성을 고려한 고령 운전자 교통사고 영향요인 분석 (Analysis of Old Driver's Accident Influencing Factors Considering Human Factors)

  • This paper reports the aging driver traffic accident severity modeling results. For the modeling, Poisson regression approach is applied using the data set obtained from the Korea Transportation Safety Authority's simulator-based driver aptitude test results. The test items include the estimations of moving objects' speed and stopping distance, drivers' multi-task capability, and kinetic depth perception and so on. The resulting model with the response variable of equivalent property damage only(EPDO) indicated that EPDO is significantly influenced by moving objects' speed estimation and drivers' multi-task capabilities. More interestingly, a comparison with the younger driver model revealed that the degradation of such capabilities may result in severer crashes for older drivers as suggested by the higher estimated parameters for the older driver model.

High Accuracy Vision-Based Positioning Method at an Intersection

  • This paper illustrates a vision-based vehicle positioning method at an intersection to support the C-ITS. It removes the minor shadow that causes the merging problem by simply eliminating the fractional parts of a quotient image. In order to separate the occlusion, it firstly performs the distance transform to analyze the contents of the single foreground object to find seeds, each of which represents one vehicle. Then, it applies the watershed to find the natural border of two cars. In addition, a general vehicle model and the corresponding space estimation method are proposed. For performance evaluation, the corresponding ground truth data are read and compared with the vision-based detected data. In addition, two criteria, IOU and DEER, are defined to measure the accuracy of the extracted data. The evaluation result shows that the average value of IOU is 0.65 with the hit ratio of 97%. It also shows that the average value of DEER is 0.0467, which means the positioning error is 32.7 centimeters.

  • The Provision of a Passing lane is strongly recommended When adeguate Passing Sight distance cannot be acguired at a Section of two-lane highway. Passing lanes are usually installed at two-lane highways along the shoulder area to minimize the impact of slow-moving heavy vehicles. The design concepts and specific dimension associated with the Passing lane construction are investigated in This research. In addition a case study was made using the field study data. Currently the level of service at the case study area was analyzed to be "F" based on 1985 Highway Capacity Manual procedure. With the installation of passing lanes, the level of service was improved into "C". A computer Simulation program developed by Australian Road Research Boand was utilized to analyze the effect of passing lanes.

비선형설계모형을 이용한 대중교통요금구조평가 (A Nonlinear Programming Model for Evaluating Public Transit Fare Structure)

  • A nonlinear programming model for evaluating public transit fare system is proposed. The model finds transit fare level and the structure that maximizes gross fare-box revenue subject to constraints on minimum ridership and the form of the fare equations. It is assumed that the demand for transit is a function of fare and its own-fare elasticity. It is assumed that the demand for transit is a function of fare and its own-fare elasticity. It is also assumed that the conditions including fare of the other modes are unchanged ; i.e., partial equilibrium. Empirical study has been performed for the case of Seoul subway system. This study includes an analysis of fare structure ; flat system and distance-based fare system. Sensitivity and comperative static analysis for elasticity has been also demonstrated.

  • In intelligent warehouse picking system, the allocation of tasks has an important influence on the efficiency of the whole system because of the large number of robots and orders. The paper proposes a method to solve the task allocation problem that multi-robot task allocation problem is transformed into transportation problem to find a collision-free task allocation scheme and then improve the capability of task processing. The task time window and the power consumption of multi-robot (driving distance) are regarded as the utility function and the maximized utility function is the objective function. Then an integer programming formulation is constructed considering the number of task assignment on an agent according to their battery consumption restriction. The problem of task allocation is solved by table working method. Finally, simulation modeling of the methods based on table working method is carried out. Results show that the method has good performance and can improve the efficiency of the task execution.

안전성 제고를 위한 버스전용차로 디자인 연구 (A Study on the Safety-Maximizing Design of Exclusive Bus Lanes)

  • 도로 중앙에 위치한 버스전용차로는 일반차로상에서 복수의 차로변경을 통해 일반차로의 가장왼쪽 차로에서 버스전용차로로 진입할 수 있다. 성공적인 버스전용차로 운영을 위해서 특히 주목해야 할 사항은 도로 진입구에서 도로중앙에 위치한 버스전용차로 진 출입구간까지의 적당한 차로변경구간길이이다. 차로변경길이 증감에 대한 안전민감도 분석을 통해 적절한 차로변경구간길이에 대한 지침을 도출할 수 있다. 하지만 차로변경구간길이에 대한 지침을 도출하기 위한 과정은 다양한 교통량 및 차로변경구간길이와 안전과의 상관관계 현장데이터가 필요하기 때문에 어려움이 있다. 본 연구는 미시적 교통시뮬레이션 프로그램(VISSIM)을 통해 차량의 흐름을 시뮬레이션하고, 시뮬레이션된 각 차량의 궤도(trajectory) 데이터를 기초로 Surrogate Safety Assessment Model (SSAM)을 이용하여 차로변경구간길이 증감에 따른 차량들간의 상충횟수(또는 안전의 정도)를 조사한다. 그리고 차로변경구간길이와 상충횟수의 관계를 다중선형회귀모형으로 정립한다. 마지막으로 다중선형회귀모형을 통해 차로변경구간길이에 대한 디자인 지침을 도출한다. 디자인 지침은 차로변경 교통량이 증가할수록 안전을 확보하기 위해 증가된 차로변경길이가 요구됨을 보여준다.

다중 사이클 시스템을 위한 실시간 위치 기반 컨테이너 야드 트랙터 최단거리 계산 (Computation of the Shortest Distance of Container Yard Tractor for Multi-Cycle System)

  • 생산성은 컨테이너를 취급하는 작업소요시간의 최소화에 의해 극대화된다. 따라서 기존에는 전산시스템의 개선을 통해 생산성 향상을 추구해왔으나 이송장비의 운영 및 이송방식의 문제점으로 인해 한계가 있었다. 즉, 대표적인 이송장비인 Y/T(Yard Tractor)는 한 번의 주행에 양하 또는 적하 작업 중 하나만 가능하기 때문에 한 번의 주행에 양하와 적하를 순차적으로 동시에 수행할 수 있다면 작업소요시간이 단축될 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 RTLS(Real Time Location System) 기반의 Multi-Cycle System을 통하여 문제점을 해결하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 RTLS기술을 활용하여 Y/T의 실시간 위치파악, GIS기술을 통한 Y/T실시간 위치표시 및 최단거리 알고리즘(다익스트라)을 터미널업무에 활용하여 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. 시스템에 대한 시뮬레이션 결과, 평균치대비 절감 운전거리율은 9%가 되었고 최대치대비 절감 운전거리율은 19%가 되었음을 확인할 수 있어 결과적으로 컨테이너터미널 생산성이 극대화됨을 알 수 있었다.
