One indigenous polyvoltine strain (Nistari) and two bivoltine strains viz. P5 and NB18 along with one bivoltine hybrid (P5$\times$NB18) were subjected for studies on the differences on some physiologically important biomolecules like protein, nucleic acids and cholesterol. Ovarian protein and RNA content remained significantly high in the bivoltine races and their hybrid over multivoltine breed, while, DNA and cholesterol content remained significantly low in all the breeds and the hybrid as compared to Nistari strain. However, the ovarian weight was higher in both the bivoltine breeds and their hybrid than that of Nistari. Higher ovarian weight together with more protein and RNA concentrations reflect the preparatory phase for production of diapausing eggs by the bivoltine silknoths and their hybrid. The variations in biochemical parameters studied herein, thus establish a distinct difference in the overt reproductive physioiogy between multivoltine and bivoltine silkworms.

In recent years most of large-sized merchant ships have been equipped with a high-voltage system. The ships demanding a lot of electric power adopt the high voltage such as 3.3kV, 6.6kV, 11kV. Gradually as the high voltage system is increased in the ships, engineering officers are more opportunities to operate the high voltage system. So the high voltage training for engineering officers was established in the STCW 1978 as amended by the Manila Amendments in 2010. According to this convention when the engineering officers want to board the high voltage ships on and after January 1 in 2017, they must take the high voltage training. This paper, firstly, analyzes the content of high voltage training in STCW convention and IMO model course. In addition, it reviews the parts need to be considered in the content of the high voltage training. Finally this paper proposes the contents of training model divided into theory and practice.

Purpose - Drawing on the content-process approach, this study examines the effect of employees' perceived utility of education and training in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) on their satisfaction. In addition, this study investigates how the human resource management department' activities moderate the relationship between employees' perceived utility of education and training and satisfaction. Design/methodology/approach - This study predicts the positive relationship between employees' perceived utility of education and training and satisfaction, and HR activities strengthens this positive relationship. To test these hypotheses, this study utilized Human Capital Corporate Panel (HCCP) datasets, especially 2017 data at the individual level. The number of the final sample is 425 for the test. Moreover, this study used the hierarchical regression model with SPSS. Finding - As predicted, the analytical results with the hierarchical regression model showed that employees' percieved utility of education and training and satisfaction were positively related. In addition, HR activities strengthened this relationship between employees' percieved utility of education and training and satisfaction. Research implications or Originality - This study will provide academic and practical implications for future research on human resource development, especially SMEs by deepening an understanding of the important factors in order to increase employees' satisfaction of education and training. the number of viewers is found in most American films released in Korea.

The purpose of this study was to develop a pre-training program of engineering college students for maximizing the effectiveness of internship or field training. To pursue this goal, literature review was conducted for data collection about college and corporate pre-training program for internship or field training and pre-training program(draft) was proposed. A questionnaire survey was conducted with engineering professors, students and graduates to identify the needs for pre-training program(draft) for internship or field training. Based on the results, the contents of pre-training program for internship or field training were composed of basic liberal arts, basic competency, real information related with corporation or job, and information exchange network. And key consideration for operating the pre-training program for internship or field training were proposed with the management department, regulation for the obligatory participation, meaningful organizing content, feedback of needs.

Mulberry being the only food of silkworm, Bombyx mori L., is of great economic importance to the silk industry, The success in cocoon production mainly depends on the supply of quality leaves in sufficient quantity. In mulberry, where the economic product is leaf, the uptake of nitrogen from soil is very heavy and high responses to application of nutrients have been reported. Nitrogen supports vegetative growth particularly the leaf biomass. Variation in nitrogen harvest index and other physiological and yield contributing traits were estimated in five mulberry genotypes. Considerable variation was observed for nitrogen harvest index, protein yield per plant and harvest index. The correlation studies indicated the protein yield per plant was significantly correlated with leaf yield, nitrogen content in leaf, nitrogen harvest index and harvest index. The broad sense heritability estimates revealed that harvest index showed highest heritability (88.07%) followed by nitrogen content (82.52%), protein yield (70.28%) and nitrogen harvest index (66.52%).

