일반인에게 실시한 심폐소생술 교육효과 (CPR Training Effect for Civilian)

  • Purpose: This study was focused on the training effects of the cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) which is based on the AHA guideline 2010 for lay person. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of the CPR training for civilian by checking the performance ability of the subjects before and after the CPR education. Method: This study was a single primary experimental study designed with pre and post test. Study subjects were 55 apartment managers who participated in all test on December 5 and December 11, 2011. The tools of this study were CPR performing evaluation sheet and CPR teaching program(AHA). Data were analysed by descriptive statistics, t-test, repeated ANOVA and Bonferroni with SPSS 18.0 program. Result: The CPR practice performing ability was significantly increased by test. The CPR practice performing ability of the learning experience group had significantly higher score than that of non-experience group. The self-confidence on CPR practice when faced emergency situation was highly increased after practice training. Conclusion: Practical performance evaluation score has improved step by step. The primary and secondary practical evaluation showed a significant difference in all items and practice-oriented education was found to be effective in CPR training.

‘내경일지선(內徑一指禪)’ 기공수련이 대학생의 운동부하 스트레스 후의 심폐기능 및 Catecholamine 변화에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Qigong training on the cardiopulmonary functions and catecholamine levels after physical traning stress in untrained college students)

  • This study was performed to investigate the effects of Qigong training after physical training stress in untrained college students For this study, 6 voluntary subjects(male 4, female 2) were chosen in untrained students of K University. they were trained by teachers during 6 weeks and tested just before Qingong training and after 6 weeks. Each subject was performed a treadmill exercise(model Q65, Quinton Co, U.S.A.) to the all-out state. During exercise stress test, electrocardiogram, heart rate were checked by stress test monitor(model Q4500, Quinton Co, U.S.A) and also oxygen uptake, maximal oxygen uptake analyzed continuously by automatic gas analysis(model QMC, Quinton Co, U.S.A). During physical training the serum were collected 3 times, pre-experimental rest time, and serum catecholamine were measured by HPLC.T-test of statistical analysis system was used in every experiment for statistical assessment. The results of T-test on these data were summarized as follow:1.Heart rate change during exercise stress test after Qigong training was shown more decreasing tendency than before training. Especially, heart rate change after Qigong training during resting periods was decreased significantly than before training.2. Oxygen uptake change during exercise stress test after Qigong training was shown more increasing tendency than before training, And also maximal oxygen uptake after Qigong training was shown more increasing tendency than before 6 weeks.3. Epinephrine level of after Qigong training was more decreased significantly than before training in all-out state. And norepinephrine level of after Qigong training was shown more decreasing tendency than before training in all-out state and after 30 minutes rest time. Above results indicate that Qigong training for 6 weeks could be effective to elevate the cardiopulmonary functions and diminish the stress responses of the physical stress.

중소기업의 관리시스템과 지식경영의 관계 및 분권화와 공식화의 조절효과 (The Relationship Between Managerial System and Knowledge Management, and the Moderating Effects of Decentralization and Formalization in Small Business)

