버즘나무 落葉의 水鎔性 黃含量에 의한 大氣汚染의 相對評價 (Relative estimation of air pollution by the water soluble sulfur content in the litters of plantanus orientalis)

  • During the autumn of 1991, the water soluble sulfur content in litters of platanus orientalis on the street sides in seoul, pusan, taegu, taejeon, kwangji, ulsan and ch'unch'on cities were determined. The relationship between the water soluble s content in litters of p. orientalis and the traffic was analysed. The average content of water soluble s in litters of p. orientalis in pusan, taegu, taejeon, seoul, ulsan, ch'unch'on and kwangju cities were 0.71%, 0.60%, 0.66%, 0.58%, 0.50%, 0.43%, 0.38%, respectively. The correlation was not statistically significant between the s content in litters of p. orientalis is related to the traffic of each studied area. consequently the water soluble s content in litters of p. orientalis is supposed to be an indirect indicator of air pollution.

  • MANET(Mobile Ad-hoc Network) is a self-configuration network or wireless multi-hop network based on inference topology. The proposed ATICC(Adaptive Time Interval Clustering Control) algorithm for hierarchical cluster based MANET. The proposed ATICC algorithm is time interval control technique for node management considering the attribute of node and network traffic. ATICC could be made low the network traffic. Also it could be improving the network life time by using timing control method.

  • 최근 유해 네트워크 트래픽을 탐지하기 위해 머신러닝 기법을 활용하는 다양한 방법론들이 주목을 받고 있다. 이 논문에서는 컨볼루션 신경망 (Convolutioanl Neural Network)을 기반으로 유해 네트워크 트래픽을 분류하는 기법을 소개하고 그 성능을 평가한다. 이미지 처리에 강한 컨볼루션 신경망의 활용을 위해, 네트워크 트래픽의 주요 정보를 규격화된 이미지로 변환하는 방법을 제안하고, 변환된 이미지를 입력으로 컨볼루션 신경망을 학습시켜 유해 네트워크 트래픽의 분류를 수행하도록 한다. 실제 네트워크 트래픽 관련 데이터셋을 활용하여 이미지 변환 및 컨볼루션 신경망 기반 네트워크 트래픽 분류 기법의 성능을 검증하였다. 특히, 다양한 컨볼루션 신경망 기반 네트워크 모델 구성에 따른 트래픽 분류 기법의 성능을 평가하였다.

보육시설 안전교육.안전사고 실태와 담임교사들의 안전교육 범위와 방법 인식에 대한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Safety Education and Safety Accident Status in Child-Care Facilities and Homeroom Teacher's Recognition about the Safety Education Range and Methods)

  • In most child-care facilities, homeroom teachers take the responsibilities for safety education, which has been conducted in class hours on a regular basis. It was found that most homeroom teachers are lacking in teacher training opportunities, and the younger they are, the less training experience they get. Teachers with fewer teaching careers had a greater interest in safety education and training courses. In addition, homeroom teachers have been utilizing monthly toddler magazines as a method to acquire knowledges for safety education and prevention of safety accidents. The safety accidents which have most frequently occurred in care-care facilities turned out to be stumble and tear, and infants aged 3 years or younger were found to be easily exposed to the safety accidents mainly due to the frolic between peers during the free-choice activity time. The homeroom teachers recognized only traffic safety education among the range of safety training courses, which varied depending on teaching career such as traffic safety education and indoor/outdoor safety environment training, etc. In addition, it turned out that the safety training methods were limited to the utilization of discussion techniques, role-playing, description and demonstration.

교통사고율에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 (Factors Affecting Traffic Accident Occurrence Rate)

  • 2003년 1월부터 2008년 6월까지 5년 6개월 동안 대전지역에서 발생한 교통사고와 같은 기간 경찰에서 단속한 통계를 근거로 통계적으로 의미가 있다고 판단된 전체분석, 중앙선침범 분석, 신호위반 분석, 음주운전 분석, 무면허운전 분석, 이륜차 분석, 보행자 분석, 교통사망자 분석 및 교통안전시설 분석, 안전홍보 및 교육 분석, 차량등록 수와 교통사고와의 관계를 SPSS12.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 분석을 시도한 결과, 의미 있는 결과들이 산출되었다. 교통단속과 교통사고가 일정한 상관관계가 있음이 증명되어 모형이 산출되었고, 교통단속의 효과는 일정한 시간적 간격을 가지고 나타났다. 교통단속과 교통사망자와의 관계는 상관계수가 너무 낮아 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타나 경찰의 단속이 교통사망사고 예방에는 거의 효과가 없는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 지금까지 추진되어온 교통안전대책의 방향전환이 시급함을 나타내는 것이어서 보다 효과적인 대안수립이 필요하다고 할 수 있다.