본 연구의 목적은 치의학 임상실습 장면에서 활용이 가능한 가상현실 기반의 치아발치 교육콘텐츠를 개발하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 '학습내용 분석-설계모형 도출-개발-타당도 검증-수정 및 콘텐츠 완성'의 단계를 거쳐 치아발치 실습용 교육콘텐츠를 개발하였다. 연구결과, 3D모델링을 적용하여 환자의 안면해부학적 모델을 구축하고, 치아발치 수술과정 시나리오를 바탕으로 가상현실 기술을 적용한 단계별 수술장면을 에니메이션으로 구축하였다. 개발된 콘텐츠에 대한 전문가 평가를 실시하였으며, 인터페이스 타당도(M: 4.81, SD: 0.72)와 내용타당도(M:4.66, SD: 0.71)를 검증한 결과 타당하게 설계된 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 개발된 치아발치 실습용 교육콘텐츠는 치의학 전공생의 임상수행 능력을 향상시키는데 적절한 도구로 판단된다. 본 연구를 토대로 의료 분야의 다양한 실습장면을 지원할 수 있는 가상현실 기술 기반의 교육용 콘텐츠 개발 연구가 활성화되기를 기대한다.

인간의 외부 인지 감각을 인공적인 기술로 자극하여 실제와 유사한 체험을 제공하는 가상현실(VR, Virtual Reality) 기술은 실 환경에서 제한되는 훈련 환경을 제공하는 대안으로 산업 분야 안전사고 예방 또는 조치에 대한 훈련시스템 구현 핵심 기술로 응용이 시도되고 있다. 하지만 3D 모델링과 소프트웨어 코딩으로 구현되는 시각체험 VR 환경 즉, 훈련용 콘텐츠는 개발에 많은 자원이 요구되어 훈련시스템 구축에 어려움을 주고 있다. 본 연구에서는 VR 기반 훈련용 콘텐츠 구현에 있어 동적 가시화 컴포넌트(VRDC, VR based Dynamic visualization Component)를 활용하는 방안을 제시하며 플랜트 안전훈련 시스템에 이를 적용함으로써 실용성을 검증하였다.

기존의 원격 교육 시스템에서는 콘텐츠 제공자에 의한 콘텐츠 수정이 실시간으로 이루어지지 못하였다. 하지만 현재 자동차 산업은 사용자의 다양한 요구와 감성 충족을 위해 매우 빠른 주기로 모델이 변경되어지고 있어, 그에 맞는 정비 교육이 실시간으로 이루어 져야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 프로그램 개발자에 의해 콘텐츠가 실시간으로 수정되어 반영되는 자동차 정비 이 트레이닝 시스템을 구현하였다. 특히 HTML5 기반의 웹 기술을 바탕으로 하여 콘텐츠 제공자가 쉽고 빠르게 콘텐츠를 수정하고 반영할 수 있으며, 하나의 시스템으로 다양한 플랫폼에서 동작이 능한 장점이 있다.

This study discusses the library professionals' perception of the ICT Applications in engineering college libraries in Tamil Nadu. The relevant data was collected from the library professionals in the self financing engineering colleges situated in Kanchipuram and Thiruvallur district of Tamil Nadu. 625 questionnaires were distributed, 504 replied with a response rate of 80.64%. It was found that the respondents with experience 'Below 5 years'gave 'Lack of infrastructure' as the first priority. 'Lack of interest on the part of users' and 'No support from administration in training library professionals' were the second and third preferences indicated by the respondents. The least preferences were given for 'Fear of ICT application'. Similarly, respondents with experience '6-10 years' indicated 'No support from administration in training library professionals' as the first priority. The least preference was given for 'Inadequate training in ICT applications' by the above respondents. It can be inferred that the professionals accepted and need the training in ICT applications.

Instructional contents are used to demonstrate a technical process to teach and walkthrough certain procedures to carry out a task. This type of informational content is widely used for teaching and lectures in form of tutorial videos and training videos. Since there are questions and uncertainties for what could be the killer application for the novel wearables, we propose a self-instruction training application on a smart glass to utilize already-available instruction videos as well as public open data in creative ways. We design and implement a prototype application to help users train by wearing smart glasses specifically designed for two concrete and hand-constrained use cases where the user's hands need to be free to operate. To increase the efficiency and feasibility of the self-instruction training, we contribute to the development of a wearable killer application by integrating a voice-based user interface using speech recognizer, public open data APIs, and timestamp-based procedural content navigation structure into our proof-of-concept application.
