  • In this study, Transient Characteristics of the Punch-Through Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (PT-IGBT) has been studied. On the contraty to Non-Punch Through Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor(NPT-IGBT), PT-IGBT has buffer layer It has a simple drive circuit controlled by the gate voltage of the MOSFET and the low on-state resistance of the bipolar junction transistor. In this paper, the transient characteristics with temperature of the PT-IGBT has been analyzed analytically. PT-IGBT is made to reduce switching power loss. Excess Minority carrier distribution inactive base region and base charge, the rate of voltage with time is expressed analytically to include buffer layer.

  • The stress induced leakage currents will affect data retention in synapse transistors and the stress current, transient current is used to estimate to fundamental limitations on oxide thicknesses. The synapse transistor made by thin silicon oxides has represented the neural states and the manipulation which gaves unipolar weights. The weight value of synapse transistor was caused by the bias conditions. Excitatory state and inhibitory state according to weighted values affected the channel current. The stress induced leakage currents affected excitatory state and inhibitory state.

  • MATLAB/$SIMULINK^{TM}$ 환경 기반에서 일반적인 터보 축 엔진의 천이상태 및 시동 특성 해석을 위한 동적 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 터보축 엔진 구성품을 열역학 및 로터 동역학적인 관계식을 이용하여 모델을 구성하였다. 엔진 시동 특성은 보조동력장치에서 발생한 축력을 엔진 터빈에 전달시켜 엔진 각 구성품에서의 압력, 온도 및 축력의 변화 등에 대한 해석을 수행하였으며, 정상상태에서 작동 중인 모델엔진의 연료유량 변화에 대한 엔진 작동상황을 모사해 봄으로써 엔진 천이 특성에 대한 해석을 수행하였다. 향후, 엔진 제어기능을 기본 모델에 추가함으로써 보다 다양한 엔진 성능 시뮬레이션이 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

  • 본 논문에서는 기본 모드 원리를 침해하는 과도 고장이 존재하는 입력/출력 비동기 순차 회로의 내고장성 교정 제어 시스템을 제안한다. 비동기 순차 회로의 과도 천이 과정에서 발생하는 비-기본 모드 고장을 극복하기 위해서는 고장에 의한 상태 천이가 종료되는 시점을 알아야 하며, 회로를 고장 상태로부터 원래 도달해야 하는 상태와 출력 등가적인 상태로 보내기 위한 교정 동작을 구현해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 고장 탐지 및 극복을 구현할 수 있는 출력 피드백 교정 제어기의 존재 조건을 규명한다. FPGA 실험을 통해 제안된 제어 시스템의 설계 과정을 제시하고 응용 가능성을 검증한다.

Excited State Dynamics of Curcumin and Solvent Hydrogen Bonding

  • Curcumin is a natural product with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antiviral and antifungal functions. As it is known that the excited state intramolecular hydrogen transfer of curcumin are related to its medicinal antioxidant mechanism, we investigated its excited state dynamics by using femtosecond transient absorption spectroscopy in an effort to understand the molecule's therapeutic effect in terms of its photophysics and photochemistry. We found that stronger intermolecular hydrogen bonding with solvents weakens the intramolecular hydrogen bonding and decelerates the dynamical process of the enolic hydrogen. Exceptions are found in methanol and ethylene glycol due to their nature as simultaneous hydrogen bonding donor-acceptor and high viscosity solvent, respectively.

정상분 전압 관측기를 이용한 불평형 3상 전원의 PLL (PLL for Unbalanced Three-Phase Utility Voltage using Positive Sequence Voltage Observer)

  • 본 논문에서는 계통 전압이 불평형인 경우에 정확한 위상각을 검출할 수 있는 정상분 전압 관측기를 이용한 PLL(Phase Locked Loop) 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 PLL 방법은 기존의 전역 통과 필터(APF, All Pass Filter)를 이용하여 불평형 전원전압으로부터 정상분 전압을 구하는 것과는 달리 전차원 상태관측기를 사용함으로써 불평형사고 발생 시 추정위상각의 과도상태 응답특성을 개선하였다. 기존의 정상분 전압 추출 PLL 방법과 본 논문에서 제안된 PLL 방법의 성능을 비교하기 위해, 전원단 전압에 불평형 사고 발생시 위상각을 검출하는 실험을 하였고, 이를 통해 기존의 전역 통과 필터를 이용한 정상분 전압 추출 PLL 방법보다 제안된 전차원 상태관측기를 이용한 정상분 전압 추출 PLL 방법의 과도상태 응답특성이 개선됨을 입증하였다.

상태.공간 방식에 의한 항공기 동특성 해석 교육 시뮬레이터 개발 (Development of the Educational Simulator for Aircraft Dynamic Characteristic Analysis with the State-Space Method)

  • The analysis of an aircraft flight dynamics is recently very convenient because of the introduction of state-space method and a well-developed package software. The representation of a dynamic system is described as a simple form of matrix calculation and the unique form of model is available for the linear or nonlinear, time variant or time invariant, mono variable or multi variable system with state-space method. And this analysis can be simplified with the specific functions of a package software and it is very simplified to execute the simulation of the dynamic characteristics for an aircraft model with an interactive graphical treatment. The purpose of this study is to develope an educational flight simulator for the students who need to analyze the dynamic characteristics of an aircraft that is primarily to execute the simulation for the analysis of the transient response and frequency response of an aircraft stability. Furthermore the dynamic characteristics of an aircraft motion is set up as dynamical animation tool for the control response on 3-axis motions of an aircraft.

단상 계통연계형 태양광 발전 시스템의 직류링크 맥동전압 보상 (DC link Ripple Voltage Compensation of a Single-phase Grid-Connected PV System)

  • A single-phase grid-connected PV system is known as suitable for housing of less than 3 kW. The DC link voltage in a single-phase PV system has necessarily twice component of fundamental wave. It makes high THD in the grid current. According to the problem, power quality is lower. Many engineers have studied about this problem. The most simple method is to use low pass filter on DC link voltage control. However it is affected by DC link voltage control bandwidth. If cutoff frequency is reduced to increase the performance of low pass filter, it also lowers DC link voltage control bandwidth. Second method is using band stop filter, it works good on steady state but not good on transient state. This paper proposes the new method for removing ripple voltage to get an exact current reference. It improves the responses on steady state and transient state. The performance was verified through computer simulation using MATLAB and actual experiments.

활성슬러지공정의 수리학적 충격부하 반응 (Hydraulic Shock Load Response of Activated Sludge Process)

  • The objective of study was to examine to transient response of hydraulic shock loading in activated sludge process for treatment of municipal sewage. The general experiment approach was to operate the system under steady-state(pre-shock), then to apply step changes during 24hours in fourfold hydraulic shock loading at the same organic loading. Performance was assessed in both the transient state and the new steady-state(post-shock). Three bench scale activated sludge reactors were operated to investigate the effect of fourfold hydraulic shock loading on TSS and COD removal efficiency. In activated sludge reactors operated with 13hours and 7hours of HRT, effluent quality of all reactors was not changed for few effects, and also showed no foaming and no sludge bulking. Those results are the same as sludge withdrawn reactors. The effect of fourfold hydraulic shock loading on the activated sludge reactors operated with 3hours of HRT was most severe. The effluent quality was deteriorated significantly and generate foaming in reactors. Less than 24hours after the fourfold shock loading applied, the activated sludge system seemed to attain a new steady-state condition as show by effluent.