  • 지식정보사회의 출현으로 기업은 지식정보에 대한 중요성을 인식하고 지식을 창출, 이전 및 활용하는 지식경영에 많은 관심을 갖고 있다. 특히 중소기업은 대기업에 비해 자본과 전문인력이 부족하기 때문에 지식경영의 활성화를 통해 변화에 대응하려는 노력이 요구된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 중소기업의 관리시스템과 지식경영활동의 관계를 실증분석하며, 그러한 관계에서 조직구조의 조절효과를 살펴보고자 한다. 실증 분석을 위한 자료수집은 강원 영서지역에 입지한 227개 중소기업에 대한 설문의 배부 및 회수를 통해 이루어졌다. 관리시스템이 지식경영에 미치는 효과 및 조직구조로서 분권화와 공식화의 조절효과를 분석한 결과, 최고경영층지원과 교육훈련은 지식획득과 지식이전에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 관리시스템(최고경영층지원, 보상체계, 교육훈련)과 지식경영의 관계에서 분권화와 공식화의 조절효과에 대한 분석결과 분권화는 교육훈련이 지식이전에 미치는 긍정적 효과를 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 공식화는 최고경영층지원과 보상체계가 지식획득에 미치는 긍정적 효과를 감소시키며, 보상체계가 지식이전에 미치는 긍정적 효과도 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 최고경영층지원과 교육훈련이 지식획득과 지식이전에 긍정적 영향을 미친다는 점에서 최고경영층은 구성원들의 제안이나 아이디어 창출을 장려하고, 수평적 의사소통채널을 활성화하여 생성된 지식과 정보가 구성원들에게 폭넓게 전파되도록 하는 것이 필요하다. 그리고 교육훈련을 업무상 아이디어 창출과 관련된 기법을 습득하도록 하며, 교육훈련 이후의 전파교육을 통해 지식생성과 지식이전을 촉진하도록 설계할 필요가 있다. 분권화는 관리시스템이 지식경영활동에 미치는 긍정적 효과를 촉진하는데 반해 공식화는 긍정적 효과를 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 권한위임과 재량권 위양을 통한 분권화를 지향하고, 규정과 절차에 따르기 보다는 조직간소화를 추진함이 바람직하다.

중학교 남녀학생별 가정교과에 대한 인식 및 학습효과 -경남지역을 중심으로- (The Learning Effects and the Cognition of Home Economics by Sex in Middle Schools)

  • The aims of this research study is to clear the differences of the learning effects and the cognition of Home Economics by sex in the middle school and to collect the future-oriented educational dates, after implementing the 6th education curriculum. The results of the study are as follows ; 1. Most of students had the cognition that Home Economics is a subject matter of a needful knowledge and skill for the family life, half students a cultural subject matter for the modern life. The former was supported by female students, the latter by male students. 2. Most of students were interested in actual training fields of cooking and hand-sewing, had a strong interest about a field of physical and social-psychological growth. The differences by sex interest about significant in these fields. 3. Most of students had positive responses in the learning effects of Home Economics. The most useful field was cooking and the worst was the structure and method of sewing machine. 4. The shortage and the dissatisfaction in the learning of Home Economics were lacking of the actual training hours, the old-fashioned teaching methods and the shortage of teaching materials etc.

Blended learning을 이용한 임상실습 오리엔테이션 프로그램의 효과 (Effects of a Blended Learning Orientation Program for Clinical Practicums of Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study proposed to examine the effects of a blended-learning orientation program executed for nursing students' clinical practice. Method: The participants were 61 nursing students in the experimental group and 57 in the control group. For the experimental group, a blended-learning orientation program was executed by e-learning (on-line) and lecture-led training (off-line) from two-week before the start of clinical practice in medical-surgical nursing. For the control group, orientation was given in the traditional lecture-led training by distributing printed materials before clinical practice. A pre-test was conducted on the experimental and control group before clinical practice, and a post-test was conducted after two-week of clinical practice in order to examine the effects of the orientation program. Results: After two-week of clinical practice, differences were observed between the experimental group and the control group in adaptation to clinical practice (F=10.242, p=.002), communication skills (F=4.305, p=.040) and clinical competence (F=6.823, p=.010). Conclusions: The blended-learning orientation program enhanced nursing students' adaptation to clinical practice, improved their communication skill and increased their clinical competence. Accordingly, it is recommended to develop and apply practical education using blended-learning in the area of nursing science.

직장의 교육훈련이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of Job Training on Job Stress)

  • 본 연구는 직장에서 교육훈련을 1회 이상 참여한 근로자를 대상으로 2016년 10월 10일부터 10월 28일까지 총 63부를 설문 조사 분석하였으며, 교육훈련이 직무스트레스에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석 하였다. IBM SPSS Statistics 20을 이용하여 요인분석 32개 문항을 사용하여 4개 요인을 도출하였고 유의확률 p=.000로 검증되었다. 연구결과 첫째. 직장의 교육훈련과 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향은 직장의 OJT 교육이 직무 스트레스 해소에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교육훈련이 업무스트레스 간의 상관성은 OJT 교육(p<.01, ${\beta}=.526$)과 Off-JT 교육(p<.01, ${\beta}=.508$)이 업무스트레스와 상관관계가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경력에 따른 업무 스트레스 간의 차이는 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 경력은 10년 이상보다 3~6년 미만이 업무스트레스에 더 민감한 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구에서 교육훈련이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향을 검증한 것에 의의가 있다.

