  • In the context of the 4th Industrial Revolution, IoT, Big Data, and VR are rapidly emerging as core sectors of future industries. In particular, the VR has been under the limelight as a new media content appealing to new generation. And the VR user is not merely a 'spectator', but the 'actor'. In other words, the newness of VR is not in the 'more likely representation of the virtual reality', but in the 'making it act more virtual (more technically, 'interactive')' in the virtual world. In this paper, we examine the VR cinema in terms of film composition unit, montage, cinematic space, mise-en-$sc{\grave{e}}ne$ and perspective. The VR cinema, which is in the early stage of evolution, is basically based on $360^{\circ}$ image that strengthens the autonomy of the audience's point of view, but other factors like haptic or sonic immersion are becoming increasingly important. In addition, the VR cinema will be combined with AR, MR, SR, and Interactive technologies, and will expand its horizon as it is produced in various forms. Therefore, it is expected that more detailed viewpoint will be applied in the subsequent study on VR cinema.

  • The core of Laban Movement Analysis, which is used for academic research purposes, is that the individual's psychological or emotional state through movement is expressed in external motion by internal intention, which is symbolic of internal emotions. In addition, the Laban motion analysis focuses on analyzing the structure of the object of movement and its structure comparatively and analytically with the past or other structures, and the analyzed grammars of the dance ultimately influence each other in psychological, social and cultural aspects 'Relationality' provides clues to be found. It also provides a resource of records in terms of the system implied from the 'momentary nature' of dance, which has educational value as a multidisciplinary research material.

  • This essay aims to examine Korean motion picture policy on the government censorship system from Jacques Derrida's thought associated with sense of ethics. Korean motion picture policy has focused on protection of domestic films to achieve a national goal from military dictatorship regime, so-called people unification or social stability. It also aimed to spread propaganda for despotic government. Thus, the government keeps tight control over all motion picture policy. It restricts not only freedom of choosing movies but also creativity from artist. Derrida used to talk about the justice and violence law. Derrida's thought is connected with the ethical consideration. This research concerned about the violence within film censorship policy of Korean government and explore possibilities of ethical censorship policy from Derrida's perspectives.

  • It was after mid 1990s that convergence of art and technology had become a critical issue and governments set new support system for its enrichment. Since then, the government continues to expand support programs to extend integration of art, culture and other genre including technology because nexus, convergence has regarded important competitive factors in cultural policy. The concept of convergence and complexation in culture and art has been a very attracting issue since it appeared and accordingly various policies are supported. However, there are still numerous issues and problems to be solved along with discussion. This paper summarizes government policies to support convergence and complexation of culture and art in Korea and overseas and looks into their trends and cases and then suggests development of future policies and supporting businesses.

  • The most prominent phenomenon in performing arts in recent is the social sharing of art products. As a result of the city's reinterpretation of each local government, production of performances, activation of performances outside the theater, and performances performed in streets and specific spaces and public spaces deviate from traditional theater-based performance forms through social communication and expansion. Also, it is seen as an effort to expand the delinquency of the act. Furthermore, it can be said that this proves the publicity of contemporary performing arts. I will research the audience and learners through the Opera Estate festival, a recent exhibition in the Balsano del Grappa, Italy, which is based on the site-specific performance form that has been actively conducted several years ago.

First, as a background study, it examines the history of ugliness in the history of beauty and discusses the meaning of ugliness in an aesthetic sense. Furthermore, i will look at the aesthetic theory of Rosenkrantz's Aesthetic Theory, which has developed in-depth discussions about ugliness, and discusses similar or other aspects of opinion. Finally, to demonstrate the aesthetics of the application of ugliness in modern cinema, the specific sound of David Lynch's film is analyzed in detail and its relationship with images. • If virtual reality is well known through the medias, it seems that a few visual concepts are clearly related to VR. We try to think about it and introduce to a philosophy of VR techniques. So, from techniques and media techno-powers promotional campaigns, we aim to areal technology, it means an objective reflection on the VR techniques. To do so, we study the representations of VR in films. And we conclude that a negative image is the most common representation, related, often, to an Orwellian vision of the future world. In the second part, we study some VR films, and especially some made by famous film directors (Iñárritu, Bigelow). 'Head-turn' and 'Walk-around' films are commented to check their limits. Finally, we consider that for the moment, VR remains only a new space to screen films (into VR platforms connected to the Internet).

  • After the coronavirus pandemic, quarantine or social distancing was required for public health and almost all international exchanges were restricted. Those changes affected huge peoples lifestyle including a way of behaving, purchase and even old habits seemed unable to change. The art market also faced many changes. Art fairs are the primary sectors in the art market but restrictions on gathering and exchanges between countries have primarily affected the size and the type of event. Online platforms are rising, art fairs opened online viewing rooms on the internet instead of booths in the convention center. Even galleries opened their own viewing rooms or renewed online pages to promote artworks and communicate with customers. In this paper, we will examine the effects of Corona on the art market and will seek a way to react to those changes and challenges.
