레일신축 이음부 유지보수 작업에 대한 침목결속의 영향 (The Effect of the Tied Sleeper on the Maintenance Work in the Rail Expansion Joint Zone)

  • The continuous welded rail(CWR) track without the rail expansion joint has many advantages over the conventional track in a variety of fields including the speed-up and the ride comport. However, due to the excessive axial force in the CWR and the track-bridge interactive behavior, inevitably, the rail expansion joint must be installed at the vulnerable zone such as the bridge end zone, etc. In this rail expansion joint zone, the frequency of the maintenance work to repair the track irregularity is on the rise. This is because that the creep of the sleeper is occurred in the moveable zone of the rail expansion joint. In this study, among the several options for reducing the track irregularity on the rail expansion joint zone, the application and efficiency of the tied sleeper is investigated. Field test construction has been conducted, then the progress of the track irregularity and the frequency of the maintenance work are analyzed before and after the filed test construction.

COBie 기반 철도 선로유지관리 문서 생성 (COBie Based Maintenance Document Generation of Railway Track)

  • 본 연구는 철도 시설의 선로를 대상으로 하여, Building Information Modeling(BIM)을 위한 데이터 모델인 Industry Foundation Classes(IFC)의 유지관리관점의 부분집합인 Construction Operations Building information exchange(COBie)를 통해 철도 시설물 유지관리문서를 생성할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 철도 선로유지관리 문서 생성에 필요한 항목을 정의하기 위해 국토교통부의 선로유지관리지침 분석을 수행하였고, 이를 COBie 스프레드시트에서 참조하기 위한 방식을 정의하였다. 철도 시설물 선로의 유지관리정보 항목을 반영한 정보모델 생성을 위하여 IFC 프레임워크 내의 사용자 정의 속성집합을 활용하였으며, 이를 통해 IFC에서 지원하지 않는 철도 선로에 대한 추가 항목을 생성하였다. BIM 소프트웨어를 통해 추가적으로 생성한 사용자 정의 속성집합을 반영한 IFC 기반의 정보모델을 생성하였고, 이를 정의된 참조방식에 따라 선로 유지관리 정보항목을 COBie 스프레드시트에 전달하고 그 결과를 확인하였다. 이를 통해 IFC 기반의 As-built 모델로부터 COBie 스프레드시트로 정보를 전달함으로써 철도 시설물 유지관리업무를 위해 필요한 문서 생성에 활용할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

고속철도 궤도검측자료 분석기법에 관한 연구 (A Study of Analysis Method for the Track geometry measuring data on High Speed Railway)

  • 고속철도 궤도검측은 공사관리는 물론, 궤도유지관리 측면에서 매우 중요한 과제이며 향후 유지보수 시 작업계획수립, 작업량산출, 열차속도제한 등 유지보수 시 기본적인 자료로 제공되는 만큼 궤도검측치의 정확성은 매우 중요하며, 이러한 관점에서 국내 궤도검측차(EM-120)의 검측성능과 정확성을 검증하고자 하였다. 본 논문에서는 현재 일반철도구간에 대한 궤도검측 시 사용하고 있는 궤도검측차 (EM-120)의 선형검측자료를 Spectrum 분석한 결과, 파장 1m 부근의 검측치에 Noise가 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 이러한 Noise를 제거하기 위해 Spectrum 분석을 통한 새로운 Filter를 적용한 결과 실제 궤도틀림치에 보다 더 근접한 검측결과를 얻을 수 있었으며 사용기간에 따른 틀림전진 경향 또한 파악할 수 있었다.

  • A new German high speed railway slab track was investigated. The construction objective was to provide a durable and maintenance free track system consisting of precast concretepanels of consistently high quality and highest achievable accuracy in track geometry. The System on the basis of precast panels similar to the slab track system constructed on the line Dachau- Karlsfeld in 1997.

