인터넷무역위험(貿易危險)의 관리체계(管理體系)에 관한 고찰(考察) (A Study on the System of Risk Management in the Int'l Trade by Internet Network)

  • There are many kinds of risk in int'l trade by internet network, such as credit risk, mercantile risk, contingency risk, exchange risk, physical risk and the risk on internet network. Especially, risk management against credit risk and the risk on internet network are very important. The former is conventional but more important these days. The latter is a new risk that has been incurred owing to the int'l trade by internet network. The system of risk management against the former are firstly, to surely research credit of counterpart by internet, secondly, to certify the entity by password or fingerprint, thirdly, to pay the price under a letter of credit, fourthly, to use the system of int'l trade such as bolero, trade card, finally, to use the authority of electronic trade services. The system of risk management against the latter are firstly, to install the firewall on the own computer network, secondly, to entrust the management own computer network to the network security services firm, thirdly, to electronically communicate with counterpart through the certification authority, finally, to insure against the own network risk with the security insurance company.

How to Use an Optimization-Based Method Capable of Balancing Safety, Reliability, and Weight in an Aircraft Design Process

  • In order to help decision-makers in the early design phase to improve and make more cost-efficient system safety and reliability baselines of aircraft design concepts, a method (Multi-objective Optimization for Safety and Reliability Trade-off) that is able to handle trade-offs such as system safety, system reliability, and other characteristics, for instance weight and cost, is used. Multi-objective Optimization for Safety and Reliability Trade-off has been developed and implemented at SAAB Aeronautics. The aim of this paper is to demonstrate how the implemented method might work to aid the selection of optimal design alternatives. The method is a three-step method: step 1 involves the modelling of each considered target, step 2 is optimization, and step 3 is the visualization and selection of results (results processing). The analysis is performed within Architecture Design and Preliminary Design steps, according to the company's Product Development Process. The lessons learned regarding the use of the implemented trade-off method in the three cases are presented. The results are a handful of solutions, a basis to aid in the selection of a design alternative. While the implementation of the trade-off method is performed for companies, there is nothing to prevent adapting this method, with minimal modifications, for use in other industrial applications.

  • Recently, International Standardization is an important issue in competitive world market because of integration of standard, liberalization of international trade and globalization. Consequently, Korean companies need a strategy about corresponding to market circumstance and global standard. In this study, we examine Intellectual Property, Patent and Antitrust Law which are related to standardization. This study suggests company strategy and system integration model to dispose the global standard.

  • Domestic construction industry (including plant engineering industry) faces severe competition with world-wide leading companies under WTO (World Trade Organization) system. To survive in this competition, domestic construction company should establish and operate standardization system efficiently. In this paper, check list is presented to prepare the efficient reliability management system in domestic construction. And then, the check list is applied in MIR(Maturity Index on Reliability) estimation item to estimate reliability management level of company quantitatively.

패션 상권(商圈)에 따른 소비자(消費者)의 패션라이프 스타일과 의복구매류형분석(衣服購買類型分析) (An Analysis of Fashion Life Style and Purchasing Type for the Consumer, According to Fashion Trade Area - Focused on Taegu Fashion Trade Area -)

  • This study is to analyze consumer's visiting fashion trade area. The purpose of this study, focused on Taegu fashion area, Dongsungro and Bum udong, consumer's spatical beravior, fashion- life-style, clothing purchasing type and Store- Image, etc. This study targeted 580 women aged from 15 to 25 visiting fashion trade area. The methods of measuring include consumer behavior scale, fashion life style scale, clothing purchasing type scale and Stor - Image scale. In process of statistics, the frequency was used to measure consumer's spatical behavior, MANOVA to measure, fashion life style and $\chi^2$ examination was employed to measure clothing purchasing type. The followings are the conclusions of this study ; 1. consumer's spatical behavior by FTA(fashion trade area) : Most people visiting Dongsungro A trade area and Bum udong trade area depart home, while Dongsungro B trade area from school. In case of Bum udong trade area, in particular, more people move from other trade area than people do in Dongsungro trade area. 2. Consumer spatical behavior means by FTA : Bus is far most common transportation. 3. The purpose of visit by FTA : Most people visit Dongsungro B trade area for shopping, while Bum udong trade area for shopping and as a place for appointment. 4. The visiting frequency by FTA : In case of both Dongsungro A.B trade area and Bum udong trade area, at least once a week is most common. Particularly in case of Bum udong trade area, the number of people visiting once every three months and once more than six months is almost same. 5. A company by FTA : People accompanied by the same sex friends are most common in Both Dongsungro A, B trade area and Bum udong trade area in case of Dongsungro B trade area. There is no case of people accompanied by family. 6. The purpose of purchasing fashion comodities by FTA : In case of Dongsungro A trade area for recreation. In case of Dongsungro B trade area and Bum udong trade area, because of affordable price. 7. A Brand - pursued tendency by FTA : Much higher in Dongsungro trade area than Bum udong trade area, among consumers. A character - pursued tendency by FTA : Higher in Dongsungro A than Dongsungro B,A practical tendency and symphatetic tendency Higher in Dongsungro B than Dongsungro A or Bum udong trade area. 8. A Store - Image scale by FTA : The quality of goods is more important to consumers in Dongsungro B than to consumers in Dongsungro A. The data - service and atmosphere are much more important to consumers in Dongsungro B than to consumers in Dongsungro A and Bum udong trade area. The convenience is more important to consumers in Dongsungro B Bum udong trade area than to consumers in Dongsungro A. 9. There is no significant difference among clothing purchasing types by FTA.

