  • This paper predicts how mobile Internet portal services will go ahead and what contents will be needed at the portal site. Mobile Internet interface needs to be concise and compressed because of the size of terminals Thus mobile internal service wants integrated portal service We study the service strategy for mobile internet portal Service according to the product life cycle Many Korean people who have used 'wired and fixed' Internet services and mobile phones want the mobile Internet portal to provide many attractive functions and high quality of service Thus we consider the current Korean mobile Internet service as the maturity phase of its life cycle The maturity phase needs the strategy of diversifying and focusing on, thus we recommend the hub portal model for Korean mobile Internet service, In this paper, we survey contents of mobile Internet portal service as a case study. With the result of the analysis, we present the promising contents as follows: video conference service, financial service, stock trading service, traffic information service, location map service, emergency rescue service, and so on.

한국 전자무역의 글로벌 전략과 과제에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Global Strategy and Challenges of Paperless Trade in Korea)

  • Paperless trade is a new trade paradigm that has innovated on traditional trade procedures, which relied on manual work in the past, and applied an IT-based e-document standard. To realize paperless trade in Korea, a lot of efforts have been made. Korea has overcome many difficulties, a lack of awareness, trials and errors, etc. at the initial introduction stage and strived to establish a stable infrastructure through the government's policy support and active cooperation with the trade business communities and related organizations. Now, Korea became a well-known leader in IT industry, especially in the paperless trade infrastructure and strategic policies. The one-stop trading system named 'uTradeHub' is operated by a paperless trade service provider, Korea Trade Network(KTNET). uTradeHub includes trade finance and settlement, customs clearance and export and import logistics, improving trading procedures and reducing related expenses. Private-Public joint efforts from Korean government and private sectors which have respectively fulfilled their role and function with market-oriented practical policies and strategies has lead Korea a world leading country in paperless trade. Moreover, Korea expended its efforts to the global areas. Korea has started to activate multi-national paperless trade alliances such as PAA(Pan-Asia e-Commerce Alliance), ASEAL(Asia Europe Alliance for Paperless Trading) as well as established the bilateral cooperative networks with China and Taiwan. The one-stop trading system, uTradeHub should keep close cooperations between nations since trade itself is implemented in a cross-border ways. In the near future, it is expected uTradeHub can achieve best results in the simplification of procedures and cost savings when an international linkage is completely established with international cooperations.

글로벌 전자무역시대(電子貿易時代)에서의 볼레로 선화증권(船貨證券)의 기능(機能)과 문제점(問題點) (A Study on the Functions and Problems of Bolero Bill of Lading in the Days of Global Electronic Trading)

  • Global Electronic Trading means that trading partners trade each other via Global Electronic Trading Network, that is, global business to business electronic commerce. Recently, where the cargo arrives ahead of the B/L, the importer cannot take delivery of the cargo without the B/L. This situation is referred to as the B/L dilemma. But the BOLERO system will resolve this B/L dilemma. Bolero Project is developing a cross industry utility platform for the secure, electronic transfer of commercial trade information world wide. After the successful testing of an original pilot project, The Bolero Association was formed in 1995 by a group of interested cross industry companies. As a joint venture between SWIFT and TT Club, bolero.net is changing the way the world trades by providing a web-based, paperless mode of commerce that is designed to become a global standard. Bolero International Limited published the first edition of Bolero Rulebook in 1999. The Bolero Rulebook as amended from time to time, governing the relationship between Users and their rights and obligations arising from the Bolero system. The Bolero service will be governed by a multilateral contract called the Bolero Rule Book which specifies the rights and responsibilities of Bolero and its users. The Title Registry and Bolero Bill of Lading provide a fully functional equivalent to the paper bill of lading. The Bolero Bill of Lading can be created, transferred, amended, and surrendered by way of designating to order party, blank endorsement, refusal by the transferee etc. Thus, this study deals with the functions of Bolero Bill of Lading and the problems and solutions in the Bolero Bill of Lading in point of definitions and operation under the Bolero Rulebook.