중소제조업의 NCS 기반 교육훈련이 직무수행에 미치는 영향 (Influence of NCS-based education and training on job performance)

  • 본 연구는 중소제조업의 NCS 기반 교육훈련이 직무수행에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, NCS적용 교육훈련이 직무수행을 높이는 데 미친 영향을 분석한 결과 집체교육이 직무지식(p<.001, ${\beta}=5.130$), 현장훈련이 직무기술(p<.01, ${\beta}=3.783$), 현장훈련이 직무태도(p<.05, ${\beta}=-2.448$)에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, NCS 기반 교육훈련이 직무수행 상관관계에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 직무기술과 직무지식(p<.01, ${\beta}=.740$), 직무기술과 집체교육(p<.01, ${\beta}=.459$), 직무지식과 집체교육(p<.01, ${\beta}=.575$)과 직무태도와 현장훈련(p<.05, ${\beta}=-.320$), 집체교육과 현장훈련(p<.05, ${\beta}=.268$)이 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 일반적 특성의 연령이 직무태도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 20대(3.44), 30대(3.26), 40대(3.63)보다 50대(3.75)가 직무태도가 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 중소제조업의 NCS 기반 교육훈련이 직무수행에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 성과 분석에 관한 연구의 폭을 넓히고 학습형태에 따른 효과성을 규명하는 데 연구의 의의가 있다.

Effects of aerobic exercise training on the risk factors for liver diseases in elderly women with obesity and impaired fasting glucose: A pilot study

  • [Purpose] In the present pilot study, we aimed to investigate the effects of the Silverrobics exercise program, which is similar to aerobic dance, on the factors related to glucose metabolism and liver enzymes. [Methods] Eight elderly women with obesity and impaired fasting glucose participated in the Silverrobics exercise program (60 minutes per session for five times a week for 8 weeks). The program was conducted at 50-60% of the heart rate reserve at 1 to 2 weeks and at 60-80% of the heart rate reserve at 3 to 8 weeks. To verify the effect of this 8-week exercise program on glucose metabolism and liver enzymes, blood analysis at pre- and post-training was performed. [Results] After the Silverrobics exercise program, there were significant decreases in the glucose (p<0.05), glycated hemoglobin A1c (p<0.05), 1,5-anhydroglucitol (p<0.05), and insulin levels (p<0.01) and homeostatic model assessment of insulin resistance score (p<0.05). However, there were no significant effects on the liver enzymes, except for alkaline phosphatase. The alkaline phosphatase level increased after the Silverrobics exercise program (p<0.05). [Conclusion] Although the Silverrobics exercise program had no beneficial effects on the liver enzymes, it may play an important role in preventing liver diseases considering the effects on glucose metabolism.

"자녀의 힘을 북돋우는 부모" 프로그램이 어머니와 자녀에게 미치는 효과 - 어머니의 역할만족, 의사소통 및 자녀의 자아존중감, 사회적 능력을 중심으로 - (Effects of the Empowering Parents Training Program on Mothers and Their Children Emphasizing on Mothers' Parental Satisfaction, Communication Skills, Children's Self-esteem and Social Competence)

  • This study examined the effects of the Empowering Parents Training(EPT) program with emphasis on mother's parental satisfaction and communication skills and children's self-esteem and social competence. Subjects were 73 mothers and their 4th to 6th grade children in elementary schools in Seoul and Kyonggi-do. Thirty-seven mother-child dyads were assigned to the education group and 36 dyads were assigned to the comparison group. Mothers in the education group received EPT in 7 sessions. Statistical methods adopted for data analyses were ANCOVA and Scheffe test. EPT had a positive effect on enhancing mothers' parental satisfaction and communication skills. EPT had some positive influence on children's self-esteem and social competence. The executive model of EPT used in this study was considered effective by the parents and lecturers.
