경호무도 수련생의 도장선택과 수련지속의 관계 (The Relationship between Gymnasium Selection and Training Adherence of Security Martial Arts Trainees)

  • 본 연구는 경호무도의 저변확대와 더불어 경호무도 체육관의 경영활성화를 목적으로 경호무도 수련생의 도장선택과 수련지속의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 경인지역 소재 8개 경호무도 체육관 수련생 중 초등학교 4학년이상 220명을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하여 이중 응답내용이 부실하거나 분석대상으로 적합하지 않다고 판단된 14부를 제외하고 총 206부를 최종 분석하였다. SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 빈도분석, MANOVA, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였고, 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 수련생의 성별에 따른 도장선택은 지도자배경요인, 수련프로그램요인, 홍보요인에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 수련생의 학년에 따른 도장선택은 수련프로그램요인, 주요타자요인, 홍보요인에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 수련생의 성별과 학년에 따른 수련지속은 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 넷째, 도장선택의 지도자배경요인, 수련프로그램요인, 홍보요인과 수련지속의 운영프로 그램요인, 외적요인, 사회적 관계요인 간 정적 상관이 나타났다. 다섯째, 도장선택의 일부 하위요인은 수련지속에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 경호무도장 경영자 및 지도자는 신규 입관생 유치를 위해 성별과 학년에 맞는 마케팅 전략 수립이 필요하겠다. 또한, 경호무도 지도자는 신규 및 기존 수련생의 계속적인 수련을 위한 전문화되고 차별화된 수련프로그램 및 수련생 관리시스템을 구축하여야 할 것으로 판단된다.

IT융합창업교육이 재취업 준비 교육생의 학습효과 및 교육성과에 미치는 영향 (Effect of IT Convergence Startup Education on Learning Effect and Educational Performance of Re-employment Preparation Trainees)

  • 제 4차 산업혁명의 새대를 맞아 빅데이터와 클라우드, IoT, AI와 같은 최신기술들을 활용한 새로운 직업들이 늘어나고 있다. 다양한 산업의 현장에서는 IT와 산업분야를 융합시킬수 있는 인재를 필요로하고 있으나, 이러한 융합형 인재는 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 재취업 준비 중인 교육생에 대한 IT융합창업교육이 학습효과와 교육성과에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석하였다. 재취업 준비 교육생 160명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석을 위하여 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 통해 빈도분석과 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 재취업 준비 중인 교육생의 IT융합창업교육은 하위요인인 교육내용과 강사, 학습구성원의 만족도가 학습효과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 취업 교육생의 IT융합창업교육은 하위요인인 교육내용, 강사, 학습구성원의 만족도가 교육성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 IT융합 분야 창업 활성화를 위한 창업 지원제도 마련의 기초자료가 될 것으로 기대한다.

An Empirical Study on Motivation and Performance of Maritime Trainees and its Implication for Maritime Education and Training

  • Accidents and incidents caused by poor performance in the maritime industry suggest the need to find ways to improve performance in order to operate effectively and improve safety. The data for this study was collected from maritime students and involves the performance and levels of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. Various motivational factors were identified and the ways in which these factors relate to performance was analyzed. The importance of considering motivation when recruiting new trainees and workers, and continually looking for ways to increase intrinsic motivation, is stressed throughout this paper. The results suggest that high levels of good quality motivation correlate positively with better performance.

  • 소방선 훈련시스템은 실선을 모사하여 제작된 소방선 훈련 시뮬레이터이다. 훈련원은 교관의 제시에 따라 다양한 훈련 시나리오를 수행하며 상황 대처 능력과 운항 및 소방 기술을 습득할 수 있다. 이러한 과정에서 훈련원에 대한 객관적이고 적절한 평가는 필수적이므로 이를 위한 훈련원 평가시스템을 개발하였다.