  • e-Learning 교육에서 사실상 표준으로 인정받고 있는 ADL에서 제안한 SCORM 2004는 IMS Simple Sequencing을 S&N으로 통합함으로써 학습코스웨어의 학습과정을 구성하는 학습 객체간의 상호 관계를 다양하게 설계, 적용할 수 있게 하였다. 본 논문에서는 SCORM 2004 S&N과 교통신호메타포를 통하여 학습활동을 경험적으로 안내할 수 있는 웹기반 적응형 학습관리를 구현하고자 한다. 이 적응형 학습관리를 통해, 교수자는 동일한 학습콘텐츠를 재사용해서 다양한 학습전략을 구현한 학습코스웨어를 설계할 수 있고, 학습자는 학습상태와 평가를 실시간으로 제공받아 적응적 학습을 안내받을 수 있다.

Settlement behavior and controlling effectiveness of two types of rigid pile structure embankments in high-speed railways

  • In this study, a series of geotechnical centrifugal tests were conducted to investigate the effectiveness of settlement control of two types of rigid pile structure embankments (PRSE) in collapsible loess under high-speed railway embankments. The research results show that ground reinforcement is required to reduce the post-construction settlement and settlement rate of the embankments. The rigid pile structure embankments using rigid piles can substantially reduce the embankment settlement in the construction of embankments on collapsible loess, and the efficiency in settlement reduction is affected by the pile spacing. The pile-raft structure embankments (PRSE) have much stronger ability in terms of the effectiveness of settlement control, while the pile-geogrid structure embankments (PGSE) provides rapid construction as well as economic benefits. Rational range of pile spacing of PRSE and PGSE are suggested based on the requirements of various railways design speeds. Furthermore, the time effectiveness of negative skin friction of piles and the action of pile-cap setting are also investigated. The relevant measures for improving the bearing capacity and two parts of transition zone forms as positive control mean have been suggested.

학교주변 어린이보호구역 안전실태 사례조사 연구 (A Case Study on the Safety of School Zones)

  • Backgrounds: The objective of school zones was to define protective areas and to keep children vulnerable to traffic accidents from the risk. The current "Rules on the Designation and Management of School Zones" included provisions on the installation of traffic safety facilities and road facilities, but they were not sufficient for children's traffic safety and there were many difficulties in applying standards to the fields. Purposes: With these problems to be solved, the present study surveyed the current state of safety facilities in school footpaths and school zones around elementary schools and suggested plans to improve them. This study studied various factors like the physical environment and the safety facilities in the school zone. Methods: The present researcher visited four elementary schools selected for this study, and surveyed safety facilities in the school zones around the elementary schools using a schedule prepared by the researcher. Results: According to the results of the case study, all of the four schools were designated as school zones, but the designation appeared nominal without sufficient safety facilities that can ensure children's safety. Based on the results of the survey, suggestions were made to improve traffic facilities in school zones and school footpaths as well as safety guidance.

  • 차별서비스 네트워크는 IP 네트워크를 기반으로 서비스 품질에 대해 유사한 요구조건을 갖는 연결 집합에 대해 동일한 서비스를 제공한다. 트래픽 조절 메커니즘은 차별서비스 네트워크를 실현시키는 핵심 기능 중의 하나이다. 본 논문은 TCP 와 UDP 트래픽이 공존하는 네트워크 상황에서 TCP 트래픽의 예약 전송률을 보장하고, 과잉 배치된 네트워크 구조에서 UDP와 TCP 흐름이 여분 대역폭을 공평하게 분배할 수 있는 개선된 트래픽 조절 메커니즘을 제안한다. 시뮬레이션 방법에 의한 분석을 통해, 제안된 메커니즘은 다양한 네트워크 상황에 대해서 UDP 흐름에 따른 TCP 트래픽의 성능 저하 문제를 크게 완화하고, 여분 대역폭에 대해서도 비교적 공평하게 분배한 것으로 나타났다.

시나리오를 이용한 울산 내항의 혼잡 분석 (Congestion Analysis in the Inner Harbour of Ulsan Using a Scenario)

  • Since traffic congestion ratio at any given port fluctuates on the number of arriving and departing vessels, the total tonnage of freight volume being handled, and the number of berth in operation and other factors, there exists a need to numerically analyze the waterway traffic volume. However, there are no effective regulations in regards to the waterway traffic analysis prior to expansion of a port facility. The current analysis requires the traffic analysis in relation only to the width of the waterway, which clearly falls short of achieving a comprehensive evaluation study that could be used in consideration of port expansion.This study provides five scenarios to execute a comprehensive evaluation study and base for the sensitivity study by analyzing the scenarios. As a result of the sensitivity analysis, the A, B, and C scenarios varies the average arrival ratio of the berth shows 1.1, 1.19, and 1.28 times of delays respectively. Also, The D and E scenarios take place malfunctions of pier shows 1.21 and 1.53 times of delays respectively. Therefore, various strategies of harbor development and method of harbor management are needed for the flexible correspondence to the environmental changes such as the excessive increasing of the freight volume and often taking place of malfunctioning.
