기업 교육훈련의 전략적 평가 (Strategic Evaluation Of Education And Training In An Enterprise)

  • In these days, as human resource development is emphasized in an enterprise, the importance of evaluation of the education and training which is the means to practice is gradually increased. Because people wants to know the effects compared to the cost of the education and training in several years. Therefore, in this paper, I testified to a contribution about the strategic purpose of the functions of the education and training and I represented several strategies to practice it Through these strategies. the department of the education and training is getting know that how much does the education and training affect a prodectivity and a profit in offering service. And I also represented that it can be applied soft system analysis in developing concept model of ways of doing things. This analysis explains detaily the job performance skills which needs in each constituent element of system. The education and training can develop the ways of improving the job performance skills. The job performance skills affect a productivity and a profit. Finally, increasing of a profit due to the education and training represents the contribution of the strategic purpose and emphasize the development of the program for it. The education and training have to be considered the development of the marketing plan. If the prefects of the department of the education and training help their strategic purpose achievement, other departments can be given the services offering the education and training. The education and training measures the effects, embodies them and needs to be more sensitive making datas of the success cases.

산업체 현장실습 운영 현황 분석을 통한 개선 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the improvement through the present state analysis of the industry field training)

  • This paper examines the industry field training education model, analyze the operational status proposed improvement measures. Data were analyzed using a field training participating students participating industry last three years. On the other hand analysis field training participating students increased, industry participation has decreased. And most of the students took part in the seasonal short-term job training. In addition, it was difficult to analyze the employment status field training operations follow-up member. In this paper, a field training operations support system management models and practical training courses organized field trips how to improve. Field training operations support will be strengthened through the work associated with the company expanding participation model introduced and is expected to increase in the long-term practical training, students participate in field training system improvement. Run the job training Improvement in future research presented in this paper attempts to analyze the students' employment status and results of operations involved.

불안정판과 힘판을 이용한 평형감각 훈련시스템 개발 (Development of a Training System for Equilibrium Sense Using Unstable Platform and Force Plate)

  • In this paper, we present the development of a new training system for equilibrium sense and postural control. This system consists of an unstable platform, a force plate, a computer, and training programs. The unstable platform provides 360 degrees of movement allowing for training in all directions. To evaluate the effects of the training system, we performed various experiments to train the ability of equilibrium sense and postural control of fifteen young healthy subjects. We measured the time a subject maintains his or her center of pressure on a target, the time a subject moves his or her center of pressure to a target, and the mean absolute deviation of the trace before and after the training. We analyzed these parameters obtained before and after the training using paried-sample T-test. The result shows that the subjects experienced distinctive enhancement in their ability of postural control through the training using our system.

  • 육군은 육군합성전장훈련체계를 2026년까지 개발하고, 이를 활용하여 사단급 LVC통합훈련을 발전시킬 계획이다. 본 연구에서는 육군합성전장훈련체계에 VR/AR 기술을 적용하여 훈련의 효과와 효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 제안하였다. 이를 위해, 선진국과 한국군의 국방 분야 VR/AR 기술 활용사례를 분석한 결과, 교육훈련 체계를 실감형으로 전환했을 때 교육훈련의 효과와 효율이 향상될 수 있음을 확인하였다. 이에 따라, VR/AR 기술 적용 대상 국방 교육훈련 과목을 선정하여 제시하였고, 육군합성전장훈련체계에 VR/AR 기술을 적용하기 위한 발전방향을 고찰한 다음, 육군합성전장 훈련체계에 VR/AR 기술을 적용하는 방안을 제안하였다.

  • 현장실습 제도는 대학생들의 실무능력 향상을 위한제도이다. 이러한 현장실습제도는 대학의 정규 교육과정과 산업현장의 일을 연계한 학습경험 및 활동이다. 효율적인 현장실습제도를 실천하기 위해서는 기업과 대학, 학생 그리고 정부의 관심과 도움이 필요하다. 그러나 대부분의 산업체는 현장실습을 위한 전담직원이나 별도로 확보된 예산이 없는 상태에서 현장실습 인력을 수용하기가 어려운 현실이다. 그렇기 때문에 대학은 현장실습제도를 운영하는데 가장 큰 애로사항으로 실습을 위한 산업체를 확보하는 일이라고 할 수 있다. 그리고 학생들은 보다 선진화된 시설과 장비를 갖추고 있는 산업체에서 정당한 보수를 받고 실습에 참여하고 싶지만 현실적으로는 상당히 어려운 상황이다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 효율적인 산업체 현장실습제도를 운영하기 위해서 산업체 현장실습 운영과정을 위한 모델과 방법론을 제시하였다. 제시된 운영과정 모델과 방법론을 기반으로 현장실습제도가 운영된다면 학생들은 산업체의 현장 경험으로 창의력과 순발력을 발휘할 수 있는 기회와 다양한 차원의 교육을 받을 수 있는 현장실습 제도가 운영될 것으로 기대한다.

