공용부문 구성형식 중 콘코스형 형식의 도시호텔에 나타난 공간 구성 요소의 특성 - 한국과 일본의 중규모 도시호텔을 중심으로 - (Spatial Elements Characteristics of Urban Hotels with Concours Composition Type in the Public Sector - Focusing on Medium-sized Urban Hotels of Korea and Japan -)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine spatial composition elements of the public sector through medium-sized first class urban hotels of Korea and Japan, the two countries with geopolitical closeness and high cultural and economic correlation, and to provide data needed for devising future urban hotel plans. The scope of this study included case studies on medium-sized first class urban hotels (10 urban hotels with concours composition type in the public sector) located in downtowns of Korea (5 hotels) and Japan (5 hotels). The study was conducted by analysis of drawing based on review of preceding studies and literature, and on-site survey. The results of survey and analysis on physical spatial elements shown in medium-sized urban hotels of Korea and Japan with concours composition type among composition types in the public sector are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing spatial elements of medium-sized urban hotels in the public sector, an in-depth checklist must be prepared with consideration on intimate correlation between elements to devise a construction spatial plan for urban hotel in the future. Second, as a result of comparatively analyzing area ratio for each function (public sector, sales sector and service sector) through area analysis on the lower floors of medium-sized urban hotels, reference data for planning were found in regards to spatial composition ratio of the public sector. Third, as a result of analyzing spatial elements of lobby hall and traffic line of visitors on the lower floors of medium-sized urban hotels in the public sector, there was a substantial difference between hotels of Korea and Japan.

이직종간 지식공유 활성화 방안에 대한 연구 : 항공운항 분야를 중심으로 (A Research on Knowledge Sharing among Air Transportation Professionals)

  • Purpose - Aviation control, navigation, and aircraft control in the air transportation area are very specialized. Each part is in progress for safety, efficiency, automation, and further. On the other hand co-work among each part including knowledge sharing has been inattentive for many reasons. The purpose of this research is to show how practicians and professionals in the air transportation area perceive the issue of knowledge sharing and to recall the necessity of knowledge sharing in the area. And we try to find ways to activate the knowledge sharing in the area. Research design, data, methodology - For the research, we inquired into whether practicians and professionals think knowledge sharing can effect safe aviation positively or not and what steps are necessary to activate knowledge sharing in the area. We adopted survey method using questionnaires for current practicians and interview for specialists. The survey and interview results were analyzed using regression analysis and AHP method. The interview for specialists and analyzing the results using AHP was to investigate what are the precedence factors to activate the knowledge sharing. Results - First, practicians perceive that knowledge sharing will affect aviation safe positively. Second objective knowledges such as, tower air traffic control procedure of aviation control area, flight principle and structure of aircraft control area, instrument landing system of navigation area, for knowledge sharing of each area were identified. Also the precedence factors such as, knowledge absorbability of personal factor, personal expectation of result of expectation factor, leadership of management of Structure factor, method of knowledge spread of application factor for knowledge sharing were found. Conclusions - Knowledge sharing for practicians and professionals in the aviation area is very important especially from the perspective of safety. However, for various many reasons including the environment of each special area that focusing on their own area, knowledge sharing has not been emphasized. We found that practicians in the area feel that knowledge sharing is necessary and helpful. For it, each practician's active participation is the most important and many ways such as chatting room to share knowledge are to be developed. And the organization culture should be changed to encourage knowledge sharing.

  • 텔레매틱스는 자동차, 통신, 컨텐츠 등 다양한 산업 간의 융합(convergence)을 기초로 하고 있기 때문에 타 분야와 함께 동반성장할 수 있는 가능성을 가지고 있는 산업으로 정부가 추진하는 핵심전략 사업이다. 텔레매틱스의 성공적 추진과 활성화를 위해 제주도를 텔레매틱스 시범도시로 선정하여 발전방안을 모색하고 있다. 텔레매틱스는 서비스를 제공하는 형태의 사업임으로 구매자의 선호는 무엇보다도 중요한 사안이며 따라서 구매자가 원하는 컨텐츠의 개발은 향후 텔레매틱스 사업의 성패를 가릴 수 있는 조건이라 할 수 있다. 이러한 측면에서 본 논문은 텔레매틱스에 대한 국내외의 동향과 흐름을 파악하고 제주 텔레매틱스의 주 고객인 관광객을 대상으로 선호도와 향후 원하는 서비스에 대해 조사하였다. 이의 결과를 바탕으로 향후 제주 텔레매틱스 사업의 발전을 위한 방안을 제시한다.