전자무역의 활성화를 위한 국내 제3자물류 발전방안 (The Development Scheme of Domestic Third Party Logistics for Revitalization of Electronic Trade)

  • 최근 $20{\sim}30$년 동안 정보통신기술의 급속한 발전과 이를 활용한 전자상거래의 빠른 확산은 국제상거래인 무역 역시 전자적인 방식으로 거래가 가능하게 하였다. 이로 인해 추후 국제간 거래에 있어 전통적인 대규모 거래방식이 아닌 전자무역사이트를 이용한 소량 다빈도 거래가 빈번하게 이루어질 전망이다. 이에 본 연구는 위에서 언급한 무역거래 패러다임의 변화에 대응하고 이를 활성화하는데 반드시 필요한 국내 제3자물류 산업의 발전방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 기존의 연구에서는 국제 제3자물류산업의 그 자체에 대한 발전방향만을 제시하고 있으나, 본 논문에서는 전자무역과 연계한 국제 3자물류산업의 발전방향에 대해 연구하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 먼저 전자무역과 제3자물류에 대한 개념과 관련성을 제시하고, 이를 바탕으로 국내 제3자물류의 문제점을 제시하고 이에 대한 발전방안을 제시하였다. 전자무역과 관련하여 국내 제3자 물류의 문제점은 경영자의 인식부족, 물류비의 비중과다, 마케팅차원의 고려 부족, 전자상거래와 연계한 통합물류서비스 시스템의 미비, 전문인력 부족, 중소기업 상호간 물류공동망의 부족, 전문물류회사의 영세성, 물류관련 법규의 복잡, 물류기업간 담합 등으로 나타났다. 국내 제3자물류의 발전방안은 정부차원에서 법 제도의 정비, 통합물류정보시스템을 구축하기 위한 재정적 기술적 인프라 확대 지원, 보안 및 인증시스템 구축, 물류거래알선사이트의 활성화, 세제지원, 전문인력 양성 체계 확립 등이 있다. 기업차원의 물류발전방안으로는 혁신적 물류시스템과 연계한 통합물류정보시스템의 구축, 전자거래사이트에 연계한 원스톱 물류서비스 제공, 선진 3자물류 기술적 노하우 축적, 문전운송체계 실현, 전반적 거래진단 시스템 구비, 전략적 제휴를 통한 국제경쟁력 강화 등이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 목적은 이상과 같이 국제 제3자물류의 발전방안을 제시함으로써, 미래 국제무역의 새로운 패러다임인 소량다빈도 형태의 전자무역 활성화에 기여하는데 있다.

복잡적응계로서 온라인게임 아이템 현금거래체계의 진화에 관한 연구 (The Study on Evolution of Online-game Item Cash-trade-system as Complex Adaptive System)