모바일 에이전트를 이용한 상품거래서비스에 관한 연구 (A Study of Product Trade Service using Mobile Agent)

  • 최근 인터넷의 증가와 함께 인터넷 비즈니스의 상거래 방식 또한 바뀌어 가고 있다. 기존 상거래 방식은 사용자 스스로가 원하는 정보를 찾아 다녔지만 점차 사용자의 편의를 위해서 하나의 사이트에서 사용자에게 맞춤 서비스를 할 수 있어야 한다. 이러한 서비스를 사용자에게 제공하기 위해 서비스 업체들은 모바일 에이전트를 이용한 상거래 시스템 구축이 필요하다. 모바일 에이전트 기반의 상거래 시스템은 사용자에게는 하나의 사이트에서원하는 정보를 얻을 수 있고, 서비스 업체는 고객들에게 다양하면서도 유익한 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 이는 신뢰성 있는 전자상거래 환경 구현을 위하여 매우 중요하다. 하지만 일반적으로 사용되는 모바일 에이전트 기반의 플랫폼은 사용자가 URL정보를 알아야 하고, 이러한 기능은 검색 엔진에 의존하고 있다. 이와 더불어 사용자의 요구 수준이 증가하면서 사용자는 단순데이터를 제공받는 것이 아니라 통합, 요약된 서비스를 제공받기 원하고 있다. 본논문에서는 사용자가 원하는 정보를 한 사이트 또는 한 페이지에서 제공하고, 적은 횟수의마우스 클릭으로 사용자의 요구사항을 만족시킬 수 있도록 모바일 에이전트 개념을 적용한 상품 거래 시스템을 구현한다. 이를 위하여 E-Service를 하기 위한 플랫폼인 E-speak를 이용하여 상품 거래 시스템을 구현한다. 또한 컨텐츠는 XML 문서로 저장하고 이를 기반으로자료를 공유한다.

IT와 온라인 증권거래의 융합 : MTS 서비스 품질이 고객만족도와 고객충성도에 미치는 영향 (Convergence of IT and Online Security Trading : The Effects of MTS Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction & Customer Loyalty)

  • 본 연구는 최근 온라인 증권거래에서 이용 비중이 증가하고 있는 MTS 이용자를 대상으로 MTS에 대한 서비스 품질요인이 고객만족도와 고객충성도에 어떤 영향을 미치는 지를 분석하였다. 또한 선행연구에서 제시된 인구 통계학적 특성이 MTS 이용자의 서비스 품질요인에 차이를 나타내는 지를 검증하였다. 본 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서비스 품질요인과 고객만족도의 회귀분석 결과 유형성, 반응성, 확신성 및 신뢰성의 네 개 요인이 고객만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 신속성과 공감성은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 서비스 품질요인과 고객충성도의 회귀분석 결과 유형성, 반응성 및 확신성의 3개 변수는 1% 수준에서 통계적으로 유의하였으며, 정(+)의 부호를 나타내었다. 신속성, 공감성은 5% 수준에서 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 신뢰성은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 셋째, 서비스 품질요인과 인구통계적 특성 요인 간에 차이가 있는 지를 검증한 결과 확신성과 이용기간, 공감성과 이용기간이 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 연구결과는 IT와 금융이 어떻게 융합되어 고객가치를 창출하는 지에 대한 새로운 패러다임을 제공할 것이다.

사물인터넷 기반의 용량 정보 수집을 통한 음식물 쓰레기 전자상거래 서비스의 설계 (Design of Food Waste Trading E-Commerce Service with IoT-based Capacity Information Collection)

  • 본 논문에서는 아파트를 비롯한 집단 거주지에서 대량으로 발생되는 음식물 쓰레기를 가축 사육 농가 등 도심 인근 지역 수요자에게 온라인 거래를 통해 판매할 수 있도록 지원하는 전자상거래 서비스를 제안하고자 한다. 제안 서비스는 일반적인 전자상거래와는 달리 사물인터넷 기반의 센서와 통신 모듈이 탑재된 스마트 음식물 쓰레기통을 이용해 각 아파트의 위치 정보와 배출되는 음식물 쓰레기의 양을 자동으로 수집한 후 이를 특화된 전자상거래 플랫폼 상에서 시각화된 정보로 제공하여 수요자에게 판매하는 것을 핵심으로 한다. 스마트 음식물 쓰레기통은 무게 센서와 GPS 센서 그리고 LoRa 통신 모듈을 이용해 주기적으로 현재 용량을 클라우드 기반의 데이터베이스로 전달하며, 이렇게 수집된 여러 아파트의 위치 정보와 용량 정보는 웹사이트나 모바일 애플리케이션 형태의 전자상거래 서비스 운영에 활용이 된다. 제안하는 전자상거래 서비스는 각 아파트에서 구매자가 있는 인근 지역 농가까지 음식물 쓰레기를 배달하는 서비스와 연계함으로써 지역 경제 활성화와 더불어 음식물 쓰레기 처리 문제를 해결하는 데 큰 도움이 될 것이라 기대한다.