서울시 주말 통행특성 분석 연구 (Analysing Weekend Travel Characteristics in Seoul)

  • 최근 소득의 증가와 주5일제 근무확대로 인해 주말의 통행행태 및 수요가 크게 변화하고 있다. 이러한 주말통행은 평일통행과는 달리 주로 쇼핑, 여가, 레저 등과 연관되어 있어 주로 금요일 오후부터 일요일까지 주요 고속도로나 간선도로의 교통혼잡을 가중시키고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 주말통행수요예측이나 교통정책수립측면에서 주말통행에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하는 것은 매우 필수적일 것이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 2006년에 수행한 서울시 가구통행실태조사자료 중 동일가구에 실시한 평일 및 주말 통행조사자료를 이용하여 평일과 비교분석을 통해 주말통행의 특성을 분석 하였다. 또한 토빗모형을 개발하여 평일과 주말(토요일과 일요일)의 통행빈도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하였다. 모형추정결과, 평일과 주말통행에 미치는 요인은 서로 다르게 나타났으며 주로 성별, 직업, 소득, 미취학아동수, 자가용보유 여부 등의 변수가 주말통행에 미치는 영향이 큰 것으로 분석되었다.

고령자와 비고령자의 여가통행시간 이질성 연구 - 충남 도시권과 농어촌권을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Heterogeneity of Leisure Travel Time between Elderly and Non Elderly People - Focusing on urban and rural areas in south Chungcheong province -)

  • 본 연구는 충청남도를 대상으로 도시권과 농어촌권을 구분하고, 고령자 및 비고령자의 여가통행시간 영향요인의 이질성을 정량적으로 규명하고자 하였다. 분석자료는 2011년 가구통행실태조사를 활용하여 도심 및 농어촌권역의 통행자특성을 추출하고, 도심 및 농어촌권의 지역경제적특성 및 교통환경적특성을 활용하여 PLS(Partial least square) 회귀모형을 구축하였다. 분석결과, 도시권과 농어촌권 고령자의 여가통행시간에 영향을 미치는 주요변수는 버스배차간격, 버스노선수, 가구원수, 가구월평균수입으로 나타났다. 비고령자의 경우에는 고령자의 중요 영향변수 이외 지역경제(GRDP, 경제활동참가율)환경과 고용형태도 여가통행시간에 영향을 미치는 중요 변수로 나타났다. 한편, 농어촌권에 거주하는 여성고령자는 남성고령자 보다 여가통행시간에 더 민감하나 비고령자그룹은 남녀별로 큰 차이가 없는 것으로 분석되었다.

울산지역 초등학생 알레르기 질환 유병률: 지역적 차이와 환경위험인자 (Prevalence of Children's Allergic Diseases in Ulsan: Local Differences and Environmental Risk Factors)

  • Objectives: This study aims to investigate the AD (allergic diseases: asthma, allergic rhinitis and atopic dermatitis) prevalence among elementary schoolchildren in an industrial city, Ulsan, and identify major environmental risk factors associated with AD prevalence. Methods: Data on the physician-diagnosed prevalence over the past 12 months and potential risk factors of AD were collected through a questionnaire from a 2009-2010 survey of 4,067 schoolchildren living in different urban environments. The logistic regression analysis was performed to assess differences in AD prevalence among the areas and to determine which environmental factors impacted AD. Results: Our survey results showed that the AD prevalence rate ranged between 26.2% and 35.9%. Children living in polluted areas (near industrial and central urban areas) had about a 10% higher prevalence of AD than did those living in coastal or suburban residences. The Chi-Square test demonstrated that this local difference was statistically significant before and after adjustment of major confounders such as parental AD history and parental education. The results of the logistic regression analysis showed a statistically significant association between several environmental factors (ventilation in winter, odor conditions and exposure to traffic smoke, and outdoor $PM_{10}/O_3$ pollution) and the prevalence of AD found by multivariate model after adjusting confounders. Conclusion: These results suggest that local differences in AD prevalence are significantly associated with outdoor environmental factors. Although there are likely to be other risk factors for AD, living in a polluted area and exposure to high levels of air pollutants can contribute to an increased risk of childhood AD.