An Analysis on Simulator Scenarios for the Integrated Evaluation when Applied to Teamwork by Deck and Engine Officers

  • The evaluation systems in SHS(Ship Handling Simulator) or ERS(Engine Room Simulator) give trainees the opportunity to feedback how they responded suggesting them the operation result by scores. If SHS and ERS are integrated each other by network to enable the synchronous training for both deck and engine officers these systems need to include inherently the function of integrated evaluation which produces the evaluation score for the team play of deck and engine officers. The integrated evaluation is effective especially when assessing the responses at emergency situation of ship or the matter of efficiency of ship operation even if assessors feel difficult in editing simulation scenarios for integrated evaluation. This study focuses on the property of integrated evaluation and considerations when editing them. It suggests also a useful procedure to estimate whether a scenario for integrated evaluation is reasonable and balanced or not based on the analysis in the proprieties and reasonabilities which are to be prepared by assessors before testing trainees or examinees.

작업관리를 위한 엑셀 기반의 간이 수행도 평가 훈련 툴 개발 (Development of a Simple Excel-Based Performance Rating Training Tool for Motion and Time Study)

  • The purpose of this thesis is to develop a performance rating training tool for the time and motion study. It is widely recognized that rating training tools based on films were made several decades ago and introduced to Korea. However, to the best of our knowledge, those films are not used for rating training in Korea any more. Furthermore, although rating is still important method for the efficient operational management study, it is briefly mentioned without any training or exercise. In this paper, we propose a simple rating training tool based on Excel with VBA. The mottoes of our development are the ease of acquisition and trainees' motivation. Test results show that trainees can obtain the concept of rating and the ability of accurate and consistent rating as they play a computer game sitting in front of the personal computer.

유아교사대상 웹기반 연수의 만족도 분석과 운영평가 (Management and Satisfaction in Web-Based Training for Early Childhood Teachers)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide guidelines for the effective operation of Web-Based Training (WBT) for early childhood teachers. Based on content analysis and questionnaires administered to the 174 current trainees, this research analyzed (1) the educational effectiveness and learner satisfaction, (2) the operation and management, and (3) the system, interface, interaction and communication, motivation and content design of $WBT^{***}$. Results showed that most trainees were very satisfied with the WBT because the program provided plentiful professional information enabling them to pursue their educational objectives along with flexibility of time and space. On the other hand, system stability, communication, motivation, and content design need to be improved. Based on the research results, 8 strategies of effective management of web-based early childhood teacher training were proposed.

일부 경찰공무원에게 실시한 심폐소생술 교육의 효과 (The Effectiveness of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Training Targeted for Policeman)

  • The purpose of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness and competence level of trainees of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation training targeted for policeman. Data were collected from 113 policemen by questionnaire on Feb, 2001. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, paired t-test using SPSS program. The results of this study were as follows : 1. 17 questions score increase, and 1 question score decreased. 2 questions didn't change their score. 2. In post test, knowledge level of trainees increased compared to that of pretest(t=-13.055, p= .000). 3. Competence level also increased(t=-13.055, p= .000).

효율적인 실습교육 개선방안 - 한국해양대학교 해사대학의 경우 (A Study on the Efficient Improvement in the Shipboard Training)

  • This study is concerned with the efficient improvement in the shipboard training of trainees for the marine officers in the future. The shopboard training course is given much weight in the curriculum of the seamanship education for the characteristics of that. In spite of various earlier studies to improve shipboard training system, we don't have desirable one until now on this problem based upon practical and empirical analysis. It seems a matter of urgency should be settled to improve the training environment-training facilities and equipment including simulator education - for the efficient pratice off-shore during training vessels in port. And it is also desired to regulate downward the credit system needed to graduate that trainees should be immersed in their practice without regard to their school records if passed the course during the training period.

가상 안전운전 체험교육 (A Case Study on Developing the Virtual Safety Driving System for Training)

  • In the real environment, it is very limited for the trainees to participate the effective training using actual training equipments by themselves and also to simulate several hazard situations for safety because of the direct exposure to the hazards of the actual system. But the virtual environment(VE) can help the trainees to get the effective training participating by themselves and to simulate all kind of possible situation without the exposure to the hazards of the actual system. In this paper, the new idea is proposed for developing the virtual driving system to provide a realistic driving experience for safety driving. The proposed idea contains the contents of a virtual driving system.