Implementation of interactive Stock Trading System Using VoiceXML

  • In this paper, we design and implement practical application service using VoiceXML. And we suggest new solutions of problems can be occurred when implementing a new systems using VoiceXML, based on the fact. Up to now, speech related services were developed using API (Application Program Interface) and programming languages, which methods depend on system architectures. It thus appears that reuse of contents and resource was very difficult. To solve these problems, nowadays, companies develop their applications using VoiceXML. Advantages of using VoiceXML when developing services are as follows. First, we can use web developing technologies and technologies for transmitting web contents. And, we can save labors for low level programming like C language or Assembler language. And we can save labors for managing resources, too. As the result of these advantages, we can reduce developing hours of applications services and we can solve problem of compatibility between systems. But, there's poor grip of actual problems can be occurred when implementing their own services using VoiceXML. To overcome these problems, we implemented interactive stock trading system using VoiceXML and concentrated our effort to find out problems when using VoiceXML. And then, we proposed solutions to these problems and analyzed strong points and weak points of suggested system.

인접한 백화점간의 MD현황 비교분석 -서울시내 3개 지역 백화점을 중심으로- (An Analysis of Floor layout and Fashion Brands -Focused on Adjacent Department Stores within 3 Division-)

  • The first purpose of this study was to compare the fashion zones and fashion brands on the floors in small and medium volume department store with those of big department stores within adjacent trading area. The second purpose was to find out similarity and differentiation of near-by department stores. The third one was to propose the future fashion marketing strategies of the department stores. The methods used were references, internet, field observation, and interview in 2002. Eight department stores within adjacent trading area were classified and analysed In "Gangnam division", "Seocho division'. and "Youngdeungpo division". The results were as follows : Firstly, there was a low relationship between the degrees of brand equalization of each department store in the "Gangnam, Seocho. and Youngdeungpo division". Secondly, there was an alteration on the floor layout of each department store. It was layed out in a way that allowed for customers, who wanted to just purchase specific items, to go upstairs and look around several stores, which allowed for not only rise in the amount of sales but also offer the convenience of one stop shopping for the customers. Thirdly I proposed several marketing strategies such as lifestyle marketing, relationship marketing, and compile marketing which solves everyday life agenda. I also proposed the solution selling education to develop service education of salesperson. I finally proposed the overriding priority policy by sales record of each store.licy by sales record of each store.

웹기반 사이버트레이딩시스템의 충성도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Loyalty to Web Based Cyber Trading Systems)

  • Recently, e portion of on-line stock brokerage has been rapidly increased to be more than 50%, on the basis of contracted money. The usage of wCTS(Web Based Cyber Trading Systems) has now got into the steady state over the initial diffusion stage, which means wCTS has got more-than-half customer base in on-line service. Therefore, brokerage service providers have their competitive strategic focus on customer retention through the enhancement of customer loyalty. This study provides framework and survey results on explanation of wCTS user's loyalty, what and how factors affect wCTS user's loyalty. We adopt the results of early studies on information technology acceptance and diffusion such as TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) and IDT(Innovation Diffusion Theory). We also referred loyalty theory of marketing area and studios on CTS usage. We categorized explanation factors as three groups characteristics of users, characteristics of system, social environment. And we assumed that these three factors could affect the loyalty through two parameters : customer satisfaction and trust to the system. This study firstly shows that the ease of use and usefulness, the major factors of TAM. can also be applied to the loyalty of wCTS with resulting that the usefulness is more important than the ease of use In wCTS. Secondly, it shows that the innovative and risk-sensitive user has the lower degree of loyalty. Thirdly, it shows that the satisfaction and trust impact the loyalty simultaneously, the trust particularly impacts more strongly than the loyalty, due to the characteristics of monetary transaction in wCTS. This study provides meaningful results to the other on-line EC service fields as a first empirical research regarding the loyalty to wCTS which is a typical on-line EC service.

  • In the recent a mobile internet makes a change in internet business. The mobile internet service is resulting in M-commerce. Even if M-commerce provides only information service, there will be much possibilities to make applications in various areas such as, delivery service, trading service, banking service etc. in the near future. Delivery service requires many steps in processing, originally. This study is designed to implement a mobile system which makes short in delivery process. It includes that a delivery man receives a signature on a paper and input data at the delivered place by using PDA at hand. The mobile system will be contributed to shorten delivery speed. It is proposed to implement the mobile office system for improving service efficiency in the business of delivery service.