  • 본 연구는 아이템 현금거래를 단순한 정적인 체계로 접근하는 기존 연구와 달리, 거래의 진화과정에 대한 역사적 분석을 통해 아이템 현금 거래를 복잡적응계(CAS)로서 접근하였다. 아이템 현금거래는 가상경제와 현실경제 간의 융합을 보여주는 복합적 현상으로 시간에 따라 아이템의 생산과 소비 과정이 역동적으로 진화하고 있다. 본 연구는 첫째, 초기 아이템 거래가 단일한 행위자에 의해 설계된 의도적 체계가 아니라 내생적으로 창발하였음을, 둘째, 초기 거래 이후 아이템 거래는 다양한 행위자들(개인유저, 작업장, 게임 기업, 유저 커뮤니티, 중개인 등)이 자발적으로 참여하는 복잡하고 역동적인 체계로서 거래안전성과 효율성을 증가시키는 방향으로 자기조직화하고 있음을, 셋째, 복작접응계로서 아이템 거래 체계는 내부 행위자들의 욕구를 상호보완해주고 긍정적 피드백이 강력히 작동하고 있음을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 아이템 현금거래의 창발과 진화에 대한 이해가 부재한 인위적 규제가 체제 효율성을 왜곡시켜 비의도적인 정책 실패를 야기할 수 있다는 함의를 제공한다.

다차원척도법을 이용한 중소수출기업의 수출애로요인과 촉진요인 분석 (An analysis of export deterring and facilitating factors with multidimensional scaling in Korean small and medium sized export companies)

  • 본 연구에서는 중소수출기업의 수출애로요인과 촉진요인을 파악한 후 상호 연관성을 전체적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 문헌조사에 근거하여 수출 애로요인으로는 수출경험, 시장정보, 브랜드 이미지, 제조기술, 유통망확보 등 9개의 요인이, 수출촉진요인으로는 경영자의 해외시장 지향성 등 4가지 요인을 제시하였다. 다차원척도법을 사용하여 수출애로요인간 복잡한 연관성을 2차원의 평면에 단순화시키고 회귀분석을 통하여 촉진요인의 애로요인에 대한 효율성을 분석하였다. 정부지원정책은 시장정보와 제조기술의 부족을 해소하는데 큰 효과를 발휘하는 반면 브랜드이미지, 전자무역인프라, 운영자금의 부족에서 겪는 어려움은 기업의 내부 역량으로 완화될 수 있음을 보여주고 있다.

Research on the Relationship Between Social Capital and Enterprise Performance in Supply Chain Environment

  • Purpose - The rapid rise of e-commerce enterprises has led to the development of the logistics industry. At the same time, some enterprises are motivated by the interests to start reducing costs and inputs, which on the contrary leads to low quality of service, thus reducing customer satisfaction. In recent years, vicious competition, violent express delivery and lack of professionalism in the logistics market have led to high annual customer complaint rate, which has resulted in the company losing many loyal customers, but also unable to obtain new customers. Therefore, to pay attention to and understand the psychological needs of customers and improve the quality of logistics distribution service has become a pressing problem for Every express company. Design/methodology - By analyzing the problems existing in logistics distribution of express companies, this paper explores various factors affecting customer satisfaction and takes consumer sentiment as a mediating variable. Through questionnaires to collect relevant data, put forward hypotheses for empirical analysis, use two different software including SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 to analyze the information, draw conclusions and make recommendations. Findings - According to the above research results, the reliability, convenience, efficiency, professional can have a positive impact on customer satisfaction through the mediating effect of their sentiment, convenience and professional on consumer sentiment and satisfaction are more significant. Originality/value - This paper the establishment of distribution service indicators related to customer satisfaction and empirical analysis can not only enrich and supplement the distribution service quality indicator system studied by the former, but also provide a theoretical basis for future research.

무역클레임의 동향과 무역보험제도의 개선과제 (A Trend of International Business Claims and Some Improvable Issues of the Korean Trade Insurance System)

  • As the international business increases among the nations of the world recently, it is an inevitable fact that its claims rise as well. The most reasons of the international business claims have been concentrated upon the unpaid issues. The other reasons are sequently the different interpretation of business contract's conditions, the inferior quality of the goods, the breach of shipping time, the uncertain market-claims and some problems of transportation, the quantity and bad package of the goods. As business transactions grow more complex, it becomes increasingly important to resolve claims as quickly and efficiently as possible. Recognizing the importance of comprehensive policy support for overall international trade and investment of local company in recent years, Korean government has reborn the Korea Insurance Corporation ("K-sure"). K-sure adopted a range of measures to improve management efficiency to strengthen national competitiveness and national economy by promoting oversea trade and investment. Especially, K-sure will be able cover not only export transactions but also import transactions to secure oversea natural resources and commodities vital the national economy. K-sure should be able to continue and expand the existing export insurance programs, support import transactions and lead export-oriented industrialization of Korea as the best trade insurance agency.