  • Turnout is a mechanical installation enabling railway trains to be guided from one track to another at a railway junction. there are classified variously according to rail type, sleeper type, fastening system, track type. Construction of concrete track are on the increase recently to secure the safety of track structure as well as to reduce the maintenance cost. SFC fastening system used the plain track a lot and for those reasons, The fast clip turnout demand growing to improving efficiency of the maintenance cost by unification of fastening clip on whole line. in this study is about development of the fastening system for new turnout using fast clip. this fastening system assembled elasticity pad underneath a base plate. its can change stiffness how to adjust contact surface area of elasticity pad Developed fastening system have passed test according to rule of KRS-TR0014-09R (rail fastening system) and Performance Certification by KR.

  • Railway track supports and guides train and it directly affects ride quality and safety. To maintain track quality, regular maintenance activity is essential but it degrades track usage since maintenance activity occupies the track during the work. To achieve maximum track efficiency, track inspection should be performed at commercial running speed. In this paper, we designed and developed high speed rail profile measurement system using laser light sectioning method with line laser generator, digital camera and DSP based image processing system. The measurement system can supports rail profile measurement at the speed of 300 Km/h that can be applied to KTX.

  • Korean trains pass many mountain areas, so the volume of structures like bridge and tunnel has large part of railway lines. Train speed-up naturally needs a straight line in railway, then structures are increasing, and the length of structure has more than 70% in Kyongbu high-speed railway. The stiffness of bridge and tunnel is higher than the soil in the roadbed in spite of dynamic difference in vibration and displacement. Differences in stiffness have more dynamic effects and increase the deformation and destruction in the track and roadbed. This influences passenger's comfort and the safety of operation, and it needs more track maintenance. This study selected tunnel with ballast track, tunnel with concrete track, and structure's approaches with short maintenance cycle in the roadbed and had track acceleration tests and track liner inspections using track master in the field. This study will measure periodically to structure's approaches which have very fast track irregularity and analyze dynamic differences and track irregularity near structure's approaches, so realize the cause of track irregularity of structure's approaches and use basic data for reasonably strengthening method of structure's approaches.

  • Construction of concrete slab track is trending to increase gradually in national and international for reduction in track maintenance cost and secure of ride comfort. However, in case of railway bridge installed concrete slab track, the serviceability review of end deck should be performed for reducing the maintenance cost of track. The serviceability review of track contains that the compression force which is occurred on fastener of end bridge should be smaller than the compression force causing the deformation limit of elastic pad and the uplift force which is occurred on fastener of end abutment should be smaller than initial fastening force. Therefore, this study calculated the deflection and end rotation of the railway bridge according to the span length and stiffness of railway bridge and estimated the compression force and uplift force which are occurred on the track of end bridge using the finite element method. This study indicated the several diagrams that are contained the correlation between the behaviour of the track and the behaviour of the railway bridge. As a result, to reduce the end rotation of the railway bridge is very efficient to increase the height of railway deck.

자갈도상 궤도 구성품에 따른 궤도 침하 특성에 대한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study on Characteristics of Track Settlement Depending on Components of Ballast Track)

  • 간선철도 고속화에 대비하여 유지보수를 고려한 최적 자갈도상 궤도구조 정립을 위한 기초연구로 국내 자갈도상 궤도 구성품들을 조합한 실대형 시험을 실시하여 궤도 침하 특성을 분석하였다. 실대형 시험 결과 유지보수 저감을 위해서는 패드만을 고탄성화 하였을 경우의 효과는 미비하였으며, 패드의 고탄성화와 더불어 침목 중량화 또는 침목 중량화 및 도상두께를 증가 하였을 경우에 그 효과가 크게 나타났다. 간선철도 고속화에 따른 최적의 자갈도상 궤도구조는 초기 건설비와 본 논문에서 제시한 궤도 침하 특성에 따른 유지보수비를 고려한 경제성 분석을 통해 최종 정립되어야 할 것이다.

  • In this paper we introduce an applicable RCM(Reliability centered maintenance) method for Track circuit equipment of AREX's Signalling System. AREX computerize all the process of FRACAS(Failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action System)) by the Facility Management System of Integrated Information System. These datum were analysed and reproduced as the RAMS index value which can be used by maintenance staff for optimizing the maintenance method of the System.
