Objectives: The purpose of the study is to investigate the influencing factors on satisfaction of clinical practice field in dental hygiene students. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 273 dental hygiene students in Gyeongnam from September 7 to 25, 2015 after receiving informed consent. Except incomplete answers, 269 data were analyzed. The questionnaire consisted of general characteristics of the subjects, awareness of clinical practice field satisfaction, awareness of clinical practice contents, clinical practice training, awareness of clinical practice field, future plan and behavioral change. The questionnaire was measured by Likert 5 point scale. Results: In clinical practice training, the satisfied group showed a significantly higher score than the unsatisfied group(p<0.001). In future plan and behavior change, the satisfied group showed a significantly higher score than the unsatisfied group(p<0.001). The influencing factors on clinical practice field included awareness of clinical practice field(p<0.001), awareness of clinical practice contents(p<0.001), clinical practice training(p<0.001), and future plan and behavior changes(p<0.01). Conclusions: The influencing factors on satisfaction of clinical practice field included awareness of clinical practice contents and clinical practice training, and future plan and behavioral change. It is important to develop the program for the effective clinical practice to enhance future pland behavioral change for the dental hygiene students.

이 연구에서는 문화예술교육 분야 전문 인력들이 아르떼 아카데미 연수내용 또는 연수방법을 현장에서 얼마나 활용하고 있는지를 분석하고, 전문 인력 역량강화를 위한 연수의 시사점 및 개선점을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 아르떼 아카데미 연수 참여자들을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 현업활용도를 조사하였다. 분석 결과, 전반적 현업활용은 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 그러나 현업활용은 간접적 활용과 직접적 활용으로 구분되는데, 간접적 활용이 직접적 활용보다 높은 결과를 보여주었다. 이는 연수 참여자들이 개인적인 역량강화와 같은 측면에서 효과를 보이지만, 연수에서 학습된 내용들을 직접적으로 현장에서 활용하는데 있어서 다소 미흡했음을 보여주는 것이다. 간접적 활용도 연수의 성과이고 역량강화를 위해서 필요한 부분이지만, 문화예술교육이 문화예술을 향유하는 수요자 중심의 정책이라는 것을 고려하면 현장에서 보다 직접적으로 활용되는 부분이 강화될 필요가 있고, 강화된 전문 인력들의 역량이 현장에 보다 원활히 적용될 수 있는 방안이 필요하다. 한국문화예술교육진흥원에서는 이러한 점을 검토하고 간접적 활용보다는 직접적 활용이 높은 연수를 기획하고 운영할 필요가 있다.

Increasing utilization of radiation and RI (Radioisotope) in nuclear industry including non-power area has achieved sustainable development of radiation industry. Industries are no longer confined by a single technology or abilities but expanded for application gradually. RI-Biomics fields are one of the convergence technology that is recognized on a high-tech industry. Unlike the conventional industry, RI-Biomics field needs to various specialists to perform related task. There is no domestic training program to educate the whole process. This study aims to suggest the plan for improvement of practical skills for specialists in RI-Biomics through development of our training program. For this purpose, we have first investigated the opinion about classification scheme from experts and then analyzed the results in order to reflecting our training program. Based on analyzed results, conformity assessment was executed to organize curriculum through status of constructed device and instructor in domestic. Our training program was performed jointly with KAERI (Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute). RI-Biomics center is prepared with facilities of overall experiment to improve quality of education. Due to the fact that specialists have routine task, we organized a five-day short course to reflect temporal difficulties. We performed a trial operation to 6 participants in RI-Biomics field. Through the survey for the specialists who participated in the program, we evaluated the efficiency of our training program. The results showed that participants were satisfied with the organized curriculum and educational materials. Therefore, our program is expected to be utilized as basic research data to develop feasible program for policy development and to improve practical skills in RI-Biomics.

Recent research on synaptic devices has been reviewed from the perspective of hardware-based neuromorphic computing. In addition, the backgrounds of neuromorphic computing and two training methods for hardware-based neuromorphic computing are described in detail. Moreover, two types of memristor- and CMOS-based synaptic devices were compared in terms of both the required performance metrics and low-power applications. Based on a review of recent studies, additional power-scalable synaptic devices such as tunnel field-effect transistors are suggested for a plausible candidate for neuromorphic applications.