실시간 계통시뮬레이터를 이용한 송전계통 자동재폐로 교육 및 훈련 시스템 개발 (Development of Education and Training System for the Auto-Reclosing of Power Transmission System Using a Real Time Digital Simulator)

  • This paper summarizes an education and training system for the auto-reclosing of power transmission system using a real time digital simulator. The system is developed to understand the principle of reclosing and the sequence of automatic reclosing schemes, and practice the effects of reclosing actions to power system in real-time simulator. This study is concentrated into the following two parts. One is the development of real time education and training system of automatic reclosing schemes. For this, we use the RTDS(real time digital simulator) and the actual digital protective relay. The mathematical relay model of RTDS and the actual distance relay which is equipped automatic reclosing function are also used. The other is the user friendly interface between trainee and trainer. The various interface displays are used for user handing and result display. The conditions of automatic reclosing which is a number of reclosing, reclosing dead time, reset time, and so on, can be changed by the user interface panel. A number of scenario cases are reserved for the education and training. Through the test, we verified that the proposed system can be effectively used to accomplish the education and training of automatic reclosing.

직업능력표준을 활용한 교육훈련과정 설계방안 (A Study on Design of Vocational Education and Training Curriculum with Key Competencies)

  • The original element for development in current society is recognized as knowledge, technology and information. It has been developed and improved the human resources development system through the occupational standards that closely connected system among work, education training and qualification in every country. This study is for development of the occupation standards that was standardized the required competency element, performance criteria, range statement, assessment guideline in machinery industry, also developing the education training program based on competency to be able to apply department of relevant machinery industry in vocational high school. Occupational standards and key competencies were developed by expert in field engineer and verified about contents and level system by questionnaire and interviewing. Education training program was developed on SCID model, and the effectiveness and suitability of the training program was verified by teacher, professor and student belonging to training organization.

Development of damage control training scenarios of naval ships based on simplified vulnerability analysis results

  • Given the growing interest in damage control training for the naval ships and their organizations, expectations for a new concept of training program have also increased. The existing training programs and its concept focus on training crew to be more proficient and skilled so that they can respond better to damage situations, i.e., fires and flooding. This paper suggests a development procedure of damage control training scenarios using the survivability analysis results as a new concept of damage control training programs employing advanced systems such as damage control console, automation system, and kill cards. This approach could help the decision maker not only enhance his or her capability but also improve the reacting capability of crew members for complex situations induced by a weapon hit.

WMN 기반 전술훈련 평가시스템(TTES) 개발 (The Development of Tactical Training Evaluation System using WMN)

  • 유선을 통한 전술훈련시스템은 개활지 및 야지에서 실질적인 전장 상황 묘사에 따른 훈련성과를 기대하기 어렵다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 국내 외 적용된 사례가 없는 USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network) WMN(Wireless Mesh Network)을 활용한 전술훈련 및 훈련평가 시스템을 구축하여 보다 높은 훈련성과를 증대시키고, 원격제어를 통한 전술훈련 모니터링시스템을 구현하여 감지데이터를 통한 훈련장비의 상태 및 자동화된 훈련결과 출력 및 관리자의 편이성을 보장하고자 한다. 현재 사용되고 있는 전술훈련시스템의 문제점을 개선하고, USN을 이용하여 센서에 의해 수집된 훈련정보를 전송하고 처리하기 위해 서버와 연동을 제어하는 컨트롤러 및 GUI방식의 시스템을 개발했다. 이 시스템은 하드웨어의 다양한 기능을 처리하기 위해 기존 프로토콜의 개선과 신규 프로토콜의 적용이 수월하며, 통제시스템의 제어의도에 따라 발생할 수 있는 다양한 상황대처에 대한 알고리즘을 쉽게 적용 및 수정 할 수 있다.

Training Requirements for Control Room Operators of an Advanced Nuclear Power Plant

  • Objective: The aim of this study is to identify the training requirements of new nuclear power plant by a comprehensive literature review. Background: The design of instrumental and control systems for New NPP is applied fully digitalized systems. For example, soft-control, large display panels(LDP), and an advanced alarm system were applied to the APR-1400 or SMART. Method: The NUREG-0711 and international guideline of training program was analyzed from the following four phases of SAT(Systemic Approach to Training): Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. Results: To identify the requirement of training program, 'Feedback' phase was considered and each phase of SAT was classified. Conclusion: A more systematic requirement of training program is needed which considers the computerized system was applied to the new NPP. Application: The results of the publishing can be useful for standardization of the systematic training program for the operators of NPP.
