  • Through this study, we found out whether to measure objectively by using Transactional Analysis(TA) evaluating their own growth and benefit of health through the change of Ego-state, the personality structure and brain waves monitoring electric signals occurring in the brain of the human biological signals. According to the results of brain-wave test, M-type is brain-waves of healthy adults and a, ${\beta}$ were dominantly observed in the occipital while not sleeping. In particular, ${\beta}$ appears widely throughout the brain during nervous or concentrating metal activities and unlike N-type experimenters, ${\beta}$ was found to be dominant in M-type experimenters even in stable condition. N-type is brain waves of healthy adults and a, ${\beta}$ were dominantly observed in the occipital while not sleeping. In particular, unlike nervous or concentrating M-type, there was no noise such as tension and blink while resting. In addition, it turned out that subjects with high levels of A ego do not return quickly to the stable state and show a lot of Blinking and swallowing saliva, noise regardless of the pattern of Egogram. And brain waves of 11 people that the difference in data of OK-gram and Ego-state is the same in all items or less than -5 showed a low amplitude of $20{\mu}V$ in general. In conclusion, this study identified that the theory of personality pattern of Transactional Analysis Theory and brain-wave findings are consistent and also found out that brain waves are also associated according to each Ego-state of Egogram.

  • This study analyzed the survey data of 162 rescuers working in G Special Self-Governing Province to find out the effect of the transactional and transformational leadership of 119 rescuer leaders on life satisfaction. As a result of analysis through multiple regression analysis, it was found that the life satisfaction of 119 rescuers was greatly influenced by the leadership style of their leaders. It has been confirmed that transformational and transactional leadership are not independent of each other, and that the appropriate balance of these two leadership approaches has a positive effect on the life satisfaction and organizational life of the rescuers. Therefore, the 119 rescuers' team leaders should create an environment in which transformational and transactional leadership can be balanced. Specifically, transformational leadership should be exercised through individualized consideration, intellectual stimulation, and inspirational motivation, while at the same time improving transactional leadership by establishing a reward system based on performance. Through this, it is expected that the quality of rescue service at the site will be improved by increasing the life satisfaction of 119 rescuers and laying the foundation for them to demonstrate their potential capabilities. The findings of this study provide practical implications for improving the quality of life and organizational performance of 119 rescuers.

The followings are the summary of findings of this study. The first finding shows that both transformational and transactional leadership have positive impacts on the job satisfaction of the soldiers. In this context, it is recommended that army commanders should apply effectively these behaviors of leadership in order to achieve their goals in military organizations. The second sector of the analysis includes the moderating effect of subordinates' active engagement within the relationship between the commanders' leadership and job satisfaction of the soldiers. The finding of the second analysis shows that subordinates' active engagement has positive moderating effect on the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction. However, it has no moderating effect on the relationship between transactional leadership and job satisfaction. This implies that army commanders should apply the behavioral factors of both leadership styles and encourage active engagement of soldiers in order to enhance the satisfaction of soldiers, focusing more on applying the behavioral factors of transformational leadership.