We introduce a display for virtual-reality (VR) fire training. Firefighters prefer to wear and operate a real breathing apparatus while experiencing full visual immersion in a VR fire space. Thus, we used a thin head-mounted display (HMD) with a light field and folded optical system, aiming to both minimize the volume for integration in front of the face into a breathing apparatus and maintain adequate visibility, including a wide viewing angle and resolution similar to that of commercial displays. We developed the optical system testing modules and prototypes of the integrated breathing apparatus. Through iterative testing, the thickness of the output optical module in front of the eyes was reduced from 50 mm to 60 mm to less than 20 mm while maintaining a viewing angle of 103°. In addition, the resolution and image quality degradation of the light field in the display was mitigated. Hence, we obtained a display with a structure consistent with the needs of firefighters in the field. In future work, we will conduct user evaluation regarding fire scene reproducibility by combining immersive VR fire training and real firefighting equipment.

이 연구에서는 국가기술자격의 분류체계가 21세기 산업구조와 기술변화에 부응할 수 있도록 하기 위해서 현행 26개로 설정되어 있는 직무분야의 적절성을 검토하였으며, 이에 터하여 국가기술자격제도 관리 운영의 효율성과 효과성을 높일뿐만 아니라 자격취득자의 취업을 촉진할 수 있는 새로운 직무분야 분류체계를 마련하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 국가기술자격제도와 관련된 문헌 및 자료를 수집 분석하였고, 국가기술자격 직무분야의 적절성에 대한 전문가 의견 등을 수렴하여 26개 국가기술자격 직무분야를 13개 분야로 새롭게 구분 제시하였다.

Although most of Korean PT professors and clinical lecturers has been thought the importance of the PT student's clinical practice, there has got a lot of training problems in clinical field. As the result, of our survey study pointed out trouble of the (1) training duration (2) training credits (3) training evaluation (4) training workbook (5) training fee (6) training hospital numbers and (7) training quality etc, in Korean today's situation. So we suggest the Internship-training system for above half a year after student has got a PT licence, as a desired training model.

본 연구의 주된 목적은 중소기업의 현장에서 각종 프로그램을 교육하고 있는 현장교육생들을 대상으로 현장교육이 업무생산에 어떠한 영향을 미쳤는지를 실증적으로 밝혀 보는데 있다. 연구결과 교육훈련의 하위영역인 교육 경험, 교육 동기, 교육 만족도, 인구학적 특성과 교육훈련의 성과, 그리고 생산성 향상의 하위 영역인 업무 생산성, 산업 복지, 조직관리, 교육 기간 등과 밀접한 상관관계가 있으므로 교육훈련의 하위 변인들을 적절히 조절함으로써 업무의 교육 경험을 극대화 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 향후 실업자(청년 실업자 포함) 재취업 현장교육이 빛을 발하고 보다 질 높은 좋은 프로그램을 개발하여 만족스러운 교육이 되도록 하는 정책적 함의 및 시사점을 제공하였다.

The purpose of this study is to illuminate the influence happened by the process of acquirement of professional cooking skills related to satisfaction with duty of hotel cooks according to the development and expansion of the food service industry. First, interaction with colleagues, working environment, accomplishment of duty, satisfaction of duty etc. have a big effect on improvement of cooking skills, that is, acquirement and accumulation of cooking skill. Therefore, it's confirmed that improvement of skill can be promoted if we focus on this kind of factors and meet more positively. Second, field education training should be operated professionally with systematic education training. Third, duty rotation has an effect on skill advancement. It can be interpreted that oppressive feelings caused by ability, skill, knowledge, human relations etc. which is required in new business related to frequent change of the business in one's charge can have an effect on duty satisfaction. It's considered that comprehensive and in-depth study should be accomplished in future concerning duty rotation, field training.

Safety training for foreign workers should be thoroughly done. But it has not been done well even if field safety manager understand that the training has not been well provided. 72% of responders (Safety Managers) at field thinks that safety training has not been well provided at a site. It is shown that there are not any additional measures to correct this problem. Eventually, the reasons of that the training is not well provided, and foreign workers do not understand safe condition at site, well lead to an accident at construction site.