지속가능한 주거지 실현을 위한 계획적 고려사항 - 부산지역 '살고싶은 도시만들기' 실천사례 거주자 의견을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Planning Consideration for the Realization of Sustainable Housing - In the Aspect the Residents' Opinions at the Pilot Project 'Livable City Making' in Busan -)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the incomplete aspects of the government pilot project 'Livable City Making' Also, the study was conducted to consider a plan that residents will satisfy for the realization of the project. The study used a case study and a survey method in research process. For the case study, two projects in Busan that have similar planning were chosen. The contents of the survey included the residents' interest in their housing area, their recognition and opinions of the pilot project, their satisfaction about the environmental alterations, and their thought about conditions of sustainable housing. The main results of this study were as follows. First, the residents were satisfied with the alteration of the street space and the provision of green and open spaces. Meanwhile they revealed that the preservation of the natural environment and the vitalization of community are insufficient. Second, they also believed that the construction of the pedestrian streets, the provision of parking lots, and the remodeling of the deteriorated buildings are incomplete. Third, the residents believed that the following provisions need to be made for successful sustainable housing waste discharge needs to be minimized, facilities need to be used for saving energy, opportunities for employment need to be provided within their housing areas, and safe street spaces and comfortable traffic systems need to be provided.

대학생의 한방의료에 대한 인식 정도 조사 (Survey of University Students' Perception Degree of Korean Medical Care)

  • Objectives : The purpose of the present study is to grasp and provide basic data necessary for the establishment of korean healthcare policies in future. Methods : A questionnaire developed by the author was distributed to 299 students of D University located in Busan and collected thereafter from March 5 to June 1, 2012. Statistical processing of the data obtained was conducted using the SPSS WIN IBM 20.0 program to indicate outcomes in frequencies and percentages. Results : The results of the survey are as follows. 1. The number of students who were mainly using korean hospitals/clinics was 6(2.0%). The most important factor in selecting korean medical institutions was 'medical technology'. 2. The treatment that was received the most frequently and the most reliable at korean medical institutions was acupuncture. The most frequent reason for taking korean medicine was 'prescriptions tailored to constitutions' and the most frequent reason for avoiding korean medicine was 'high prices'. 3. There was few number of students who knew that car insurance coverage for traffic accidents include treatment at korean clinics. and who knew about 'permitted standard herbal medicine', 'the use of disposable needles', 'wild ginseng pharmacopuncture'. 4. Among items necessary for the development of korean medicine, 'treatment technology with fast and high effects' was the most frequently selected. Conclusions : University students' preference for and perception of korean medicine were shown to be very low. It is considered that public relations should be reinforced to implant correct perception of korean medicine in university students who will be major users of hospitals and clinics.

센서를 장착한 차량을 이용한 도로 횡단경사 측정에 관한 연구 (A Study for Measuring of Cross Slope Using Instrument Vehicle with Multiple Sensors)

  • 본 논문은 차량에 각종 센서를 장착한 도로안전성 조사 분석 차량을 이용하여 도로의 횡단경사를 측정하는 방법에 관해 소개하였다. 횡단경사는 평면선형, 종단선형과 더불어 도로 설계의 중요한 요소이며, 도로의 안전성을 평가하는 데에도 필수적인 요소이다. 그러나 횡단경사의 경우 도로의 잦은 덧씌우기로 도면과 다르게 나타날 수 있으며, 교통량이 많은 도로에서 횡단경사를 측정하는 데에는 많은 어려움이 존재한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 GPS/INS 및 레이저 스캐너 등을 장착한 도로 안전성 조사 분석 차량으로 주행 종횡단경사를 측정하는 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 또, 현장에서 개발된 알고리즘의 적용성을 검토하기 위해 횡단경사 중 편경사가 설치된 곡선구간을 선택하여 레이저 스캐너와 GPS/INS 통합시스템을 사용하여 주행중 편경사를 측정하고. 이를 통계적으로 검증하였다.

도심지 노면하부 지반함몰 및 공동탐사 사례 연구 (Study on Subsurface Collapse of Road Surface and Cavity Search in Urban Area)

  • 최근 도심지 도로 하부 지반함몰 사고는 상수관로, 하수관거, 통신관로, 가스관로, 배전지중관로, 지하철 등의 다양한 공익시설 및 지하구조물이 시공되고 있으며 이러한 시설물의 부적절한 시공, 노후로 인한 시설물 손상, 유지관리 소홀이 그 원인으로 추정되고 있다. 도로함몰은 도로하부에서 매설관 파손 등의 원인으로 공동이 발생한 후 공동이 성장 확대되어 포장면 하부까지 도달하고 도로를 통행하는 차량의 하중을 도로포장 부분이 지탱할 수 없을 정도의 소성변형이 발생하여 갑자기 함몰이 발생할 경우 인명피해 및 교통장애를 초래하는 등 사회전반적인 안전과 경제 발전에 위협이 될 수 있다. 서울시에서는 도로 하부의 공동이 함몰되기 이전 단계에서 3D GPR 탐사를 통해 발견하여 복구함으로써 지반함몰에 따른 피해를 사전에 차단하는 노력이 우선적으로 진행되고 있으며 그 사례를 소개하였다.
